Food quality varied:
Kobideh kebab and kebab in general were really good while appetizers are not up to expectations.
The whole menu items are overpriced compared to the image and reputation of the restaurant.
Nkt sure if will come back again

Kabab sorkh was delicious. Like a good homestyle food. Enjoyed the whole experience and definitely recommend this place for a place to eat Iranian food

A really good Persian restaurant in Dubai. The food was very, very good. The restaurant is on the first floor and has a very good reputation and the service staff are very friendly and everything fits

The food is so oily that you feel oil on your tongue even 30mins after you ate! Also their delivery system is strange! You have to do a minimum 100 AED order and Still pay the delivery fee of 8aed! Like I cannot order a 50 AED Sandwich and have to add sth to reach and still pay the delivery fee!
Like If you put the minimum 100, then why charging the delivery fee? Weird

Very good Iranian food, I can honestly say it tastes exactly like the food back home! The atmosphere is very nice and pleasant, and the service is top notch. Even though it gets busy at night, the service is still top tier and your food arrives rather quick! If you are looking to try authentic Iranian food in Dubai, definitely give Rivas a visit!

Kobideh was robbery, ghorme sabzi was watery, tahdeek was so oily. Very bad experience. I don’t understand the hype about this place!

Service good food is good but not that great like its from another planet the kebab mastee and kubede is tough and i had better 10 times in way way cheaper resturants

We had lunch in Rivas, and we had a pleasurable experience.
The interior is great, with a very spacious area, some TV’s, a buffet area, a barista’s area and a great view on the Burj Al Arab
The service was okay, the employees were helpful and knew the menu, however they would not do some things spontaneously, like bring glasses of water for all of us, unlike how they only brought 2, for the amount of people that ordered water. They also forgot to bring them later when we asked again.
The food was fantastic, everything from the assorted herbs to the olives with pomegranate to the kebabs was delicious, due to this, I think this may be one of the best kebabs I had in town. I really recommend Platter 3, which has 6 kebab skewers and rice with it.
And for all of this, the food is pretty affordable, as we paid 340AED for 6 people, definitely worth it.
I am not sure whether this place offers entertainer.
Altogether, if not the slightly unresponsive service, this place would be 5/5

Exactly best Iranian restaurant in Dubai. Nice atmosphere with extreme quality of service, food and original tastes. Respectful guys, clean tables, nice view of Burj al Arab. We have tried many Iranian restaurant in Dubai, even most popular and old ones couldn't compete with Rivas! It would better to make a reservation before going there. Good quality has a lot of demands

The restaurant is new but felt old, need maintenance and smells so bad, Kim gave us a table then ignore and didn’t come to take the order.will never recommend

Hands down the best authentic Iranian cuisine in Dubai.

The kebabs are to die for,

The bagheleh polo with braised lamb neck is as good as they come.

They are priced right and the owner is there all the time making sure you have a great experience.

Food was ok, not bad but not the best in town for sure. We were 4 seated on a table of 2 despite several other empty tables which remained empty for the duration of our stay at least, so it was a hassle to find space on the table for the dishes and had to remove several ones to be able to move to the next course and enjoy the dinner properly. Unpleasant welcoming atmosphere created by the restaurant manager. Would not recommend it…

Please, only visit this persian restaurant if you want to be treated very poorly. I visited during a weekday evening where it was quite empty. The hostess said I could sit anywhere. I chose one of the 3 empty tables next to the window. Ten minutes later a very angry person asked me to move to sit next to the blaring television. I politely asked why, he said the tables was reserved (no indication that any of the free nine tables had reserved tags on) I nicely asked why a couple of people could sit there, he answered that they more people joining them (funny enough you would see they were at the end of the meal)
I just left, they did not care. All the staff were just watching (huge ratio of staff to patrons). If you are persian you might have a better chance, obviously they don't like foreigners!

Nicely laid out and decorated restaurant with delectable options on the menu, food was very flavourful and nice - as much as a non-Iranian can judge the dishes. Kebabs, starters, stews were very tasty. The bread was superb. The rice slightly overcooked and lacking in flavour.
One star taken off for the lethargic service and staff with limited knowledge of menu items. By 5pm, a couple of our chosen dishes were sold out, as we were informed after ordering. Otherwise great, will probably visit again.

Mast O Khiyar tasted very weird and full of pepper very unpleasant, the Kashk E Bademjan was dry and heated as well as the Sangag bread was heated. Very disappointing

The Kobbedeh was really nice I have to say but abit dry as well as the juju kabab very oily.

Overall a 3 out of 10.

Disappointing. Was recommended by many Iranian friends. No hot Iranian bread (they pride themselves over their main staple), koobideh was basically fried fat, and chicken kebab was dry. The tea and kishek were quite good, but was put off by the rest of the food. Below average and super disappointing overall.

This has to be one of the best persian kitchens in Dubai. The food we had delivered was wonderfully fresh and absolutely delicious. We ordered catering for a party that we held at home and received much more food than we had ordered and expected. A big thank you to Mr Masoud Shafiei for such excellent service and providing our guests with such tasty food that everyone commented about it. We will definitely order again.

We took Tahchin and Gheymeh Nesar for takeaway. Quality of food was very good. Taste was like home made food and a good portion. For sure will pay a visit again.

I ordered the food yesterday. Kebab with rice. Still my stomach hearts. Quality of the food was very bad.
I felt sick last night and still not ok.
The quality of food was good but yesterday I was disappointed.

I have tried this restaurant 4 times on different dishes and every time I highly enjoyed my meal.
My recommendation are: stuffed chicken (shekam por), Kate Kabab, koobide, ghorme sabzi.

The jujeh kebab (chicken kebab) is very hard and so is the lamb shank. The only good meal out of the meals I ordered was the Kubideh kebab.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing their kabab mahi is soooo good, I recommend the whole menu! Their customer service was out of this world!

This restaurant has shown more professionalism and service standards than five star hotels in Dubai. Excellent and delicious Iranian cuisine! One order can be shared by 2-3 persons. Food is so fresh and tasty! It has become our Thursday menu eversince.
