Real Pilates is the place where my journey as an instructor started and I’m very grateful for all the training I have received. I keep on learning every time I have a session on the mat or with the different equipment on offer. The staff is always welcoming and ready to assist you with your requests. Keep it up!

Clinical Pilates has been integral in managing a chronic illness I have lived with since 2008. Real Pilates Jumeirah is the second studio I have attended since moving to Dubai & I love it. The friendly support staff are professional, caring and always prepared to go the extra mile to provide information & sort out any booking or payment concerns. Most importantly the studio & equipment is clean, well maintained and of high quality.

There are an extraordinary number of classes every day of the week, the instructors are wonderfully varied, experienced and professional. Feedback is asked for and taken on board after every class & new instructors are nurtured, encouraged and very quickly add something of their own to our pilates experience. There is a range of classes that is hard to find at other studios - suitable for beginners to the more advanced, from pure mat to advanced chair.

I have been so pleased to introduce my partner to Pilates, he has gone from one to one classes where he learned the basics to now feeling comfortable to attend the open reformer, chair and mat classes. I have met new friends, found new places to shop and eat with access and parking also a breeze.what is not to love!

I have been going to Real Pilates since 2 yrs. I enjoy all the classes I attend with different instructors with special mention to Rachel.

The instructor was super helpful and she took her time to explain the reformer machine usage and the different terms she was going to use during the session. She also helped us correct the posture as we did the exercises. Really enjoyed the class.

Great pilates classes, lovely atmosphere, flexible schedule with classes to suit all times and levels and wonderful and professional instructors. High recommended.

This has been the worst experience ever faced in a place in dubai.

Its our first time trying pilates and first time coming here and unfortunately we were unable to find a parking as the location is inconvenient, there is no parkings outside and underground is extremely tight and also full.and therefore we reached at 4: 10 and only 10 mins late and Elithabeth from the front desk was super unhelpful and did not let us in nor give us any solution. One of our friends reached just 2 mins before us and she is in and I and the other friend were not let in.

She did not offer us our money back and said you can only give us a replacement session later which is not ideal

We are never ever coming to this place again

We have been to many classes around dubai and never faced such an experience, the front desk was so unempathetic, didn’t understand our situation and did not give us any solution. All she said is send an email to complaint. No one to talk to, no one to call.

We demand our money back as soon as possible to the same card used and we are never ever coming back to this place again.

Will make sure to leave the same review on every single social media platform

Amazing studio, very clean and they have professional instructors and great classes.
My favorite one is the Yoga class, I really enjoy it with Robin, highly recommended!
Another interesting class is the barre with Helen, she is so fun and kind and her class is really tough!
Must try both classes!

I love this Pilates Studio. Highly recommend for people with back pain or discomfort as the instructors are very highly trained and provide professional support and assistance.

Unfortunately my 2 sessions lost as they didn’t extend my 2 left sessions which expired due to personal issues and was not able to attend regularly. Although i bought new package hoping that it will be extended but they sticked to their terms and conditions and didn’t help me for that. After months of going there i felt disappointed for their customer care. There always will be some exceptions or flexibility for some cases and I didn’t see this in real pillates. Yes you have terms and conditions but sometimes customer care and keeping her/him is what matters. This really touched my feelings!

Brilliant prenatal Reformer classes. Rachel and Maria are both great instructors. Really helps to keep exercise and strength going during pregnancy.

I really enjoy Real Pilates - I go to Jumeira branch - the studio is super clean, convenient parking - and staff are kind and accommodating- I truly enjoy Jennifer classes. She is simply awesome. She pays attention to each student and make sures you get the movements correct. Highly recommend. Keep up the great work Real Pilates.

Fab pilates location in Dubai. Attend pretty much every Reformer Core in Jumeirah and love it ️ Both the ladies at reception and Instructors are simply amazing.

My partner and I attended the Reformer Core class by Helen and I wouldn’t recommend it.
We were 2 minutes late into the class and walked in while she was still explaining the “rules” but berated us like we were toddlers. Her tone while teaching was very condescending with a holier-than-thou attitude. At one point my partner wanted to add more tension to his springs but she told him he was wasting his time and doing it incorrectly. Instead of patronizing she could have assisted like any other instructor would. The class was also not challenging enough.
Although the facilities are great and the receptionist was welcoming, we will not be returning. The instructor was just so unpleasant and had the worst energy.

Very lucky to have Real Pilates in the neighborhood. I’m doing prenatal classes and can really feel the difference for my lower back pain. There are lots of timings to choose from and classes are not busy which is a great bonus as you get lots of attention from the instructors. Rachel is fantastic, very attentive and professional. The classrooms are spacious, well equipped and clean.

Real Pilates is my favorite studio and it has been such for a long time. Besides the great instructors and beautiful studio space, I love the way they have developed as a business - having grown slowly and sustainably, they’ve always taken great care of their clients. I’m looking forward to attending more classes and to more studios opening soon.

The instructors are ALL superb and wonderful! Very attentive and make sure they keep an eye on each and every person to ensure movements are done correctly and avoid injury; group classes are relatively small which makes the whole experience sort of a semi-private exclusive one. The place is very clean and hygienic especially the equipment, which is a plus for me!

I have discussed my experience with you and made it very clear that it is not about your policy or safety measures. It is about the way your receptionist treated a customer. She stood up and told me - i quote - "you are not allowed in, you sre 1 minute late" keeping in mind that i am 30weeks pregnant. I have never been treated in such an offensive and disrespectful way ever.

I still have 4 sessions in the purchased package which i have paid a premium for def not to be treated this way. The whole "safety" story you are telling is def untrue as customers ALWAYS come in late i.e. After warm up. Also if you are that concerned about safety, you shouldnt allow pregnant ladies to do pilates without proper socks to avoid accidents like the last 2 times where two pregnant ladies fell.

This is my go-to place to do all my exercises. Professional equipment, great variety of classes and the teachers are very knowledgeable. Also the groups classes are small compared to the big fitness clubs, which means the teachers have time to help you to do the exercises right

They charged me 475 AED without attending any session.i was in real pain and i asked rhem to postpone my session.but unfortunately they work for money.

The jumierah location is convenient.easy parking.very clean and well equipped.the instructors are their best asset.absolute professional and reliable.in my opinion the best instructors in the industry here in Dubai. I highly recommend real Pilates jumierah

I'm in the unfortunate position of allocating them only one star due to a series of situations over the last couple months in which I've been left feeling extremely undervalued by the company. My review is to paint a clear picture of this company for prospective customers. I've tried having a conversation with their management and instructors on numerous occasions, but instead of being understanding they have been happy to descend into arguments. I've left feeling really upset and stressed, the opposite goal of their business model I'm sure.

The issue is that they have a very strict policy regarding time-keeping and cancelations, and very little training on customer service. They have an arbitrary 6 hour cancellation policy, and if you call up after this deadline to reschedule or are over 5 mins late, you are deemed a 'no show' and forfeit your paid session. There are no warnings. I'd understand if sanctions were reserved for serial offenders, but no. The first time this happens you lose your session. This costs you money and they are remorseless. I've experienced very poor attitude from the front office staff and teachers sitting around the reception area. They have a very high opinion of themselves, almost to say how dare I question the T&C. More fool me.

They justify this by not wanting to disturb other clientele and making sure you are on time to warm up and avoid injuries. I really respect this, but what I don't respect is their complete lack of respect for the money and/or time I've put into their business. It costs them nothing to allow perhaps one or two sessions to be rescheduled, or to be understanding and just plain polite.

If you sign up, be prepared to never be late, never question back. Then you might enjoy their services. Frankly, to me, it's more like a bad job I'm happy to quit. So many more accommodating studios out there. I wish them the best of luck.

As with most things in life, there are exceptions that prove the rule. There are three members of staff Alicia (reception at Jumeirah) Jenny (instructor) and Rachael (instructor) who are better than this business.

Real Pilates is absolutely my favourite workout of the week! The instructors are so informed, experienced and professional. I have learnt so much and improved my technique quickly. They have small classes which allow the instructors to notice everyone in the room, you don’t have that frustration as a beginner of feeling you have no idea what you are doing for half a class because you’ve not been noticed doing it wrong!
I can’t wait to get back to the chilled vibe of the studio but I have so really enjoyed the virtual classes, amazingly the instruction is just as good!

Honestly this is a new way of doing Pilates and I am hooked, if I haven’t been for a few days I miss it, and so does my body. I have noticed that my technique in swimming, running and strength training has improved because I bring my body awareness from Pilates into my practice in other forms of exercises.

Since the first visit I felt true professionals were behind this studio and I was right, I have been attending for the past 3 years. Actually I am fully trained Stott Pilates Instructor (from Real Pilates) now and I go every week and tried every single class, I can say it is quality, if you want to take it easy or if you want a challenge, you can find both things here.

Real Pilates is a place that got me at hello! The professionalism of the staff, instructors and support team is unmatchable! All the instructors are highly qualified and skilled, and possess the magic to have an excellent attention to details, create fun & engagement, and keep our adrenaline on a high! I absolutely adore this place. The classes are amazing, all the instructors are kind, helpful and comprehensive. The customer service team always welcomes clients with a smile on their faces. Great ambiance. The studio reacted very fast and efficiently to the Covid-19 crises by organising virtual classes on Zoom. With Real Pilates, you can be sure that you will improve very quickly. There is also a branch in the One JLT building. I very highly recommend both.

I've been going to Real Pilates for years and I can't imagine life without them! The Jumeirah studio is a beautiful and uplifting place, with fantastic and patient instructors who never judge me when I'm struggling and are always supportive and kind. I am a long time Dubai resident, 13 years, and I’ve seen my fair share of gyms and clubs. If you’re looking for a Pilates experience that is a cut above the rest in terms of experienced instructors, pristine facilities and amazing customer service then look no further. I can’t recommend it enough.

Super knowledgeable, very friendly and fully equipped studio. A great first-timer offer of 5 classes for 315dhs so you can try them out. But I guarantee you will love all the classes!

This is my most favourite pilates studio. They offer a variety of classes throughout the week. There is always a class that fits my schedule. The reformer class is my preferred workout. I do feel my muscles being toned after each class.

I enjoy the Pilates SQ class with Csilla and Vicki. The instructors help me to be aware of my posture to reduce the pain from my past injury. Great studio.

My experience every single time has been very very positive, Every single instructor and staff member has been fantastic and proactive. I have always left after a class feeling very energised.
