My husband and I spent a few days at the resort (early January 2024).
First the positive: it is a beautiful resort and the hotel restaurant “The dining Room” is excellent. The service and staff are all very courteous and helpful.
Now for the negative:
Construction work is taking place around the hotel. The noise from the construction sites can be heard from morning until late at night (we assume there is no quiet at night or similar in Dubai). You can also hear loud music from yachts and/or the nightclubs that are located in the bay at the beginning of the palm tree from midday/afternoon until 5/6 a.m. In the morning. And you can hear this very clearly in the rooms. Anyone who is sensitive to noise will definitely not find peace here.
For the price that the hotel charges, in our opinion it is absurd not to be able to get some rest and really relax. The price/performance ratio does not exist under current conditions. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the hotel. There are simply too many alternatives to better invest the money.
We are aware that the hotel itself cannot do anything about the external circumstances. However, it is simply not okay to not be able to relax on a planned relaxing vacation, even in your room (even if you are staying for several days).

It was the absolute best holiday experience I've ever had.
From the room to the dining room to the pool, everything was extra special. The staff are so attentive, the managers are great.
The food is gorgeous, the afternoon tea is fab. I did not want to leave.

One of the best places in Dubai. Mr Fadi from front desk is an amazing profesional. Congrats to the HR team.

My wife Eva and me are staying currently at your place and we want to let you know how much we enjoy it! Your place is absolutly amazing and the service is outstanding! At breakfirst and dinner we get serviced so perfectly and friendly from all of your staff. Especially we want to mention Belinda, Ivan and Bubusara as they read all our wishes from our eyes. We could not ask for better service. The pool area is also fantastic and the team is always around to make us having a good time! The garden area is also just unbelievable, congratulation to the people who look after this so well! Food is delicious in every restaurant and the people who look afetr our room are super efficient and friendly too.
