I asked about the price for inspecting my laptop which has a BIOS booting issue and when I asked how much would be the price for fixing he said 250-300 which is absolutely disgusting considering this type of repair generally costs 100-200 max. The place is in the middle of an industrial area and it is not right for them to be charging this much especially since the mall is primarily for labor workers. I am 100% sure they gave me this price because after asking me where am I from which I told them I am from a western country. I suggest everyone who lives around Dubai Investment Park to go to the plaza at Green Community or at least Discovery Gardens where the prices are reasonable.

It's ok for urgent and temporary pc repair. Cost is high 50% higher than the online products.

My laptop had stopped post-repair so the store took full responsibility and fixed the problem with no extra cost to me. Thank you.

I repaired my laptop in Red apple stil mow also its in perfect condition. Before i went to some other service center to fix my laptop but they told mr to replay my motherboard. From REDAPPLE i fix my laptop and am happy

Very very bad I give my loptop to format but they destroyed my loptop.after format they said my hard disk gone so I pay then it's back light gone then it's wifi gone and I paid all money at last even my loptop not working. It's was take more than 2 months. When I ask u buy my loptop and give money they said only 150 AED. But I spend more than 250 and 10 to 12 times I visit their shop. There is one guy very rude and say we can't give but they are destroy my loptop. I just give them thanks and come back. It's ok I will think my money lost.
