Very bad shop, they will show u items afterwards they will tell quantity not available, I can give u with u different price. Especially one Kerala guy working there.really cheating mentality. (I asked material each 10 pcs, he give 4.5 dhs, afterwards he tell only 9pcs available and 90dhs.which is double, then Chinese lady come she give right price.)

Every time i buy packaging product from this Red Dot shop. All sales person very helpful.sales person always present themselves with a smile

The best products and the price is amazing and of course the best service i added picture of one of the boxes I took from red dot with adding my touch the result was amazing I really recommend

The worst customer service ever, they are soo aragont and unprofessional that they think they are selling their products for free. Their products are good but people selling the products are disgusting and rude.

They have a wide range of packing and decorating items. Prices are reasonable for some yet costly for few. The sales staffs are good, but the cashier is a rude guy.

PAID FOR MORE PIECES, THAN I RECIEVED
I had the most horrible experience with this shop! First of all they are extremely rude and not costumer minded at all and second of all i bought 70 gift bags - only because I couldn't find them anywhere else. I asked the sales guy if he was sure that he packed 70pc in the bag and he said 100% sure madam. So i trusted him and went all the way home only to find out 14 pc were missing. When I contacted the shop about the problem they were not willing to solve the issue and said that the sales man was not lying and that he was sure he packed 70pc. I am not only upset that I paid for a product I didn't get, but moreover the shop is not willing to deliver the remaining pieces. I would not recommend anyone to shop there.
