It was out first visit and never to go back. The lady behind the counter was quite rude and doesn't care. The provide incorrect information about gift packing on the website.

If you want a Indian feeling in middle of Desert with authentic Indian Sweets, namkeen & other dishes, this is the best place, no negitives

Huge gap in the quality of sweets and the unreasonable prices. Additionally they don’t take feedback well, after mentioning that sweets were stale the last time the lady responded - “Taste karke lena he toh lo nahi toh thik he”. Before submitting this I went through other reviews and many have pointed out the owner’s rudeness.

The shop was good and had a variety of items in snacks and sweets. But there were two issues I.e.
1. Some of the stuff was expired and the lady at the counter was trying to give an excuse that it's has expired only a month ago.

2. The shopkeepes were not very welcoming and it felt like they don't care much about the customer satisfaction. It was my first time so I was expecting a better customer dealing.

This review is not to set a bad image. Your products are good. Please work on your way of dealing with the customers. It will help you increase your customer return.

I visited yesterday. I asked them for a plate of Patra, Samosa, Khandvi. For each item they packed different quantities depending on much stock is left to be finished, without asking me. The taste is good but the store is very pricey. For same price you can get more better Quantity, Packing and service.
Not worth the price.

2 stars just because you get Indian farsan and chocolates in this shop, the quality of food has very much deteriorated and hygene is a biggest issue, specially the lady at the counter, as mentioned by everyone else very rude, intitially when the shop was started the lady was very polite, people should never forget their roots, somehow had to happen to eat kothimbir vadi at my friends place yesterday from regal plus qusais branch, and i found a big strand of hair from the vadi, this is a major concern about the basic hygene.

Excellent shop for all Indian food stuff. Dry snacks, fried fresh snacks, Indian sweets, evening munchies, packed n fresh, juices, cordials, pickles, frozen foods.
Excellent customer service.this branch in Karama.

Amidst most favourite festival, came to know about this store known for its Modak. Can’t agree more they are mouthwatering & must have.

Please be careful of the lady who sits at cash counter, they billed me twice for one item and when next day I realized about this after seeing account statement, called them and to my surprise they blamed me and said I should have checked my bill before making payment. With lot of fuss this arrogant lady offers me credit note and says it’s valid for 30 days. When I said it’s your mistake and I shud get refund she said will deduct card charges and give back cash. I immediately went back same day and took the cash minus card charges, any other trader I would have gladly taken credit note but certainly not from such cheats. Be careful guys, they are nothing less that opportunistic cheats or maybe professional cheats.

I have ordered 22 khasta kachori and 25 cocktail samosas today at 11am to deliver to my home at Bur dubai by 3pm later at 2: 35pm same person called fm regal plus someone has bought all of these things and they don’t have my order to supply. This is so unprofessional, rude behavior and not a customer friendly service. After 10min I got a call fm same person, That I arranged it fm somewhere else or other branch, whereas he could have done the same thing without even calling me about running out of stock at his branch. Never going to buy from them again not reliable. I refused and I got it from Bikanerwala I should have done it before.

Most pathetic customer service the lady at the store has some attitude she send me an incomplete order and then does not have the decency to even call back and apologize. I would personally advice to refrain from ordering online from this store.

One stop shop for Indian Namkeen and other sweets and Indian regional items as per festival.such as on Diwali (Festival of lights) Regal is famous be their Mithai. Hygienic and good quality.

Had their achar which felt homemade and very tasty. Also the sweets like besan ladoo and khoya barfi

Worst experience ever! Will not recommend to anyone! We have prebooked ukdiche modak with commitment that it will be of jagery n fresh.modak was not fresh and broken one.that too it was a take away.horrible experience price is higher than peshwa n other shop.with no satisfaction of quality.truly bad.atleast they shouldn't play with faith of ppl buying for Bappa.modak started smelling badly in the evening.extremely bad experience.
Avoid this shop, DNT deserve a single star but no option I have to give 1 Star

Although a bit pricey, this place has some real good collection of snacks, especially namkeens. Mostly people from Pune, Mumbai or any other part of Maharashtra would like to visit this place and find some of their favorites. The sweets however are not worth the high price. I"d prefer places like Bikanerwala for sweets that are way better and fresh.

Good store for India sweets and snacks but highly overpriced.
As the demand and popularity is increasing, you may experience a rude behaviour from them.

Best shop for Indians, great service you get all indian products in very reasonable price, best price den other super markets, must visit if u wanna have indian stuff.

Been visiting this place ever since they opened as they're just a short walk away from my home. The namkeens amd savory snacks are quite delicious! The sweets are pretty good too but they're a tad bit overpriced and not really worth it. Nevertheless, do give their samosa, kothambir vadi and thepla a try!

Tried dhokla, samosa and jalebi. Decent taste. Surely, there r better places here in Dubai serving these at more cheaper rates.

Store is good for gujrati food lovers and people who love healthy snacks, prices are a bit on a higher side! Rest is good.very courteous people.

All the eatables are too good. And the best thing is now u don't have to get stuff from back home. It's easily available with Regal plus.

Best snacks outlet. Try everything and buy only if u like it. Went to buy one item and came back home with 8.super friendly staff. Highly recommended. Oil free snacks and variety fried items are a must try here.

They do not have proper arrangement of products. Products are without price tag and if inquired at counter then an old rude lady is not ready to answer more then once. Products are good but high priced. 0 points for service and product arrangement. They need to improve their services.

Checkout staff is not careful in packing your stuff, they just dump the contents and when you try to tell them they start arguing.

A great place to buy Indian fresh and packed savouries and snacks. Though a lot of the products come from India they are always very fresh. The staff is very courteous and always believe in service with a smile.
