Registered interest on Whatsapp and Jill messaged me in moments. Explained how it works and I went to the JLT studio. Jill downloaded my photos and I opted for the fast service, chose colour scheme and ordered my daughters 18th Birthday Photobook.

Within 2 days the photobook was ready to collect, it was 1000% exactly as ordered. The designers did a great job, all in all it was a first class service. Well done Jill, they are lucky to have you.

Wonderful! Ordered a photobook for my husbands 40th, some of my images were photos of photos or Facebook photos so the were a little fuzzy I’m not sure what riotbooks did to them but they printed beautifully! I was so impressed with the final product as was my husband. I will definitely be ordering more photo books!

I've made a project called Book of Letters as a gift to our boss. Since it is last minute project, hence Jill guided me on how to do it on my own. Their platform is so user-friendly and Jill is so accommodating to all my questions and concerns. The gift was a hit! Everyone praise the book, most especially the bday celebrant! Now my boss has requested that i do a re-print! I plan to do another project for myself this time.:)

They are scammers, they offer promotions on the website but when you are going to pay they charge full and are not willing to respect what was offered.

I liked the service and the work done for our album. The album was great and well organized, the service at the store was good as well. I would recommend the riot photo books for other people.

I ordered poster prints and my experience was truly excellent! Jill was really helpful from start to finish. Answered all of my questions promptly, helped guide me through the process A to Z, accommodated my short timeline (within 24 hours) and even offered me a discount code! I was nervous about the final result but the prints came out incredible. Very happy, and highly recommend them if you’re looking for great prints and great customer service.

Amazing customer service and end result. The photo albums are great and delivered on time. The price is good, I paid extra to expedite the delivery, that's a nice option for someone who thinks of it a last minute gift!

They help you with all the details on WhatsApp, you don't have to do anything other than sending the photos.and of course paying. I would definitely do more albums in the future.

This is my fault but, when I checked photo book pages layout before printing, I checked only photo images and they were nice. I did not pay attention with book title (This is the title which I inputted when I applied the photobook for the first time.) The photo book title is a little bit poor. So it is a little bit disappointing for us. This is my fault, but I think if Riot stuff could ask me to check not only images but also book title, that was really appreciated for me. Thank you.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and such a rip-off! They charged me 500 dirhams for photos and then say it takes a week to get delivered. I asked them to get another courier to send it to me so i can have it within reasonable time and they refused, and THREATENED TO SUE ME if i take it to social media!

Riot studios are very professional and were able to talk me through the steps needed to make my own calendar. The quality is very good and they even processed one of my calendars earlier than expected which was a very nice gesture from them. I will definitely recommend them & use them again in future!

I am a photographer and I am still new in the UAE, and I needed to print a photobook shortly. A fellow of photographer suggested me RIOT and thank God they have option for Urgent Production in their packages!
They also have been super helpful and awesome since the beginning. Packaging was neat, the printing quality and everything were perfect!
So yeah, I highly recommended RIOT Photo Books!:)

I had a really miserable experience with these guys.so they have a feature called auto enhance which is available to select before paying for the printing process. Enhance as a word, to any one who understands English means make better. In this case it increased the contrasts heavily, and made the photo much worse than it is. When I went back to them with a complaint about the same they blamed me for selecting the auto enhance feature as apparently its something that works differently in different cases. No where does it say that this feature works differently on a case to case basis and they refuse to agree that this in any way their fault. Somehow they insist that than I am a professional photographer (which by the way I am not and I've told this to them a dozen times) and that I should have somehow known that Auto Enhance would make my picture better. Now they are unwilling to refund my money or re-print my order correctly instead are asking me to pay another 50% more for my order. This is really poor service and if you have any good pictures, I would never recommend Riot Photos to you!
