Very simple process, helpful staff, no reason to complain at all. 4 stars simply due to there being no online option.

Days and times are incorrectly updated, Shows that the shop is open on Saturday until 6, when I am here I see this locked door with security saying its closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Atleast bother to update your working hours.

The shop is in the school which open 7 and close 3, the shop open 9: 30 and closes for lunch break around 2, as if they purposely avoid customers!

Louis Vuitton prices - prices are also not displayed on the clothes which is against UAE retail policies and rules
Super low quality cotton and polyester. You need to check items before you buy them cause most have some tears and threads coming out of them
Rude staff - they don’t answer the phone. In fact, I called the phone number while I was there and it didn’t even ring. They guy laughed and said there is a phone in the other room. Obviously no one answered!
And yes, no fitting rooms. Actually there are 3 fitting rooms. One of them had a paper stuck on it that says please clean the fitting rooms…anyway, that rude lady there said that as per the policy, fitting rooms are not usable
Hopefully EIS will use a better soon. It should be easy cause there couldn’t be anyone with worst service!

This shop has the worst service, people with attitude who do not even answer you when you speak to them. I have been calling them for 3 days, days and nights to ask about the “so called promotion” and no one was picking up the phone! The day I went to the shop I asked them about their contact number and they gave me the same number I was calling the whole time! So I have tried to call them while in the shop and no phone was ringing! I was shocked! Like seriously no wonder no one is answering the phone because simply there is no phone ringing! Obviously I missed the promotion by 1 day and when I was explaining that it is because no body answers to confirm a thing, they were the rudest and nobody even cared to answer me or even say “sorry”! Don’t let me start on the overpriced uniforms for such a super poor quality! Shame on them, we have no other choice. But she will be complaining to the whole management in EIS until they do something about them! What a poor service and rude staff!

I visit this place today I.e. On a Saturday, as per google and their website it is open on Saturday. It must be noted that the number provided on their website for call or WhatsApp is also of no use as WhatsApp is not available and call is not answered.
It is the only place I can get uniform for my kid and I am facing these issues. I don’t know where else to go and how to contact Rightfit.
Edited- I visited them on Sunday again and found they have not updated their website but put a notice on Sunday with change in days. (As per current status, they are closed on Saturday and open on Sunday).
