The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is the largest independent government roads and transport authority in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was founded in 2005 and is responsible for planning and executing transport and traffic projects, along with legislation and strategic plans of transportation in the city. تجربتي مع مؤسسة كلدراي ابتدت من عند موظفة الاستقبال «اسماء الشاهدي» الله يعطيها العافية. الصراحة هي اللي شجعتني انزل بفرع القصيص ومدحتلي المدرسة كتير. على الرغم اني صرت من سكان ابوظبي بس بعدني مواصلة على توصياتها لي. وفعلا زي ما حكت المدرسة كفو والمدربين
كمان. واسماء يعطيها العافية ماقصرت معي وساعدتني في كل مرحلة واي مشكلة هي اللي كانت تحلها لي. لك كل الاحترام والتقدير

I don’t understand. I thought taxi drivers were trained before getting a license. Every time i take one they dont know ANY landmarks. Today i told one i wanted to go to emirates towers, he didnt know it and told me he was 8 years in dubai! They dont know any roads and any destinations, not even main hotels. It s appalling for us residents but i cant imagine how tourists feel. Most of them barely speak english and dont follow directions. Taxis are the first thing you see when you arrive in a country and they should be trained better for such a global hub that is dubai

أذيتونا بأعمال الطرق في نص الليل يا جماعة ورانا دوامات والله غلط اللي تسوونه. عالاقل عطونا اخطار انه بيكون فيه أعمال طرق بدل ما كل مرة تسوون من الساعة ١٢ بالليل ترا عندنا دوامات وعندنا ناس مرضى وكبار في السن قاعدين تأذونهم

عدم وجود اماكن معينة لبيع بطاقة نول او التعريف بكيفية الحصول عليها. كذلك صعوبة التسجيل في موقع RTA Dubi

When in the city, we opted to utilize the many forms of public transportation available. The metro and bus system gets you close to most of the popular tourist attractions, with a short walk from the station. The Dubai Metro is more economical than Uber or a taxi. If you want, or require, door-to-door service stick with the more costly options. The metro stations are clean and very well organized. Getting a metro card is recommended. Enjoy the ride and the journey throughout Dubai and its many neighborhoods.

A big thanks to the two legends from 'Galadari Motor Driving Centre, Al Qouz Main Branch, Dubai' - Mr. Anil from the Transportation team and Mr. Amjad Ali Khan my Driving Instructor.
It was overall a wonderful experience just because the above two professionals and highly versatile individuals assisted me throughout.
It was never too much trouble for Mr. Anil to pick and drop me from my home all the way to Al Qouz Driving Centre. Mr. Anil has gone the extra miles to even arrange my driving classes and tests as per my needs. He is so humble and caring not only to me but to the rest of the students who used to come along with us for lessons. I really appreciate Mr. Anil for your out of the world professionalism and for being there at all time.
Mr. Amjad Ali Khan my driving instructor is beyond expectations. He treated me like his own family member and taught me with passion, care and motivation. Mr. Amjad is a highly professional instructor who delivers expertise all from his heart and ensures truly an amazing experience. Even though I signed up for the manual driving license which is more intense, but I made it all because of Mr. Amjad and his commitment.
I wish both Mr. Anil and Mr. Amjad a fantastic carrier with Galadari Motor Driving Centre, Dubai.
Indeed I will recommend Galadari Motor Driving Centre, Al Quaz main branch all because of Mr. Anil and Mr. Amjad.

They don't have to drive people cars because they don't know how to drive a manual transmission, every year i have to get a bearing smell from the clutch

The dubai bus is worst. I made complain after 7 days they simply send sms that there is no further action required regarding my complain and the case is closed. The same happened to me multiple times.

Terrible and horrible service or lack of.

Don’t treat humans correctly only interested in money and never help because they are too bothered about finishing work early but every other country works a full day.

Everything perfect. Provides proper connection facilities, most innovative and controls private buses.

However bus stopped in bus stop, many passengers punched nol card at the same time but still door closed at back side, checker entered from front door, checker reached back door after checking one by one passenger, many passengers got fine for this occasion. Checker collecting Emirates ID and back door opening, everyone moving to rta car, asking for paying fine. If we want to tell our situation (we punched nol card after bus stops) checker is not ready to hear our explanation. Next answer from checker is 'ok then we will call to police, then you have to pay more'. Finally without discuss anything we have to pay fine to avoid additional fine from police.

It’s New Years night and trying to get an RTA taxi home is the most unpleasant experience because none of your drivers want to accept credit card. They only want cash because they want to take the money for themselves. These RTA drivers are crooks. Please RTA, do something about this because these types of drivers don’t deserve to work for this great country!

To be honest I'm quite satisfied with their customer service. I've been reporting taxi drivers repeatedly and they've always helped me through the matters. Since they are also above Careem, now I'm also reporting bad Careem experience directly to RTA. It is effective service compared to Europe. And it is very quick - within 10days you get resolution on the case. Thumbs up for the customer service team.

خدمات جميلة ورائعة موظفين متعاونين وخدومين يبتسمون على الدوام ويتعاملون بشكل ودي مع الجميع
مبنى رائع المواقف متوفرة بكثرة يوجد مداخل كثيرة للمبنى
يوجد علامات لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أصحاب الهمم يوجد داخل المبنى عدد من المطاعم التي تقدم الوجبات الخفيفة وهو مبنى كبير

اسوا تجربه بخصوص الليسن يجيبون بنات فاحصات غير مؤهلات نفسيا فقط قلوب حاقدة وملعونه ونفوس مريضه الله يلعنهم دنيا واخرة ظالمات
اتمني ان تراجعون الفاحصات وتفتحون كاميراتكم بالسيارات الفحص كيف يعاملون الوافدات مشان الليسن
واتمني ان تعود اختبار الليسن من قبل شرطه المرور فضلا عن هؤلاء الاشخاص لا يعرفون غير التقليل من شان الاخرين.

This is the RTA Head office building. It has all the department inside of this building.

The staff are very professional, respectful and hard-working. They make sure you have your service done correctly and efficiently.

Parking available.

Bus stop is opposite side of the building.

Taxi available too.

Yes there are atm machines inside of the building.

Yes there is cafe shop

Yes there is mini grocery store inside.

The atmosphere is great inside of the building.

ONE OF THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
YESTERDAY NIGHT WE TRAVEL IN DUBAI TAXI, AND MY WIFE FORGET THE BAG IN TAXI, AND WE WENT FOR SHOPPING AFTER 30 MIN SHE FOUND THAT THE BAG IS MISSING, SO IMMEDIATELY WE CALL RTA CUSTOMER CARE 8009090 AND INFORM ABOUT THE MISSING BAG, SO THEY ASK ME SOME QUESTIONS LIKE, TAXI NO, DRIVER NAME, COLOUR OF TAXI, RECEIPT OF BILL BUT I DON'T HAVE ANY OF THEM, SO AS PER THERE PROCEDURE THEY INFORM WITHIN 7 DAYS WE WILL CONTACT,
SO I SAID THERE ARE THREE PASSPORT, SO PLEASE DO SOMETHING SOON, AS I SAID THERE ARE PASSPORT THEY SAID HOLD ON WE CANT WAIT FOR 7 DAYS, THEN THEY ASK ME FROM WHERE I TAKE THE TAXI AND WHERE THEY DROP ME AND HOW MUCH IS THE FARE, SO I GIVE INFORMATION. SO THEY TRACK THE TAXI WITH THE LOCATION AND WITH THE FARE, I CANT EVEN BE LEAVE IN JUST 2 TO 5 MIN THE COME TO KNOW THE TAXI NO AND DRIVEN NAME, AND INFORM ME THAT THEY GOT THE DETAIL OF TAXI AND TOLD ME TO HOLD THE LINE WE WILL CALL THE TAXI DRIVER, SO THEY MAKE CALL TO THE DRIVE AND ASK ABOUT THE BAG INSIDE THE TAXI AND DRIVE SAID YES THERE IS ONE BAG ON THE BACK SEAT, SO HE TAKE MY PERMISSION TO OPEN THE BAG AND CHECK THE PASSPORT, SO I SAID YES U CAN OPEN THE BAG AND HE SAID YES PASSPORT IS THERE. AND THAT TAXI DRIVER CAME TO THE SAME LOCATION TO HANDOVER THE MY BAG.
NO ONE CAN BE LEAVE IN JUST 14 MIN OF TIME THE FIND THE TAXI AND HANDOVER THE BAG TO ME. I AM SO SO THANKFUL TO THE TEAM OF RTA.
I REALLY APPRECIATE.

I NEED SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH EVERY SO EVERYONE COME TO KNOW ABOUT DUBAI GOVERNMENT HOW MUCH FAST AND HELPFUL THEY ARE, THE WAY THEY TAKE CARE OF US,
