Very professional. There is no waiting in the morning. Only in the evening there are slightly bigger crowds. Tests usually arrive in 12 hours.

I've been to Jabel Al Tent Right Health for a PCR test, It took very Little time (15 minutes max) and the personnel aiding me (Ihsanullah) was kind and professional. Overall a good experience

Whats happening here. No customer service. It's taking more than 4 hours to take a PCR test. The people are working very very slow. They talk more than then they work. Worst experience.

This center was very good and fast

The staff there was kind and professional specially Mr. Ehssan he talks Arabic & English very good and help me with everything from the moment I enter until I exit the center. I’m coming back to this center for the staff help

Please avoid their service if u are in a hurry.they say express pcr test and promise early results.please dont fall in to the trap.they promise you something b4 you pay.and later turn around.ill make sure that i file a case against these people if i loose my flight.

I've reached this place through a appointment and they have assisted me the best way possible and i can't thank enough to the people working there to get my results out as quick as possible

VERY DISAPPOINTED BY VISITING THERE. NOBODY HELP EVEN LISTIN. WE KNOW NOWA DAYS THERE IS A LOT OF PEOPELS CAME THERE FOR PCR TES. BUT THE IMPORTANT THING IS BEHAVIOUR. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

محبطون جدًا من خلال زيارتهم. لا أحد يساعدهم حتى استمعوا. نعرف الآن أن هناك الكثير من الأشخاص الذين أتوا إلى هناك لاختبارات PCR. لكن الشيء المهم هو السلوك. محبط للغاية!

The provide token to everyone if a group of people come then give priority to the the group n who are waiting for 2 or 3 if the asked something then they told that group apply online appointment so after that your terns.

First of all thank you to FYNDA & RIGHT HEALTH GROUP for providing PCR RESULTS in less than 12 hours although booked an online regular slot for AED 90.
The testing center was far from my place at jabel ali industrial area and walk ins were entertained.
In less than 20 minutes test was done by booking an online slot.
Morning slot 8 to 9 am was alloted and we emailed them at 3 pm.
The best part mail was replied, and by 8 pm reults were on email.
Super service.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The worst pcr test facility in Dubai it is written they are open at 7 but nobody was there until 9.
The customer service is rude and don't know anything
