Called the main line lady answered absolutely not interested i asked if in general the prices are cheaper than rak general public shop as i need a few hundred of each item. She said no same price and when i queried this why it would be same price she said it is how is this whole sale if buying 5 or 500 the same price why would a business buy from them what a joke. I asked to speak to someone else as she really didnt seem intersted at all. I guess they are so busy that they dont need business. Will definitely share my experience with others i deal with. Only gave one star as no choice to give zero really disappointing

Call them several times. College pickup late by one miss Reema (phillipino). Did not answer my question she is very busy somebody will call but few hours nobody is calling. Looks like they don't need business.

Very poor customer service. You should begging to the sales person to work with you. I have 6 projects for which I need to order tableware, glassware and kitchenware. Restofair failed on the first. First when I requested samples I sent location for delivery to the sales person, and he assured me with delivery date. When I send him follow up message in this day he answered me that he didn’t get location from me yet. When I marked message with location I sent week ago he started making excuses that he was sick and then he just disappeared. I had to keep on calling to the office for 2 days few times per day and every time again explain the situation and they was just sending me from one person to another and recommending in the end to contact sales person which wasn’t responding. When we payed 50% advance payment and sent it via email we didn’t get any answer so next day I had to call sales and asking them to check their email. When I requested samples for another restaurant, still no response, I was sending follow up email few times - still no answer. Today after 11 days they asked me to advise the mail concerning the sample request. I really don’t have words. Very bad attitude, not professional staff. I’ll never deal with this company again and will recommend to all my friends to not even enter the place.
You guys just should understand that time going and there are a lot of different companies opened so now you are not only one on the market like before and you can’t treat your customers like this. Or at list respect people who wanna bring money in you company.

Prices are on the higher range but thats what you pay for good quality.

Bad experience, ived paid and reserved a bulk order of an item but when they deliver, its not complete and said that the remaining pending items are to follow.really dispointed and not professional at all.

The company has no respect for its customers and has no credibility in dealing with time and delivery
