A really nice place to shop around while having complimentary coffee and water. Staff are great in helping out and offers to try their bikes to feel the fit and provides options in customizing what you need. Kudos to Emil for being very patient and was back and forth to see if stocks are available. The MET Trenta were a great fit and ventilation was awesome. We love it!

Definitely THE go-to place for cyclists if you want good, friendly service, good product stock and a cup of coffee with like-minded people. Stewart, Greg and the whole team are super helpful and try to make everything possible. Not the hardcore sales-driven attitude of some of the other bikeshops.

This is my new favourite bike shop. All the staff are great, especially Bryan. The team serviced my bike so quickly, I had it back within 4 hours. Bryan taught me new ways to look after my equipment. Fantastic service, I’ll be back for all my cycling needs. Thanks guys!

Hi, not a great experience! Brought the bike in to repair/replace the the drop post, the basic service offered by your staff was secondary. Numerous phone calls to deconflict without success. Arrived to collect after service and informed you're not licensed to repair/replace the drop post and you'd charged me for a full service despite confirming basic on arrival.
Not a good experience all round

Hi all. I am from Nizhny Novgorod. I was vacationing with my family in the UAE at the end of March 2023. I decided to stop by to see Look bikes at Revolution Cycle Dubai. I have Pinarello Prins at home. I want to sell. When I arrived at this store, I was well received. They offered coffee, showed all the models and options for bicycles. But together we settled on a Look 795 blade RS bike. I chose white, I liked it the most. It so happened that I stopped by just to look and ask the price. And then it turned out that a well-known cyclist from Russia, Alexander Plyushkin, is cooperating with the store. Of course, communication has become easier. My Look RS is the top model, the latest version of them. The only thing for me was that it was expensive to pay for electric switches, I asked to be replaced with mechanics. Plus, the store had a promotion - 20% off. In Moscow, such a bike costs 865 tr. Good thing I had a Union Pay card with me. They transferred the money to me and everything worked out. Great packed in a box and delivered free of charge to the hotel. At Abu Dhabi airport I paid 260 AED for oversize.dollars are not accepted, Union Pay cards are also not accepted. In Moscow, there were no questions from customs. Quietly passed. Many thanks also to Greg and May. They are very attentive and hospitable. They even made gifts. I will recommend to friends.

Exceptional Customer Service.

We have purchased 3 bikes for our children over the last year (for each of their birthdays). 1 was ordered in as they did not have the size we required. The other two were delivered the same day we called and they even put birthday ribbons on. They offered to box it and wrap it, but as I did not want to do any assembly, they put the ribbons on.

I am extremely happy with the service we received and recommend Revolution Cycles. 5 Star.

What an attitude and customer oriented approach! I was very pleased and satisfied with my first bike maintenance experience with Revolutions! Special thanks to Josh - brilliant mechanic. Being kind of hard and demanding customer, I tried two different maintenance shops before and was always dissatisfied with something, that small things which spoils overall opinion. But this time I was really amazed by the commitment, regular feedback, speed and overall attitude to the customer. Well done, Josh, great service, Revolutions team! Amazing staff. Went there with a new bike and I wanted to have pedals. They did tune my bike and spend some time discussing. They are very professional and very nice at the same time. They proposed to me to come back after few rides to fine tune the bike. It’s the first bike shop in dubai that I visit where charging the client is not the target

The shop also carries cycling accessories.

Best customer service I’ve received not only at a bike shop but any shop. As a relatively new cyclist I have found many shops intimidating when purchasing gear as I am still learning many of the terms and how gear should properly fit. Stopped in to get new shoes as my previous pair were way to small based on my uneducated self sizing of cycling shoes. I was greeted promptly, offered a selection of shoes that met the criteria I was looking for and was explained in depth what proper sizing should look like (why my old ones didn’t fit). Ultimately I left with shoes that far exceeded my expectations for a price that was way more than reasonable, an most importantly left feeling like part of the cycling community and not an idiot new comer. Thanks for the amazing service and amazing shoes!
