Right Care

This is my first baby and I choose right care to provide me with a nurse, they offer me many CVs and the nurse I want was not available and then they offer me Rubica CV. That was my good luck having Rubica as a nurse for my baby
What I like the most about Rubica that she is very self centered and quiet. She is really expert with dealing with the infant. She is very kind and friendly.

The best place in Dubai to deal with kids especially Roz is very good also their customer care services are good they make my vacation so nice

I’ve used right care nurses to help with my newborns 5 times with all my kids. Nurse Vijithra took care of my last 2 kids and she is awesome, respectful and a great support.

Rosario was an expert in feeding my 6 months baby sister solid foods and putting her to sleep. We used her services for 8 months, and recommend Rosario.

I use to deal with them since March they were perfect, then new manager came (the rude way she talks and the unprofessional way) she also take it personal with clients! So bad for the ladies who own that to have a manger to put the reputation down!

Be aware dealing with this company, I found that one of their nurses cut the nipple to feed the baby faster with hazard of him to be chocked, when contacted the managment they tried to avoid to discuss the matter and they canceled the contract from their side to get away, not answering any call and they deleted the bad review on them in instagram.

I was looking forward to doing business with you until I called the number +971 55 600 5151 on 29th June 2023. However, I was disappointed with the customer service experience. When the designated person answered, she did not provide her name or the company name, which is basic customer service etiquette. Furthermore, she was rude and unhelpful when I expressed my concerns about the poor customer service. She mentioned that the office was closed, but she was still taking my call. It seemed like she didn't understand the importance of converting me into a satisfied paying customer and making me feel valued. Consequently, I will seek another establishment that will be willing to serve me for the next two years. Best regards.
