Dr Mithun worked his magic over many months and has left me smiling. Even though the treatment spanned nearly 26 months, he kept me accountable and ensured that my teeth were well looked after. The ceramic braces he used were easy to get used to, rarely visible and easily maintained. I am grateful that I made this investment in better gum and dental care.

The best thing about this process was how convenient the team made it for me - bookings were done on Friday afternoons (though they also work on Saturdays), I had regular reminders for appointments on WhatsApp and the team were flexible enough to accommodate me on the occasions where I wasn’t able to make it to my appointments.

Visiting from Australia and decided to get my permanent retainers removed. Dr. Mithun did a quick and efficient procedure as well as doing extra by cleaning my teeth. Kindly recommended me to then use plastic retainers in order to keep the shape of my teeth still right.

My appointment with Dr Vrata at Rex Medical centre came after nearly 5 years of neglect. I was expecting to receive at least a little pushback about this. However, she was both professional and empathetic. She walked me through the process, anticipated when I would experience pain and managed me exceptionally through the appointment. In her care, I think I will get over my fear of dentists. More importantly, she has set me on course with a recovery plan which is sensible and thorough. Look forward to the healing.

I was treated for a crown and I trusted the dentist. She was not happy with the crown made by the lab the first time, so she sent it back to the lab for more work. The second time it was all good. What's more, the dentist is highly professional and always caring for her patients.

The clinic is very clean and hygienic. Everyone on the clinic is too helpful, from the receptionists to the dentists. Dr. Vrata Shetty and Dr. Suresh Kannan are doing an excellent job with the treatments. I've been going to them and recently took my 82 year old grandmother too for an extraction. They do a very smooth job and make sure that the patient is in no pain.

This placed saved me. Had come with a terribly damaged nerve and severe tooth pain. Dr. Vrata with her expertise has treated my tooth with root canal treatment. Perfect job. Dental visits has always been a nightmare to me since
my childhood but not anymore. Painfree specialist treatment is their highlight.

I had gone for a Tooth Extraction to Rex Medical Centre on Shk Zayed Road, Dr.kaveri was assigned to do the procedure on me. It was a very complicated extraction as my tooth had already chipped off due to decay. But I was very impressed with her as she patiently extracted the whole tooth with utmost care and made sure that no further complications arise during the procedure. I would recommend Dr. Kaveri for anyone with Dental complications as she has thorough knowledge and the right amount of experience. I had a wonderful experience with Rex Medical Centre, all staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I was changing my appointments quite often so were very patient with me and my requests were always handled with courtesy and in professional manner. I had a dental treatment done with Dr. Mithun Shetty and Dr. Vrata Shetty and I can highly recommend the doctors so as the clinic in case you hesitate amongst so many in Dubai! If needed in the future, definitely a comeback.

Root canal and crown fitting treatment was excellent. I had an infection that took a long time to clear; I paid a fixed price for the treatment and I was seen regularly over a long period and no chances were taken. Very thorough, very professional and friendly. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommended.

The clinic was very clean, hygienic and well maintained and I really liked the ambience of the clinic too. Dr Kaveri assisted with my procedure, and she was very kind to explain to me what exactly is happening with my teeth and why which is why I felt very comfortable letting her do what she needed to. I think trust is something very important esp with doctors, and I think she has gained mine. I will def be going back only here for any other dentist appointments.

It is friendly personal, coffee inside and cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, Dr.said me to remove a tooth, I went to another dentist and he said, that it isn't necessary and made my tooth healthy again. Not recommended this clinic, if you want to have your own teeth. P. S. In response on your answer, my husband also has heard it and a doctor said to a receptionist to make my appointment to remove it.

Dr. Vrata and her team did an amazing job fixing my front upper 8 bridges and crowns when they became unstable. As a nervous patient he showed great care and patience. I am totally delighted with my new smile (and the ability to eat solid food again ha!). Great job.
