Everything has been handled and delivered with care and on time. The whole process was very smooth thanks to the constant support of both teams, in KSA and UAE.

I think they need to upgrade the quality of their service. The representative that got in touch with me advised me of the rates and pricing but failed to explain what items can and cannot be cargoed. Once the pick up arrived, their staff took photos and enquired of the items being packed (he even placed it in teh cartons for me) and still failed to advise that baby food items will not be accepted.when the airline declined to take this, at that point they contacted me and even blamed me for not explaining all the things I had packed. Its a bit unfair of them to expect me to have the knowledge and ask questions of things im not even aware of.really disappointed that i paid for more weight than was actually cargoed and did not get a refund and was made to feel like i was the wrong party.

I've been dealing with Reef for their local services, but this is my first time using their international services. I must say, they did a pretty good job. From the inspection, to the packing and the shipping, it was hassle free.
