this company is highly unprofessional - I'm sure all the reviews are fake. I paid AED2000 dirhams for changing cushions in the back and whole sofa. They changed the cushions - however the back cushion was like 1cm thick vs before it was very fluffy. I asked them to fix - 3 times on WhatsApp they told me they will come to collect the back cushions to fix and 3 times they disappear and don't come to the appointment. Worst customer service I've seen in my life. They don't even apologize when they don't come. First time they said they will come at 12pm, no one came, second time they said 3pm, no one came. I will open a case with consumer rights protection against this company, they take your money and don't finish the job

Hired them for my floorings and a featured wall. I’ve got to say, buy local, buy from them.

We got our flooring and wallpaper done from Risala. The results were beyond expectation and honestly blew us away. They are very professional, timely and have great attention to detail. Kashif was helpful in showing us various designs and assisting wherever required. Will definitely go back to them again

اسوء محل ممكن تتعامل معه، لطيفين جدا حتى تدفعي لهم و اول ما توصل الفلوس ببطلوا يردو و سويت باركيه لبيتي وخلال شهر كان كله منتفخ و لما طلبت يصلحوه رجعت دفعت مرة ثانية ١٠٠٠ درهم لتصليح خطئهم و قصوه ورجع ركبوه بس كسرو بلاط بيتي بالغلط وقالي العامل عندهم لو مسوية اطار من اول ما صار انتفاخ
انا ما حد فهمني من اول ولا عرض علي الاطار وقال انها مجانا مع تركيب الباركيه
ولما قلتلهم اجيتوني ٣ مرات ما حد قالي الا لما مر ٦ اشهر عشان يقول لي مرق ٦ اشهر لازم تدفعي للاطار و بطل مجانا عشان ينتهي الضمان و لما عصبت عليهم ومن هذاك اليوم ما يردو على مكالماتي ولا مسجاتي
انا ليل نهار اتصل فيهم يصلحو الباركيه فوق ما كسرو بلاط الشقة
حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم
لا احساس ولا ضمير ولا امانة
يفكروها شطارة حرقو دمي على فاضي وفلوسي وهي الشقة خربانة صارلي سنة فيها بس

Time waste.after selection and confirmation of curtain availability he is selling the item while it's not even available with him. They just wanted to take the money. Communication was through +971 54 455 5321. Absolute no knowledge.

I called a day prior, exchanged WhatsApp messages, called on the day I said I'd come and came at the time I said I would - yet the moment a white skinned person walks in, after me, you ask me to wait so you can attend to her? You were already working with me and just asked me to wait and then after 10 minutes when I approach you, you say she had an appointment?
I was there before her, called a day prior and even when I was 10 minutes away. Best part, she didn't even buy anything and walked out of your store after 20 minutes whereas I was ready to buy.

Improve your people skills.and don't be racist.

I have had several jobs done with Risala. New fabric of my sofa and most recently my outdoor cushions. They job carried out was good and I have no complaints.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DIRTY UNHYGIENIC AND NO QUALITY. Dirty footsteps on the carpet. Pictures speak for itself, i should have avoided them, + some of the employees don‘t wear mask in the store and don‘t comply with Covid-19 guidelines, stay away for your own good.

Unprofessional in every way. I had to call the police to escort them out of my villa because of their aggressive and abusive behavior when I complained about the extremely bad job they had done with some doors an frames.

Terrible company. Dont use them! Pick or find another!
I chose one material for them to use, they then charged me and completed the project with a different material. They finally admitted it was there mistake, (after telling me repeatedly it was the same material when it was so obviously not) and then after admitting that it was a different material, they would not fix the problem. And wanted to charge me more money to fix their mistake!
Now i have paid for a product i didn't even order, that is very cheap and poor quality, and they admit it was their mistake and don't fix it.
This is the worst company to work with.

The only overly positive thing about this shop is that it's a one-stop destination that has all your home needs from flooring, to wallpapers, to curtains.

The wallpaper installation was great and is still intact 2 years later, but the vinyl flooring. This was an absolute disaster. The flooring started to peal off the ground and the glue started to melt and expand and become exposed. My mancave had large windows so the heat was coming in during the summer, and I was told it wouldn't affect the floor, but by the second year the entire floor has almost peeled off.

I had to completely remove the floor only to find the ceramic below infested with lice and bugs all around. It was the most disgusting and atrocious sight I had ever seen and spent hours cleaning the glue and bugs with paint thinner. I'm no expert so I'm not sure if this is a common problem with vinyl or their installation methods was bad. All of this happened the past week.

A few months ago I paid them a visit to look at wallpapers and their salesman was unattentive, playing PubG on his phone and was rude when I asked for assistance.

A complete no for me. Will never deal with this shop again. I suggest you look for more professional services.

Once they take the advance, you call the manager he doesn't answer calls. When you call the shop, they dont even know about your order. A bunch of unprofessionals who doesn't know what they are doing.

At Risala furniture, always ask for Kamran, he has been super quick and efficient. All the jobs I gave him were impeccable. I highly recommend his help.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I hardly believe these reviews are honest. They did a terrible, terrible job at my villa. They used two different kinds of plastic grass so after a short time it looks terrible. If you phone them they say they will phone back and they don't call back.ever, even after 10 calls.

In my opinion, never again! No idea about furniture. Trying to tell some stories about the material coming from Spain or Italy or somewhere to make the client feel it’s worth.
All three things I had ordered are wrong delivered. Curtain instead of rails they delivered a rod and fixed it on the wrong side so that wholes are left in the wall. The other curtain rod is hanging down since the rod is bad quality and not strong enough.
The Rug delivered with 25% less density/thickness which is of course a big saving on a 100 meter roll for them. Cushions were supposed to be filled with feather/downs. I got them with a cheap foam which Is already flat after one month sitting on it (I’m 45kg!) it’s either you get a stone hard cushion or a flat one.
Afterwards.they said they don’t know what are feathers and can’t deliver. They had already confirmed on feathers on the date of order and payment though. My worst experience related to furniture.
