Staff is very accommodating and easy to book appointments. Ms. Dhanushka is very professional and gives sound advise after the treatment.

None of their so called doctors have a DHA license. With the exception of the owner's husband. Please check their license and stamps. The place is a fraud.

Hi guys, so far I have done 2 sessions for my beard laser and the result is so far very nice, they have very strong laser. What I learned from my 2nd session that, a staff name Niyola who did my 1st laser session, she was so fast and in hurry that she didn't even bother to clean the white pencil marks on my face beard and didn't apply no lotion or gel after laser, that was not professional and so disappointing for me. But on my 2nd session another staff name Diyoshka, she did my laser, she was very professional and took her time carefully and professionally did my laser. (Not complaining and I know it's not a big deal, just wanted to share my experience with u guys)

I had my beard on face laser done by Ms. Niyola. She is very knowledgeable and professional. She explains everything in detail. I have really good results in just 2 sessions. I would highly recommend my friends to avail laser services from Ms. Niyola. Five stars for her.

My Name is Akam Adel i must confess, i have being looking for where to improve my skills in facials therapy guest what i saw Riva which was one of the best international spa and institute in Dubai with good professional Doctors and trainers My theory with Doctor pinky who was so lovely, and wanted you to understand everything with all her possible best. Hadija I can’t forget my Trianer who does everything within her power for me to understand all the steps in facial, she really improves my skills, she is lovely, carrying am really proud of you Hadija you gave me one of the best training.

The experience is very good, The price is right. I have invited many friends to come here for hair removal. Everyone feels great. I hope the boss will do better and better.

I went for laser treatment First 4 session were good than later on the 5th session technician said that she change parameter to increase intensity, when she did there was no laser flash and I wasn’t feeling anything other than cold air and after a week my hair came back, which didn’t happen in first three sessions at that time. 6 session was same as the 5th one no laser flash only cold air and hair grow back in week. It seems to me that in order to get more follow sessions, they didn’t do anything in 5th and 6th sessions. There should be always laser flash! But I still hope It’ll work, I’ll wait for a month or 2 after 6th session, and let’s see results after that.

Laser treatment seems to be working but sister is always in hurry missing many parts. When I compare the price with other clinics, it’s seems I paid higher price in RIVA. But overall it’s just ok.
