Right Health Clinic ( Karama Medical Center, Burjuman Branch)

Worst experience ever I had.no communication no idea what are they talking about.
They booked my appointment under insurance with eye specialist after a referral of there other branch.
8pm was my appointment and since morning they start to call me that focttwants leave early so come at 7pm I said I will try but I could make and I reached on my appointment and doctor left.
Next day again same happened my appointment at 8pm they start to call again and forcing me to come before 7pm.
Well anyway I reached clinic and doctor told me if you will go for glasses then you need to pay 280aed I said all I need some drops for allergy
After consultation they ask me to pay 280aed just for 1 minute of doctor and she don’t give me any medicine and I neither go for glasses.
They ruined my two days and this time I spend 3 hours here to figure out what’s going on.i ask if I can talk to any responsible person.but no one available.

Doctors here are all nice and the staff aswell. Thanks for assistance Dr. Sara Malik and Dr. Revolution Shrestha. It was my second time here and they give a very good assistance. I already recommend this clinic to all my colleagues.

First ever I met a doctor who has the good heart to her patient, never forget to make follow ups as to the status, assistance to answer all concerns even by chats, accommodates you even at extra times, always let you relaxed when you feel anxious. Very positive which made me comfortable with my uterus case. Seek solutions right away whenever necessary until problem is solved. I was referred to the master surgeon at cost effective way. This is no other than Dr KOMAL SASANE. I love you doc

Dr. Komal Sasane is just incredible. I must have visited dozons of doctors for my wife's pregnancy, but the final stop was Dr. Komal. The entire pregnany period was just amazing with her. She is genuinely sweet, soft spoken & down to earth person. She is very positive. She treats all her patients like a family member and gives all great advises with a big smile.she is very friendly and cool doctor. From the day 1, she guided us for healthy mother will have a healthy baby concept. In this entire tenure, I feel blessed with the support, guidance, care and empathy.she is really a big example of trustworthy doctor for us.
I have recommended her to my friends and relatives.

Dr Komal in the OB department was amazing in my pregnancy journey. She is really friendly and helpful she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Thanks Dr Komal.

Dra. Sara Malik was very helpful and accommodating. When i reached the clinic i was feeling scared because of the pain i encountered in my left side of my tummy but she is very helpful and make sure i dont have to worry anything she give the right medicide for pain and for my spasm.

Entrirely dissatisfied with this clinic. The only reason if I visit, it will to meet Dr. Sahil with whom i find comfortable and he is listening and arriving conclusion.
I visited Burjuman Exit 2 branch who has written xray and sent us to Karama branch where after exray we had to followup multiple times for the report. I have never seen anywhere else the report takes more than 24 hours.
Overall a DISASTER experience with this clinic.

I have visited twice in this clinic ans very bad. The doctor is not even ready to listen fully. Nurses are arrogant and rude. And doctors did not provide proper solutions as well. Very bad clinic and never gonna visit again.

I am consulting Dr Komal Sasane from the 1st month of my pregnancy journey. She understands and explains everything in detail from your health, diet, precautions, sonography and makes you comfortable and advises correctly. One of my friend recommended her. Dr Komal is very knowledgeable, understanding and caring. She has helped me with smallest of queries and gave a me a right solution for every problem. I am very happy that I started consulting Dr Komal and I shall highly recommend her to my friends in the future and expecting mothers.

I visited Dr Oberoi at Right Health Clinic Burjuman last week because my eyes were itching, getting red and watering continuously. Dr Oberoi explained my eye problem to me in detail and provided me with a sense of relief that my issue was easily treatable. She has great expertise and knowledge in this field and she is patient and empathetic in dealing with her patients.

We've visited Dr. Oberoi for my son's eye test, she was very calm and kid-friendly. She is very passionate in what she does, had a little chichat with my son before she started the test which makes my son at ease at that makes me so happy. We will visit again soon for our next scheduled appointment.

I had some eye problems and went to Right Health Karama and seen Dr. Oberoi. She is the kindest and a very very professional dictor. She explained very clearly my condition and provided very good information and treatment.thank you doctor Oberoi.

Visited Dr. Oberoi today for my mom’s eye check up, I can say we left the clinic completely satisfied. She explained everything in detail and did all the tests very professionally. Apart from that, clinic is great, friendly staff and less crowded.

I want to write about Dr Neena Agarwal,

After seeing the positive reviews about Dr Neena Agarwal I thought she is very supportive and very good Doctor and started visiting this clinic and this Doctor.
Ever Since I visited she never talks to my wife or ever had a conversation related to pregnancy. Just browse her system, write few medicines and tests with out describing anything to patient which never gets approved by the insurance company. (she never give any justification for the medicine she wrote and it get rejected by the insurance).

She herself suggest the clinic outside to take tests, which runs by her friends. Never seen such kind of physicians in my life.

Requesting the management to rethink about this kind of doctors.

The utter worst experience jn My life.

Now I understood all positive reviews are paid.

Dr. Oberoi is very kind and easy to talk to. She explains well and interacts carefully with kids

I visited Dr Oberoi, the eye specialist at Right Health Clinic Burjuman recently and I found her to be very knowledgeable and caring. She conducted all eye tests with great diligence and I am very satisfied with the treatment she gave me.

This is to share my friends experience at this clinic. Yesterday she went for eye check up where she was asked to pay first 250 aed for the procedure but when she went back to the doctor she did not the do the complete procedure as promised. My friend is feeling robbed and don’t want to go the same doctor again as she paid from her last saved money. Two front desk guys were supportive enough as she is having hearing problem also but she had a very bad experience with the doctor.

Such an unprofessionalism i haven't experienced before. We took appointment at 12pm for doctor and they had submitted claim for insurance approval after 30min. They dont even knw how to take an approvl by insurance. They made us wait for 4hrs telling the claim in pending status. They even dont called or checked the status with insurance despite our request also. How they can make such irresponsible people in the reception. Really dissapointed

Today I visited burjuman right health clinic in the evening at 8: 15 p.m. I have been consulating the general physician for years. But today I have a bad experience with the lady who had handle the front desk. She doesn’t know how to behave to the patients well.she is very arrogant and rude.

Really bad experience. I tried to take appointment for doctor consultation and before that I tried to call clinic reception desk and no one is responding calls and later I visited because I take appointment and I came to know once I reach that my insurance is suspended and I paid from my pocket. Now I speak with my insurance and finally they ask to get reimbursement claim signed from hospital authorities and I tried to get it signed from last 2 week onwards. Unfortunately very irresponsible attitude from the clinic team. Am really begging to get the form properly filled from the clinic reception.

Pathetic People - this hospital is just a money making business. Poor patient service. Even if you are dying they will ask you to come tomorrow jusy because their closing time is within 30 mins. Receptionist always bes on her personal call as if she is just there for name sake.
A hospital in an area is suppose to take care of their patients rather than sending them back because it is getting closed in 30 mins. The receptionists was in a hurry to run back home thats why they tell patients we are closing so that they dont need to wait.
All these reviews i am sure are not from the patients or their service users.
Right health is just a money making business. Either the hospital is too chilled to care or the staff hiring is done wrong. Either way poor service.
GUYS FIRST LEARN WHAT A HOSPITAL IS ALL ABOUT. DONT CALL YOURSELF HEALTH CARE WORKERS IF YOU ARE NOT ONE

In case of emergency they were concerned about their closure time.
This right health was supposed to be closed at 9pm and we reached there after making it such a haste by approx 8.35 and the result was: - We are closing!
Seriously
What abt the persons condition?
Atleast a general treatment
Or an emergency tackle.
Nothing was seen.

Both the receptionist seemed like they are pushing us away indirectly
I got the vibe.
Busy on their personal call.
I feel bad for such rude behavior against us, inspite of being such a reputed place we got such service.
UNEXPECTED

Disappointed and not satisfied with the service today I chat2x with the doctor for almost 2 mins and waited for an hour to register and consult then need approval for consultation though I have insurance apart from the test request etc! I paid 90/AED consultation fees for nothing, just wasting my money! 1st the time I encountered this kind of policy.

I would like to share an experience with the authorities.
The receptionist are just not at all worth speaking.
Its a big story but they didnt attend an emergency just because of time issues.

The clinic is clean. The staff is friendly. And it’s not as crowded as other clinics.

Very bad service. Had the worst experience recently. Worst clinic in Dubai. I made an appointment and reached there on time. Then waited for 45 minutes, and people who came after me went to the doctor before me. Then when i told the reception, the reception guy Ruhit, said that he forgot about me! Unprofessional service, even the doctor Dr. Anum was bad and she didn't help me at all and was not friendly. I do not recommend anyone to go to this clinic. Worst service ever. I also called the main branch to complain, but they didn't do anything. The clinic is not suitable at all for the area. (JVC -branch)

This is a very poor clinic. I had my ultrasound 3 weeks ago we have talked to 5 different people yet no result from their side paying without an insurance card is alot. And i hope they have sympathy on that. Dont just take the money and forget your patient

The GP Dr. Rose has been by far my favorite doctor.
Catherine at the reception has been really helpful and warm and friendly.
I didn’t book the appointment, however my waiting time was not long, the approvals were done smoothly and I appreciate the time and effort these guys put in.

I visit there for general check up last week they have highly qualified doctors and front desk people are also very helpful regarding the insurance they guide very well and the whole process is very smooth highly appreciated.

I went with my wife to gynecologist for consultation, Only thing they did was blood test, After that doctor did not care to let us know the following step.poor service.plz refrain don’t go

Excellent customer service, in particular, the Unit In Charge, Miss Soumi. Her manner of dealing with customers is quite admirable. We can directly approach her if we require anything urgently, and she will ensure that the work is completed. It is my pleasure to recommend her and the clinic to anyone. I would love to express my gratitude towards the Right Health clinic. I've been visiting the clinic for a year and I'm always unbelievably impressed with truly caring staff who do their best to deliver best health solutions, particularly Mr. Shabith, who constanly helps me out with the health insurance matters. In addition i would love to say that the staff keeps very peaceful atmosphere in the clinic that provides the good and positive vibes for faster healing.

Its been a 3rd time I visit this clinic and all the staff are very helpful and professional with very nice customer service… not so crowded and easy from burjuman metro ….

Has a very bad experience with the staff as the token system is worse waiting for hours to see a general physician and the staff is not bothered to check or call the patient. When we went and remind them then after the nurse is checking and with attitude no any concern towards the patient.

The service was marvelous. Shoutout to Ms Catherine and Mr Shabit in the receptionist they are both amazing in assisting all my request and also to the nurses namely Ms Tintu Ms Sonya and Ms Soumi thank you very much I will definitely suggest your clinic to my friends.

Such a great clinic to visit. I have been visiting this clinic for more than 5 months. I like the way staff and doctor treat patients. Pure proffesionlism especially shabith such a great gentlemen. I had really good experience. Helps me everytime on insurance approval.

I wish it was below 1 star to this place. I want to meet Dr. Yogesh orthopedic as you can see in the photo i waited 3 hours to meet a Doktor and in the waiting room was around 10 to 15 people waiting for different Doctors and my waiting customers are 3. After 3 hours of waiting they told me my waiting customer is 2. If you planning to visit here just write your name and leave then come back after couple of hours.

It's really a great clinic to visit. Staffs are very accommodating. Mr. Shabith really professional approach and really helpful. Trying to explain rejection and approval.

I’ve been to Right Health Clinic for a couple of times for my regular routine check up.

The doctors are very accommodating with their patient’s needs. I find the staff very attentive and informative with your inquiries too.

You may need to get an appointment prior to your preferred date so you may not need to wait for sometime for your turn but everything goes on smoothly and for your test results, the very next day you will get it.

Overall, their services is good and recommendable.

Staffs are professional and quality of service provided is highly recommended. The facility is clean.

I highly recommend this clinic. The staffs are very accomodating and friendly especially to Jerone and Chevrone and their nurses. Me and my husband consulted their GP, Dr. Rose and OB, Dr. Neena how many times since last year as they are giving great medical care. We are really satisfied with their service.
