Unfortunately like so many maintenance companies in Dubai Right Vendor has suffered the same fate. What was a great company providing good reliable villa maintenance now struggle to even do the minimum. Their service and reliability has been dismal to say the least. We have had annual villa maintenance and pool cleaning contracts and both were very poor. I would not recommend them unless they make some major changes.
My 5 star review from 2+ years ago is now a 1 star.

Extremely Disappointing Pool Cleaning Service

I regretfully engaged with right vendor for a full year pool cleaning contract, and it has been an absolute nightmare. Despite paying upfront, the quality of their service is abysmal. The pool remains dirty, and their excuses seem endless.

First, they claimed something was missing in the vacuum, for which I had to pay to replace. Now, conveniently, another issue has arisen, and they've vanished without a trace. I've attempted to contact them repeatedly with no response, showcasing their utter lack of professionalism.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this Company at all costs. Their incompetence, coupled with unresponsiveness, makes them the epitome of a terrible service provider. Save your time and money by looking elsewhere for reliable pool cleaning services.

Believe me I had called some local companies first and they spoiled my door and Right Vendor has fixed it with skills and perfection. I appreciate Mr Danial for considering my request and helping me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

UPDATE: After they answer my review, sent the email as requested, no action or answer from part of the company (it's been 2 weeks) ; called the project manager and as usual he doesn't pick up the phone, called the general line and they hanged up on me. Just another proof they don't care about their customers and just wanted to look good replying on my review

Project managers and administrative team are not professional nor responsible, they don't answer calls or messages, the client is the one that needs to be on top of them all the time if you want your job done.
Projects managers don't schedule your jobs, they don't follow up, they said they'll call you and they never do, they'll give you a date to start and most probably they'll start a day after, they send the team without materials. A real shame since the workers were skilled and polite.

I hired them to do some renovations, the result of some of the work was very poor, they said they'll fix it but after months of waiting I decided to ask for a partial refund so I could do the jobs with someone else, they said they'll do after inspection, but even then they're just making excuses and blaming their subcontractors, when at the end they're the ones responsible for the job

We got our wash rooms renovated by Right Vendor Technical Services. They did an excellent job. The work was finished timely and within budget originally quoted. Prices were reasonable compared to others who quoted for the same job. Their team is highly skilled. Jubal, Blaze, Jaleel helped me even in selection of tiles and fittings and looking back I realize they gave all right advises based on their experience which turned out to be very useful. On top of it, they are also flexible and willing to walk extra Miles to drive customer happiness. Their staff: masons, electricians, plumbers and carpenters — all are very skilled, experienced and polite & courteous. Overall we got very professional and high quality services by this team and we plan to do rest of the renovation work also thru them. I cannot stop myself from also calling out and thanking Rousen, the owner of RVT, who was personally reachable for any support required during the entire process.

Bad service from the start, except the time they made contract.communication between departments is weak also they don't even know how what is customer service. I asked for my issue since long and instead of providing the exact issue they give time and in the last the accounts guy (I don't want to take his name) have Zero manners for customer speaking called and said we have pending amounts that is why they hold the services.

Never Recommend from my side.

**NOT DUBAI MUNICIPALITY APPROVED AS THEY CLAIM**

I recently engaged Right Vendor to clean my water tank. I reviewed their website where they claim to be a Dubai Municipality approved vendor to clean and disinfect water tanks. I am aware that for water tank cleaning, only Dubai Municipality approved vendors have access to the chemicals required to clean the tank. I was told the process would take 3-4hrs.

The team arrived, and within 45-mins they had finished the job. When I asked about the chemicals and disinfectant, they told me they don't use chemicals.

On a call with the team this week, I was informed that it is illegal to use chemicals in the cleaning process and that the team simply empty the tank and remove the algae and slime.

I don't know about their other services, but do not use them for water tank cleaning.

Well, I am starting to think now, what else in my home may need some maintenance or repairs

I was on vacation and maid got locked in her room, i contacted many companies to help my maid out but unfortunately no one was available without haing a contract, then i contacted Right Vendor they came in 1 hour and rescued my maid.

Right Vendors are one of the best home maintenance companies in Dubai. They are very reliable and excellent in workmanship. We have very good experience with them in getting the jobs executed. We do not have any hesitation to recomend them to other potential clients.

Simply they are the worst company ever you can deal with, unprofessional, taking money from customers and they dont fix anything, for almost 2 months i have the same issue with house AC and they keep coming to fix every time with new story and ask money for materials and at the end still i have same issue, 100% im taking this legal against them

Extremely rubbish and poor workmanship, the customer service is no different. No way they are RIGHT, extremely POOR VENDOR. Employed them for AC cleaning and pipes insulation services and in only five months it needs to be repaired again rather it is damaged more than before. Another maintenance company checked and clapped on the work Right vendor did. If someone wants to waste, money time and efforts employ them. I've complained them about the issue, first they told me to pay AED 200 for inspection meaning asking me to waste more money and when I denied the representative started blaming me and trying to proof that they did the job properly. Worst ever experience with THE WRONG VENDOR.

Without doubt the worse experience I have had with a maintenance company in Dubai. Not only are the two teams of technicians incompetent they lied repeatedly about what they had done and even after they had told me two air con units had been serviced I found the filters in both not even cleaned. When one AC unit totally broke it took Right Vendor several months to locate the spare part. I had to constantly chase up on job and when the team were returning to our villa. Would avoid using this company

I originally started with them for a yearly maintenance contract, 6 months later I noticed they were renovating a villa near to me and let me have a look at their work, I was impressed straight away and signed up to have my villa done. 3 whole new bathrooms, 2 extensions, garage door installed and all new tiling and new ceilings installed.

The help and instructions from the team and the Architect were amazing and happily come shopping with you to ensure all sizes and styles are correct (which makes a huge difference having someone who knows the tech side of it).

On the maintenence contract side of it, call out any many time for emergices and very quick to reply and fix.
Very polite and friendly staff in all areas and departments and the work guys work extremely hard always with a smile.
