Very efficient in making you pay the fees (in full) right at the beginning of the process and then the customer service is non-existent. Despite my continued personal effort to discuss procedure & next steps, I have had no interaction with my assigned consultant, who I have now learnt is based in a low cost centre in India. Had I have been aware of Y-Axis low cost/high profit business model, I would have not signed a contract. Please be warned and do not make my mistake.

I would like to commend my case officer Susan Infantina for being hands on with our application process. The process has been very smooth and polished. She is very accommodating and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend getting Y-Axis' services.

My experience was very unsatisfactory and disappointing will NEVER recommend Y axis to anyone. The whole point of going through a consultant was to ease the process of migration as I had planned to migrate as a student. I was thrilled with the fact of going abroad but going with y axis has wasted all my time and effort and now lost complete interest in this matter due to their customer service. They will promise everything that we would want to listen to at the beginning and keep on persisting for making the payment but once that's done, you can notice the significant drop in value for customer service. 99% of the time I had to keep on requesting them to give me updates, they charge much higher than standard rates due to marketing and brand image. There were no timely responses, the recommendations for universities provided were repetitive and finally I had to request for a refund for which they didn't even give back the full price claiming they did their part. Unfortunately it took me 9 months to realise I had made a huge mistake going with Y axis but I hope this review will help others not to make the same mistake.

I am left with a bitter mouth. They spill too much of sugar coated words to drain your pocket. I am not sure how they have processed Canadian-PR for people in software domain but if you are in OIL & GAS domain, please don't ever try Y-Axis.
All that you will end up with is "losing your hard earned money" only.
At first, they will boost you saying "you will get points through PNP and it would be easy for you to pass through".
Later, the reality is known that PNP hardly works for people in Occupational Health & Safety or any discipline in oil and gas domain".
Then, another mega trick is "IELTS score". Please be aware that even if you score Band-8, the points that would get added would be marginal (if you have actually scored Band-7).
All that they search for is people who are eager to get Canada PR, then will brain wash them and will give a pseudo confidence that the candidate would get PNP.
I am writing this with a heavy heart as I have lost my money which I could never get back from them.
I have paid them in 2019 and so far I have never got a chance to pass through any province.
(Please check the Canada-immigration website to know about the occupation in demand and for which profile employers are ready to sponsor a visa)

I think the very first guidance from Y Axis went wrong, as my actual profession is Mechanical Engineer, but he convinced to go for Engineering Technologist. Now it’s been almost 8 months that I have completed my skill assessment and came to know that, my profession that we choose is not listed anywhere after slots opened. But there are N number of slots for Mechanical Engineers. I regret wasting my time and money.

This agency has guided us the whole way, and pointed out things we never would have known on our own, such as alternative routes for Canada immigration that fit our profile - like the express entry. Mr. Akash and Mr. Sudheer in particular, have been quite patient and responsive to all of our questions, and I recommend them both as consultants. My only critique is that we weren’t given enough details from the beginning about the official documentation we would need to collect and complete for our immigration application. We kept learning about additional requirements pertaining to the papers and forms that were needed along the way and this unnecessarily drew out the process by a couple of weeks. However, this is not a major complaint, as the agency was vigilant about checking everything we submitted and helped us meet our deadline.
