Rixos The Palm Dubai Hotel & Suites

Lovely first day at rixos, our amazing friend ART was amazing with helping and accommodating food for us all!

So we are on the last day of our 7 day stay at the Rixos Palm Beach resort.

We booked a suite and have to say it was a amazing spacious room with a great view of the sea and Dubai.

When you book a suite you are allocated a concierge staff member on WhatsApp app and I have to say Matthew & Lachen have been a great help and a credit to the the resort.

The resort has 3 nice restaurants, Steak, Italian and Sea Food. Steak was amazing, Italian was nice and sea food restaurant was ok.

The resort is in a good location with its own private beach with loads of sun beds and cabana’s.

Few different pools, the main pool I found was the nicest with a swim up bar.

Alcohol is all good brands and they do not hold back like some other all inclusives.

They have a nice hotel bar which shows a lot of football and other sports, so you don’t miss out on your sports fix.

Also personal favourites are the ice cream and fruit stands which are very nice and available all day.

Also we got a late checkout for our last day complimentary.

Overall a very good trip and good value for money and would recommend to couples and families.

We had an amazing time at Rixos, the service at Turqoise was exceptional!

Zhun was really attentive and made sure we were fine, every single day. She even memorised our drink orders. Massive thank you to Zhun and the rest of the staff!

Abadul from housekeeping kept our suite immaculate, he went above and beyond, he decorated our room beautifully with rose petals!

Room was always spotlessly cleaned and we loved the towel sculptures and rose petals. Thanks Razan!

Absolutely amazing all inclusive, staff couldn’t do enough for us, turquoise restaurant/ buffet was favoured over the others, great friendly service. Refurbished rooms are excellent, amazing views of the palm from rear of hotel, quality of drinks can’t be faulted nor quality of food…. We will be back (big shout to the staff), soooo many to mention as all went above and beyond from housekeeping (Abadul), (Sher) in the Bodrum pool bar and (Vivek) in the Turquoise to name drop one or two and the staff who work tirelessly out around the pool
and beach sorting loungers, drinks and keeping the place immediately clean!

Yatesh and his team were extremely welcoming and helpful! We’ve loved the food so far and the service has been exceptional. Thank you Rixos!

Be careful of private taxis or (Uber)! They are very expensive for a 20 minute ride = 50 euros

Great place for shisha and food. Specially marwyn served us with great care and attention.

Good hotel for family vacation. Delicious food, clean rooms and friendly staff. The kids loved the kids club which has a lot of activities. The guys paint their faces very beautifully, the children are delighted! Thank you!

Antalya style hospitality. Great beach line and nice pools. Good spacious rooms. Oriental style of processes - not everything works as planned but after some reminder things find place, but it takes big part of your participation in the process

We had one day family staycation at the hotel. It's all inclusive.
Reservation:
Ziad from the reservation was very helpful in booking the hotel. The hotel was very nice and the checkin was very smooth.
Room:
The rooms were very clean and we had the premium room with sea view, with all the amenities. The bath tub was the one my kids enjoyed. Mini bar is absolutely free.
Restaurant:
The all day dining restaurant had all the different menu along with alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage. The staff were courteous you just have ask and they will recommend the food of your choice. They will even pack finger foods for the kids.
Pool area:
Pool area had alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage.cappuccino is the guy who brings you drinks with smile on his face. Suman from the i-chill restaurant provided with great service.
Rixy children pool is the area our children loved and enjoyed. The beach is nice and clean we played ping pong as well.
Checkout:
Checkout was smooth. We had requested late check out as kids didn't want to part away with the hotel service. The hotel provided late checkout with complimentary lunch as well.
Concierge:
Rohan helped us as we had missed and left some belonging in the room after we checked out. He helped us track the belongings and returned it so smoothly.
Safety:
Safety protocol was followed everywhere. No food with out mask, sanitiser is everywhere, masks are provided anywhere upon request if you forget yours.
Valet parking:
Khem from the valet parking was helpful in handling the luggage while checking in and out.

We throughly enjoyed staying at the hotel. Thank you so much for all the staffs at the hotel without them the stay would not have been pleasant.

Love love love. The head chef was amazing, he prepared us off menus items. The room was clean staff professional, beach perfect. All around a great stay!

An sich ein sehr schönes Hotel, jedoch finde ich das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut. Es gibt andere 5 Sterne Hotels in Dubai, die um Meilen besser sind als Rixos Hotel.

Aber an sich sehr viele und schöne Palmen, großer Pool, großer Strandabschnitt und Getränke direkt am Pool erhältlich.
Das Meer war leider mit Fischen und Quallen, sodass man nicht in Ruhe im Meer schwimmen konnte.

Aber trotzdem ein gutes Hotel, jedoch leider sehr überteuert.

3 br suite is amazing. I booked for my family and they surely enjoyed. One thing I didn’t like is the food at the dinner buffet. The juices tasted like it’s from a tetra pack. The mezze isn’t nice.the sushi counter not that good. Ordered chai latte that tasted like coffee.the sweets from pattiserrie tasted like sugar with sugar on it. I love the service, staff are nice. The kiddi pool is freezing. My son couldn’t stand it. Loved the mocktails.loved the turkish brunch

What an awesome experience! Kids, their friends and I all had an amazing time! A bit of drive to reach, but totally worth the experience in my opinion! Would definitely consider a staycation as it felt like a resort holiday within a drive distance. A great advantage to use my privilee membership across on top of it?

I went for the day only and seriously I was glad to only spend half day there! They have the most slow service in the world! A order of a drink can take up to 45 minutes! The drinks and food are very affordable I have to say.

Very nice Hotel and Service! I can recommend this hotel to anyone. If I could, I'd give it more than five stars.

Especially Toro Loco Steakhouse is amazing? Dont forget to reserve a table while staying at Rixos Palm.

Sevice great, Food amazing, wonderful pools and sandy white beaches. It is a little far from the sights of Dubai though. The perfect place for some time chilling out in the sun
