Parking is almost always a problem and few people know about the underground parking. Carrefour red diamond used to be a 24 hour service but now it closes at 11.

The clinic for my facial is there.
There's also an Aster clinic and pharmacy near by. Parking is almost always full, driveway is a bit small.

One of the oldest building in JLT, integrated place for many purpose. There's a clinic, pharmacy, supermarket, but some non JLT residents were here for health screening for their visa application. Parking is free here but could be difficult to find during the day as it is limited. There's basement parking but i haven't try it.

Went to Aster but has it all. Paking could be an issue sometimes but all in all good. Careffour also there

Good commercial complex. Aster clinic is good. Carrefour is small still you get most of essential items.

Only Birth certificate location in Dubai.as DHA approve this location dedicatedly for this purpose.

Good place carrefour, papa Murphy pizza, aster clinic and DHA also there.
But don't have there proper walk way in the entrance.

Very hard to find parking. Alternative parking can be found in JLT Cluster Y, but it is a long walk.

I went to Aster Clinic for PCR. They alright they just need to organize their line better as for who goes first. I was next, but they let four people before me. And I went food shopping at Carrefour, they had good foods.

Medical fitness test is done here in the 3rd floor. Not much crowd on weekdays but probably crowded on weekends.

Went to Jumeirah Medical Screening Center. Building management especially in prospective of hygiene

Went to get my visa medical screening at this place if you have a kids tell them at reception it will be done on priority.

This place parking is too crowded. And the securities are not very friendly and helpful. Otherwise it is neat and decent to move

If yu are business person.yu eyes should land on red diamond building. No remarkable place like Red diamond building.

There is no parking ever available here. They have removed the earlier limited time parking and now its unlimited so 90% cars are of ppl working in JLT who park for full day

Has carrefour, Aster clinic and pharmacy.
Also the dubai medical examination center.
And few fun shops.

I was here for aster clinic and for medical test for my Visa i recommend you to go early to finish your visa proccess it takes sometime

A very busy but worthy to visit place. Tough parking space and entry to this building from road is little tricky but you can get Dubai Health Authority Medical fitness screening and Aster clinic as well as Carrefour express and a lot of other options under one roof.

Good experience, 30 minutes for visa renewal, parking issue but it has a basement parking for free, ask the security to open

Located in JLT. Includes a clinic, pharmacy, Carrefour, Facility for applying for visa and medical and a lot more other companies present. Make sure to be on the left most lane in order to enter the building otherwise it will be one big round to take in order to come back if you miss the turn
