I attended 3 classes so far and i can already feel the difference, all classes are unique in a way, I enjoyed my class with Joumana alot, she’s extremely professional and cheerful

I had joumana for barre and had the best time! I’ve been twice and the sessions have been amazing

I attended prenatal classes with Joumana and she’s absolutely amazing! So cautious yet makes sure we get the maximum benefit out of every single move! Highly recommend her class for all pregnant ladies, she changed my life for the better

My introduction to Pilates was through private lessons with Lillian and I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. I was quite nervous going into this, it was a bit out of my comfort zone, but Lillian put me at ease straight away. The 10 private sessions I had with Lillian really addressed the issues I wanted to focus on, building core strength and flexibility. As a result Pilates is now a regular part of my exercise regime. I would definitely recommend Real Pilates Meydan and Lillian

I started private Pilates classes three months ago as I was struggling with back pain. I was introduced to my instructor, Lilian, who has been fantastic in guiding my recovery. She carefully plans each lesson based on my needs, ability and pain. I could not be any happier. My back pain has improved significantly, and we are now working on other aspects of my health and well-being.

I started pilates classes with Lilian, was my first time trying the classes and I must said from the begging the whole journey was very helpful, she is an amazing trainer who knows exactly what she is doing classes are challenging and fun and she guides me trough the whole exercises with every little done I had seen a big improvement! From the time you enter you feel very welcomed with a nice smile on the face of the receptionist. Great instructors as usual. Nice place with a good schedule that fits my busy life and it is located in a nice small community mall that has Nero & Spinneys. Very near business bay community, Meydan and MBR city. This studio became one of my favourites.

I initially started pilates to help with my aches and pains and o exercise with low impact.

I have been doing it for a year now trying different instructors, till I found Lillian and there was no turning back.

Since I started with Lilian my aches and pains are under control I am stronger with more stability and can finally get the "engage ur core" comment i kept hearing which is at the heart of doing reformer properly

What I like about Lilian specifically is the way she makes u aware of you muscle movements and works on ur psyche to make u remember her points even once u left her studio.

Her mental notes stay with me in the gym and wherever I go.

She truly has had a positive impact my life and I look forward to my morning sessions with her. BIG THANKS LILLIAN ️

I started to take classes in Real Pilates Meydan a couple of months ago and now I am addicted to it!
I haven't trained for years, but in this beautiful studio I found the right atmosphere I needed to not give up.
The studio itself is neat and quite. The instructors are really prepared and ready to help. Personally I really like Diana's lessons: even during a class lesson, she can notice every wrong movement and correct it, giving clear explanations.

Such a great studio, superrr friendly staff and well maintained facility, been doing classes with Maria, splendid! An instructor with lots of knowledge to share, not usual to have an instructor taking their time with you, making sure you know why you are doing each move not just how. Pilates with Maria made me aware of my movement in my daily life not just on the machine or mat.

My physio recommended I do Reformer Pilates as I have an injury that does not allow me to do bodyweight or ballistic exercises for the time being. I bought the 5 pack newcomers trial at the Meydan branch and I will return as I really enjoyed my experience.
I went to classes instructed by Lillian, Talha, and Maria. All three instructors have different styles, but all three of them gave clear instructions, made the workout fun and were mindful of everyone's injuries and limitations, whilst challenging us. They were all so lovely and I really enjoyed my classes with each of them.
Doriane at the front desk is so warm and welcoming and showed me around. She explained all the packages, how to check in and their policies, so it was clear from the start.
The studio facilities are very clean and have a nice ambience. I have been to other reformer classes in Dubai where you can see the machines are not maintained well, so I was really happy to see that Real Pilates machines are well maintained and clean.
Once my injury has healed up, I am going to try some of the other classes they offer like mat pilates and yoga.

I have attended 6 classes so far and I am very happy that I found this Pilates studio. The instructors are amazing especially in explaining about every move and the right techniques to avoid pain and injuries. Besides that, all classrooms are neat and comfortable.

Lovely studio, all facilities and classrooms are super clean and professional. The location is great too with plenty of parking always available. The receptionists are incredibly sweet and helpful, and the instructors are just amazing! If i could rate higher than 5 stars I would, absolutely love coming here and always look forward to an amazing class and service. Highly highly recommend! ️

I have been going to this studio for a few months and really enjoy the Reformer classes of Maria as she not only explains very well the exercises and ensure you are doing them correctly but also comes up with new exercises making her classes very interesting. For someone who did not like exercising… thanks to the whole team at Meydan (receptionist included) I am looking forward to my next class!

They're instructors are excellent! Classes in small groups, instructors always around and correcting your practice and posture ensuring you do not get any pain or injury. Maria & Talha are my favorite instructors, they are thorough, tough, inspired and always focusing on your well-being.

I’ve been going to Real Pilates in Meydan for a few months and I really enjoyed every session! The teachers are experts knowing how the body works and every movement makes sense. I need to use PC all day for my work and had sore back before but it got much better since I started. Can't live a happy life without Pilates classes!

Boy, am I glad my husband actually surprise me with a package for Pilates classes at this venue! From the ladies at the reception and all the way to the instructors (Faye in particular), I have had the best experience. Not only I learned something about improving my body and posture, I feel like I am making friends too. I recommend a couple of private classes if you have never tried pilates, just to learn the basic before joining the group classes. They have some good packages from time to time.

I’ve been training at the studio since the opening in Dec 20, tried all the amazing trainers Rebecca, Maria and Sandra, they are all very competent and teach with passion adding private classes helped me improve my performance and I already started seeing results combining group and private classes, my mind is clearer after every session can’t conclude without mentioning the lovely receptionist Nancy and the talented ops manager Tanita
