Despite delays in construction and us needing to love in urge tly towards the end, the team were very helpful in completing the job. Mr. Abraham led the project and is very affable and professional. Had a major problem with the drain. It got blocked with the construction garbage.

Called the Repair Plus, and had a nice conversation, where I could explain what had happened, and the most important the person on the line UNDERSTOOD what I am explaining, and advised me that their team will have all the necessary equipment with them.

As well there schedule was quite busy, but they managed to arrange a visit at the convenient time for me.

The guys showed up on time, had all the equipment as promised. They used the Disposable Shoe Covers to enter the apartment! Covered the working area with the plastic to avoid unnecessary mess! Done the job quickly, and made sure that it wont come back (they did couple of running water tests). They were very friendly and answered all the questions I had!

Overall it was the first maintenance company in 14 years I live in Dubai who managed to deliver the proper service without any hustle. And their price tag wasn't so hefty for the delivered service.

If you facing any issues, I would suggest Repair plus as your first choice!

We just had Mr Abraham and his team from Repair Plus do our kitchen renovation, outdoor painting and fixing the roof. Other companies told us we’d have to redo the entire roof but couldn’t explain where the leak was or why it leaked. Mr Abraham and his team identified the problem and sealed it properly. The kitchen work was also exceptional. No problem is too big for them. They patiently changed anything we altered. The external painting was also done properly. No shoddy work from these guys. I hired Repair Plus to conduct extensive renovations at my villa. The works took approximately 6 weeks, and their team was always punctual and professional, quick to respond to challenges and provide a solution. There were various instances where corners could have been cut (and might have been by other contractors), but under Abraham’s leadership they actually went far above and beyond even where I wouldn’t have noticed. There was close attention to detail and a masterful display of domain expertise. The after service is also very prompt and attentive, with their team being sent out without delay. I’d strongly recommend Abraham and his team for renovation works, and would certainly use them again as my top pick.

I'm so glad I found Repair Plus. They responded to my request immediately and were very professional with their approach. The maintenance team on site were technically knowledgeable of the problem we were facing and helped resolved it. I would definitely recommend using them for cleaning/ servicing of split unit ACs.

Special mention to Abraham and his team of 5 men who completely renovated my whole jack and Jill bathroom in Arabian ranches Alvorada 3, completely transformed it and it looks like a hotel bathroom, very reasonably priced compared to other companies who were asking for 2 or 3 times the price to do the same job. Tore down a wall inside bathroom, removed bathtub and replaced with walk in shower, replaced old sink and toilet with new one and completely changed floor and wall tiles as well as replacing old ceiling and lights, estimated that it would take 10 days and ended up being 11 days but very worth it. Would 100% recommend this company, contact me for before and after photos if needed.

Each and every member of the team headed by Mr. Abraham, have displayed professionalism and quality work. Mr. Abraham comes up with suggestions and ideas that can be discussed and worked upon. Mr. Sijo, the repair technicians -Mohandas & Harish Kumar and many more of their dedicated staff worked in collaboration to complete the bathroom renovation project and laying of tiles. I have just moved to repair plus after previous experience with two maintenance agencies and I can feel the difference. The staff was extremely professional right from negotiation with the contract, through my first annual maintenance visit. A thorough check was done of the premises putting in 4 hours.

We use Repair Plus for our maintenance and have always been very pleased with them having renewed out annual policy. Very recently we also called them in for bathroom renovations and are incredibly pleased with the results. Very respectful around the house, quick, and high finishing standards. The supervisor frequently visited to check progress which gave us confidence. Prices were reasonable, especially given the level of work done. I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

They absolutely have not clue what they are doing. Charged me for trying to understand the issue which took them 1 hour and left without fixing it

Jiju and Vijayan work very hard, and do a complete job every time they come to my Villa. I always ask for their team to come whenever possible.

Shockingly BAD! Stay away from this company, customer service is zero and their work is terrible. We paid them to service and clean our AC units after we were feeling ill since using the AC, they mentioned that the ducts also needed cleaning which is a bigger job, seeing as we had recently moved in we asked the Landlord to cover this, he sent a different company and the technician showed us how none of the filters had been cleaned on the roof where our units are- my husband also went up and there was mold and so much dirt. Repair plus agreed that this was in their scope of work yet it hadn't been done. No refund and a complete lack of customer service, they simply don't care.

The Repair+ team stepped in to fix our water pump when the community contracted repair company said they wouldn't be able to send anyone for at least 24 hours. The workers were at our house within an hour, were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They quickly isolated the problem to a faulty drive and replaced it within an hour. We'd happily recommend them and will use their services again.

I am using Repair+ since a few years and yesterday a technical team repaired several things at the house (masonry, plumbing ….). We are really impressed with the quality of work done, the service people are well skilled, extremely polite, customer oriented and friendly. We therefore would like to say thank you to all service and maintenance people that solved our problems during the past years, you guys are great! The team came to my place to hang up some paintings and install my TV and wall bracket. The staff were extremely professional, ensuring no dirt was left in my house after they finished their job.

They finished their job on time and ensured the house was clean when they left it. Thoroughly recommended for any handy work you need done around the house.

Been using Repair+ for a couple of years and have been happy with them, but we decided recently to terminated the contract as we discovered the markup on materials was astronomical. I don't think many people give this much thought when signing a maintenance contract, and I don't mind businesses having markups, but this was just crazy and beyond justification.

Not worth it. Simple fix can be handled correctly and efficiently at times. But issues like buying your own materials so you can save money, will NOT be an option. If they let you once or twice, you are lucky. They are saying that their best pricing quotation for the materials are competitive. Well, it is too much from the pricing of the materials if you buy them yourself (3-4 times less). Problem came when you got the contract already (AMC), they will not provide the service you once had, one is of those 3rd party materials, second is how sloppy the work is, most of the time it is horrible, they will not clean the mess and smudges at the workplace after the installation or whatsoever. Their technicians are always heard complaining about something. Got in touch with other similar industries and was able to get the option that the customer is able to choose the materials they wanted for their household. That would only mean (read between the lines). My point: find someone else - they have got better options.

Quick, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Only had to pay AED 300 cause the guys found the problem and fixed our AC within 1 hour. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and I even got a follow-up call a few days later to check if I was happy with the service. Best of all: They were on time! For anyone living in Dubai you would know that this is pretty much unheard off.a handyman that's on time! Very happy customer over here

They want to take you money, not organized, i asked them for a service and on the service day they responded telling me we dont offer this you must have contract where i clarified my request to them and they approved and assigned an appointment, on the service day they said we dont have enough personnel and we dont do this service.and later when i complained they said this is our service and we know!

My husband and I used Repair Plus services to do some cutting work (wood, metal and tile) and we were more than satisfied with the results. The team is well organized, on time, does a great job, cleans afterwards and is also friendly! They are not the cheapest in the market but it is so worth it considering the quality of work. We highly recommend
