I have been a regular visitor of reign, and they are the best in what they do. I cannot recommend them enough. Naaz is my trusted nail artist. Elle I can trust blindly for my bookings. No one else does lashes better than Alia. And Amal rocks with her hair experience. I never change my hair artist but I was shocked with my makeover. Head to them ASAP. Its second home to me now!

I got lash extensions here just over a week ago. For around 3 days, I could feel the glue in my lash line every time I closed my eyes. Now, there are just large clumps of glue visible grown out from the lash line, which i can't remove without pulling out all my lashes. The final result was also very different from what I requested. Costing over 300aed, I would go elsewhere. There are places half the price that won't irritate your eyes.

The service, the girls who are working here together with beautiful lady at reception- PERFECT. I highly recommend everyone to visit Reign Beauty, you won't regreat. Thank you so much 07.11.

I did the hard gel extensions for the first time fresh, after having my baby. It looked fabulous at the time however few days ago my son bent my nail and it fell off. I didn’t pay attention and i had already booked for the refill. 2 days after my other two nails fell off and the fourth was about to fall. I called the salon to tell them that I will come for the refill and im not planning to pay the full price.they said it is “their policy” to charge me full price since it was now more than a week passed and cannot do anything about it. Also they said the manager will call me. The next day still no call from the manager and the lady receptionist P.called me to confirm my booking. Again i said im not planning to pay the full price and again i got the same answer. When i asked why the manager didn’t call they said they were fully busy. So today it would be 25 days since I did my nails and i lost 3. So apparently I should be coming every week for the refill? Im tired of such salons who do half job! The service is expensive and I expect it to last without losing my nails. Beside they clearly don’t care about the customers.

Cecelia is the best for waxing and threading; she is a perfectionist! If you want the best brows go to her!

For the perfect manicure always go to Lorraine, she is the best of the best and i always get compliments for her work!

For the perfect pedicure you have to see Cris, from my heels to toes, everything is splendid! She is very meticulous and I feel the best after a pedicure with her!

I tried the Russian Manicure with cat eye and my therapist Gulnara was incredible at her skills. My Footlogix treatment was done by Loraine and she explained me the details through the treatment. I also bought the Footlogix mousse on her recommendation and am hoping to see it work wonders on my foot.
Sure to go back to them soon!

Noora, my manicurist, was absolutely fantastic. She took customer service to a cosy space. Making me feel very comfortable and ensuring I enjoyed every bit of my experience. She workers hard at making sure I had a relaxed and enjoyable manicure session. Her work- impeccable.

Today I visited for Russian manicure and regular pedicure, I am very happy with the results, Nora did Russian manicure, she was very responsive to what I have asked for. Mj did pedicure and was spot on, I chose chalk white color and she did amazing job!

It’s always a wonderful experience at Reign Beauty Lounge. I am especially pleased with the service rendered to me by Angie for my Russian gel pedicure, Zulekha for my Russian gel manicure, Shahnoza for my hair toning and blow dry and lastly CK for always being so welcoming! ️

Excellent salon, I did my eyebrows with Cecilia I have never had such beautiful eyebrows in my life. The receptionist Cnk is very professional and very nice. I feel at home in the salon and I love it.

One of my best experience. I really did not expect the staff to be soo friendly.infact cicilia she was very knowledgeable n really did a wonderful job.am surely gonna recommend this place.worth the pay.

I had my hair done a few days ago, Shahnoza is certainly very accommodating and a pro when it comes to your crowning glory. 10/10 rate! Especial mention likewise to Rhea who is very helpful and does a very good head massage during the pre shampoo, conditioning and application of the mask. Should definitely spread the good words!

I got done a wonderful Russian Manicure by Kasi. Loved the precision and her work overall.

Also, I got myself a Classic Pedicure as well bt Angie which was done very well too and was a relaxing experience.

Reign is my go to place whenever I have special occasions. This is my third time to visit the place but it is my first time to try body waxing and Queenie was very gentle with me. You can really feel she is an expert with her craft and was nice to her clients. The place is comfortable and clean, bonus for the stylish interior. They offered complimentary drinks as well. Rhea made me a refreshing red ruby drink which I like after being outside for too long. I'd also like to commend CK for being wonderful in scheduling my appointment ahead and for being attentive and caring for my needs that day. She knows which services fits you and very knowledgeable in beauty treatments/services. Overall, I am super happy with my experience and I am glad that Reign exists.

A must to visit salon in Dubai. Customer Service is great and the therapists are so professional. And they even have a coffee bar where you can chill while doing the services. And take note!
