Right Health PCR Testing Center (Open 24 hrs) (Jafiliya, Karama)

They mention that it’s open till 11pm. I walked in at 10.25pm and it was closed. Not sure why the timing is not accurately mentioned. Wouldn’t have taken the trouble to reach the center if timing is accurately mentioned.

Really slow service and inefficient system, look for another place to do your PCR, this center is slow and disorganized with only 1 person doing the test

I did pcr test there, I received the result negative but they upload on al hosn positive and instead of fixing it they told me to 2 more tests to remove the red!

Very poor service if you go as a group. Reason for taking token numbers is not understood by any staff- either at security or at typing. So if you are a group of 6 or more, you need to say that you are 2 or more groups and pay separately - else you will sit at one typist till ur full group is done, instead of dividing among the staff to finish one group of consecutive tokens. While those who come after you will finish and go. They refuse to acknowledge that they are not doing the correct way. Had a horrible time today morning with elderly parents and unvaccinated young child sitting for long in the tent inspite of frequent requests to finish our group according to token before taking others

Reliable place.but the results come after 24 hours. No RCT available. Its good if u need a PCR report before 48 hours

Very quick service, we got the text in PDF by email soonet rhan expected, though the heavy load on PCR tests during this period. RH available in many locations and easy to find, affordable and reasonable price, and especially the staff are so helpful and supportive, I would say thank you and would recommend to all.

More than 35 hours and I still didn't receive my results. I send you messages without answers. I call your numbers many times and all the time my calls are been rejected.

I miss my flight and will have to wait 2 more days. Which means hotel fees for 2 days, and 500 AED penalties for flight change.

What a messy queue system, slow workers, hours of waiting. And results won't be available in at least 36 hours! Total waste of time!

سويت فحص عندهم وما ارسلوا النتيجة رغم ان ايميلي صحيح ورقمي ،ووانتظرت يومين وتاخرت بسببهم ع سفري وفي النهايه يوم رحت لهم النتيجه طلعت موجوده ولاكأني سويتها لانه مامنها فايده
ويوم تكلمت معهم قالوا مانقدر نسويلك شي وما وافقوا يعيدوا لي الفحص مجاناً

Amazing place! Done the test in 10 minutes, Received the results after 6 hours, payment is a bit high 110AED. I wish if Dubai can make it 50AED like Abu Dhabi.
