Renew Plus Clinic

Renew plus clinic is gone much better compare to the past. Reception staff is welcoming especially Ms. Chaimae. Dr. Maya did my microneedling. She explained my treatment and performed it professionally. Their prices are very reasonable also. I will definitely recommend it.

I started my laser session year ago until now with renew plus clinic, i can’t describe how satisfied I am with results, the laser technicianis amazing know how to do her work and the receptionist shayma and manel are the best welcoming ever I love them, always i feel comfortable with them, thank you renew plus clinic to make my life easy

Their facials were highly recommended to me, the facial done by Kris was wonderful. She thoroughly explained the steps of the facial. She did a great job and was very positive and kind.

I went to the Renew Clinic PLUS for a facial procedure, but it did not go as planned. I asked the doctor for a natural outcome, but she dramatically altered the structure of my face, made me look masculine, and utterly destroyed my face. I immediately contacted the clinic, and the person in charge of booking advised me to wait for the swelling to subside and noted that this was usual. I followed the advise and waited for a week, but nothing changed. I then continued to communicate with the person in charge of bookings and was utterly upset and stressed by what had been done to me. She said that the manager would contact me and that everything would be resolved. I waited, but there was no call was received or messages.

I then followed up on this numerous times personally, but the clinic's staff and the owner don't seem to be concerned about the welfare of their patients and kept ignoring me.

I sought out another doctor in a last-ditch effort and requested help. I called the clinic about it, and they asked me to send them a copy of the doctor's invoice for the repair (more than AED 1000). I then shared the invoice with Renew Clinique Plus.

After waiting, I got no response and no one answered my calls. Not only have they destroyed my face, but they were also merely blocking my calls before. I then called the Renew Clinique Plus from a different number and spoke with the booking coordinator, who apologetically indicated that she had shared all of the images, videos, and my concerns with the owner and had followed up multiple times, but she was unsure of the reason why there had been no follow-up.

It is obvious that the clinic's owner of Renew Clinique Plus doesn't care about her clients' problems or accept responsibility when they arise as its been nearly a month of calls, message and follow ups but no calls from her end or management. Which on her part is quite careless.

As a result, I'm writing this review to all clients who wish to go with any services with Renew Clinique Plus. Before doing anything, please be aware of this and do your proper research on the doctor and be aware or how careless and management and Owner are. I won't suggest this clinic to anyone.

It is obvious that the clinic's owner doesn't care about her clients' problems or accept responsibility when they arise. Which on her part is quite careless.

I do not intend to put a stop to this matter because I will make sure that it is documented and that compensation is given for all the stress and harm they have caused, not to mention the sum paid after the AED3,000 AE I paid to their clinic to have their practitioner's work corrected.

I'll soon be releasing the before-and-after photos and the entire conversation so that any new patients can see how the RENEW CLINIQUE treats their clients and how they can see for themselves.

I had botox and lip filler with Dr Safa and she did amazing job.
Thank u Dr Safe for also being patient during the fillers and left me no bruises.

I booked an appointment on 7 o'clock and waited for 1 hour to start because the receptionist accepted a patient over me, however the process of facial was so bad because she was on a hurry and late she wants to leave early, the worst service I've ever had

I did glass skin facial with Kriz. She was amazing, very friendly and attentive to what i wanted. She made me feel comfortable, I will definitely be coming back.

Kris is the best! I see her once a month for a glass skin facial and she has transformed my skin.

I gave 1 star to this clinic due to the unprofessional attitude of the manager with me to the extent she took my feedback very personal and the fact I had to wait till the product will be delivered without any previous communication however Dr. Safaa was great, she knows her job.

I would like to thank Krys for the great hydrafacial treatment. She took the time to explain each step to me, the session was very relaxing, very gentle without pain. To do again absolutely

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with lip fillers. The doctor just put the niddle inside and pushed all the filler it. I told her I don’t want volume I want contour but my lips are hanging down and there is no contour at all. It’s the next day now and I am going to dissolve it for sure. Please don’t waist your money. It was terrible and I have depression because of them.

Clinic is so clean. Personal is so professional. I have tried Chris for Hydra-facial as well as laser and she is so good. Highly recommend.

Decided to give this clinic a shot but didn’t have the best experience. Had to wait 1,5 hour for my appointment… Then when making an appointment for the touchup I was given a specific date and time which was yesterday, that I didn’t fully agree with but was the only date possible. I drove 30 minutes to the clinic only to find out they were closed! Super unprofessional, they could have at least let me know or not even make an appointment for that date in the first place!

Hello, I came to see you for the full body laser package, it was very badly done, from places that were not flashed but also almost zero intensity which did not change anything for me, I find that no professional at all, a session that normally lasts lasted more than an hour, it lasts less than 30 min, it's sloppy work without professionalism.

They are cheap for a reason. They’re always late for their appointments. Old machines, didn’t get results expected. No Fucidin cream when you’re done, which is industry standard. I wasted my time and money.

I wrote this review about a month ago. With in a day, I received a call from the manager who apologized for my bad experience and asked me for details. She was very professional in her call and offered me to redo the full package. And to be fair, she didn’t ask me to edit or delete my review.

I went last week for my make up session. I noticed that all my review points were taken care of. They hired a new laser technician who was very professional and good at what does.

I love Dr Marwa! I went to this Clinic a few months ago for a facial which was great and also had a free consultation with Dr Marwa. I had been looking for a place to do fillers for a long time and couldn’t find one where they wouldnt pressure me to do so many things just to take as much money from me as they could. Dr Marwa was very different which is the main reason I chose this Clinic for my fillers. She was very honest and advised me on what would be beneficial for me and told me that some things i had wanted to do was just not a good idea in my case. Definitely gained my trust. I ended up doing lip and cheek fillers and I am very happy with the results. I havent encountered such a friendly and profesional doctor in Dubai. She really knows what she is doing. I will be back for sure!

They took me 30min late for my appointment. I did laser and hydrafacial. The laser session was rushed as well as the facial.i did not even get spf on my face after the facial.
I did not enjoy it, and would not recommend it. The place is also very noisy.

First of all I was so surprised on the recent reviews! Because no Morrocan receptionist is there at the moment. Another review said - don’t spend money on Tik Tok influencers better improve your costumer service! I’m a content creator on Tik Tok and IG - no one payed me for my visit! I chose myself this clinic and I contacted them directly! I wanted to get the volume on my lips, so I went and just look at the picture of my lips! I’m so happy with the result! It’s so strange that someone from multiple accounts will leave bad reviews at the same time to the new clinic! Every clinic has their own mistakes at the beginning with the stuff or services, but there’s always a way to communicate and complain on the spot and understand the situation. But when some ppl try to lie and assume about few stuff that don’t even exist it’s insane. Whoever it is I know you are reading this. Came in for laser hair removal session, the technician was fantastic however the laser machine is absolutely terrible, not one single hair was burnt off by the laser, I’ve contact them to let them no but no appropriate response has been made.

Please don’t waste your money for laser here. The person who did it for me wasn’t precise and tried to finish up the appointment really fast without much care and burned me a little. There are better places out there with more professional attitude. I feel for the reviews as well. As they are new it’s better to wait for some time before using their services.
