Roberto's Ristorante

Very poor behavior of the security. They are being very racist (another ppl come same time show booking they let enter) then they look at us like up and down then when we show our booking they don’t even care to watch it. Just say you are not allowed to enter. Im asking what is the reason they said we don’t need to explain to you. What is going on? Cant believe this happened in luxury restaurant like this. Never go back again. Not recommend

I am an old lover of the restaurant but unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience this time the stuff was lost the quality of the food wasn’t as expected. The view always never goes wrong amazing views

I loved the view of the Burj Khalifa, the food was delicious and the service was outstanding

Steak for 420 AED is not even a single piece. 3 tiny pieces of meat. Asked for medium, received 1 piece medium, 2 pieces well done. Taste is mediocre. I had waaaaaay better steaks for half of this price in other places in Dubai. I totally do recommend you to choose another place for the dinner. This place is nothing more than a nice enough view and prices that don’t match the quality. Super disappointed.

When you have allergies, you cant eat here. They cant remove anything from your dish. Crazy for the amount of food you have to spend. Also there are surprises on your food. Everything that’s in a dish is explained in the menu except the special things like prawns and nuts.

Place is nice and in the end, the 5th dish of the menu that was possible was kinda dissapointment, the wagyu steak barely had taste. But this restaurant is a No for me.

Better for a night time spot. Disappointing afternoon/lunch service.

Sofas need cleaning in smoking part of restaurant, such a beautiful view and 5 star restaurant should be better maintained.

Some mis understanding in communication from waiters. Better in evening service.

Omg! The view from the terrace is just nice! Is the Burj Khalifa. Inside is good as well but the view from outside is muah! Food was great. Considering I'm not a pasta person, I'm definitely going back for more fettuccine!

Robertos has gone through a lot of change over the last few years. Its ambience has always remained good and the view across downtown is amazing. The food has definatley now improved and is actually amazing. I hardly give five stars and this would have been 4 stars had it not been for the prices. The truffle pizza for 200aed! That's crazy for any pizza anywhere in the world even if it was one of the best I have ever tasted.

Don't get my review wrong; Roberto's was, and still is, a strong name in Dubai's food and night life scene. While the overall offering is still ok, the two stars are for the fine touches that Roberto's seem to have lost it. Good wine options by the glass, better seating for what is supposed to be a fine dinning experience, the service by a new post-covid generation of waitors who are all nice, but have not been trained to the standard a venue like Roberto's DIFC Dubai should hold dear.
Though I have many examples that I personally experienced which supports my feedback above; I think the above is a theme now that I hope if anyone from Roberto's management is reading can take a deep and honest look on how the venue is servicing its clients these days. Dubai crowd has short tolerance for mediocre venues and I like Roberto's so I hope they'll up their game.
Till then, if you are after Italian food, or party, then I'd personally recommend many other venues that can do either much better.

This restaurant has not clue what is quality costumer service means, they take plates away without asking and then saying you ordered when you never mentioned! Train your staff how to communicate, if you go to the washroom they take your food away, beside this, the atmosphere is quite vulgar not decent, it’s just another overrated place what only shows a brand name, inside is horrible service, bad staff and not quality, all the opposite what they call themselves to be!

Fantastic place great food and great service. I always return to Roberto everyone I'm in Dubai.one of the best value quality business lunch spot and in the evenings gas an amazing vibe with entertainment and the cherry on top of the cake is the BurjKhalifa view.

Atmosphere is always nice

The opposite side of the restaurant is misleading guest with Big Bill if you don’t ask the price

I, unfortunately, did not eat at Roberto's. I did however order the most delicious Tiramisu cake! It was absolute heaven. For those that like their Tiramisu more creamy than biscuity, this is a MUST. I must send my gratitude to the staff, especially towards Alicia, for being so helpful. She made my life so much easier. Wonderful service! I do hope to dine in soon!

Stable quality Italian food. Lovely and felxible service. One of our staples when looking for a good food. The bar area gets busy, the non smoking area is very relaxed.

Superb ambience. Food was delicious. Drinks was refreshing. Due to Covid dj was not there. But personally I enjoyed with soft lobby music. Staff was very good at there work specially Mr. Richard who is taking care of our table he know his work very well, very polite, he helped me to choose mocktail.

Great food and great ambiance. The tortellini was one of the best pastas I've ever had. Cool view of the Burj, a must go!

Hardly can avail a reservation, it takes many weeks, post then no one comes to place the order. Place and food is great. Ambiance is amazing. But I guess they cannot accommodate the demand. It took 30 mins for a waitress to come and take the order.

We had a lovely evening at Roberto's, the food was good and service very kind. Do try to come early to avoid the "club" atmosphere if that isn't your thing.

One of my favorite restaurants in Dubai, they have an amazing view beside the food, make sure to visit during the day time to enjoy the scenery. Dont miss out the Robertos pizza. Its so crunchy and delicious. They have a good crunchy tasty fried calamari, also they offer a good selection of seafood.

I absolutely Love this place. Steffano and Mustafa make you feel like you are part of a family. The ambiance, the food, the view, the service is just second to none. Seriously one restaurant that I always take my friends and family too to impress them and yet they feel at home straight away. A great business lunch setting. Quiet enough to talk to colleagues and associates, with just the right amount of interruptions from staff attending to orders, without being overbearing.
The food is excellent and worth paying attention to the Chef’s suggestions to get something really special. Portions are sizable and while on the upper price scale, you are left with a sense of value for money, based on quality and portion.

Five star Italian restaurant. Don’t bother reading reviews. Book a table and come here. The atmosphere is amazing as the views are “Dubaiesque”. Of course it’s pricey, but so are the people who eat here. Cheapest wine in the list is R350 (USD 95) but the quality is right up there. Every dish is very good indeed and the service perfect

One of the best restaurants in Dubai in my humble opinion in terms of food quality and service both.
Ambiance is absolutely wonderful, they have fine dining seating and lounge with a bar. Music was not overbearing. Portion sizes were quite large as well.

The new Italian style friday brunch at Roberto's is a must try. Delicious food, amazing vibes, over the top cocktails and the service is 5 stars. Definitely will be visiting again soon. Highly recommend.

Wonderful restaurant with an inspiring view of the Burj and the downtown skyline. Great ambience with multiple seating options for divergent vibes - from loungy dining to more formal. Great food and excellent service!

Very nice venue. I love the lounge part more than the restaurant part its more casual and cozy, I ve been to Michelin Star Chef appearance yesterday but to be honest Robertos menu is much better than Michelin Star Chef’s caviar tasting menu. Classy traditional italian food with Dubai twist. Music is something which i do not like in this venue they have to work on the music concept.

Nothing to say bad about to food it was outstanding. Pricing is also abit high but well deserved. Last but not least Janna manager at Robertos she is amazing. She made our dinner exceptional.

Wine selection is good if you are a wine lover and looking for good European wines Robertos is a good choice.

My most recommended food options are Robertos Pizza, Vitello Tonato and Burrata. Oysters were fresh and they have fresh fish market daily selected by chef if you would like to taste fresh seafood. Shrimps didnt look fresh to me but they were tasty. To be on the safeside i recommend Seabass from the fish market

If you are looking for a good italian food from the hands of an Italian Chef this is right choice.

Caviar menu prepared by visiting 2 Michelin star chef Enrico Bartollini was below my expectations and i can say there was nothing special.

As a summary great experience. Overall Recommended for good.

This place is obnoxiously expensive. Drinks were USD$30-$40. Salad was $30. Whole branzino was $130. Someone at the table was lactose intolerant and asked for one if the pastas on the menu but without parmesian sprinkled on top, they told him they wouldn't, he had to order a different pasta he didn't want. My pasta came with barely any sauce, I asked for extra sauce. They brought me a little saucer of ketchup and told me if I wanted extra sauce they'd have to charge me! On a $45 plate of noodles they can't give me extra sauce! Why are they nickel-and-diming me at a place that charges these prices? I can't deal with cheapskates. Then we get the bill. The put a surcharge in the bill for US to pay THEIR rent! There's a DIFC charge (their landlord) on the bill. At $40 a drink they can't pay their own rent. PASS ON THIS PLACE

This place is really happening always. Very elegant with good service and good food. The outdoor terrace is amazing with a wonderful views at downtown Dubai. Very nice place with huge recommendation.

This has to be one of the BEST Restaurants in Dubai. Consistency is everything and this place is always 5 Stars. The service that The manage Mustafa and his staff give really makes you feel special. The atmosphere, location, views and ambiance is very hard to beat. Then when the food comes then you know that you have chosen just an amazing place. Definitely Recommend this to anyone for a fine dining experience.

To be honest the only thing I like on their menu is the pizza the rest is more than average and the crowd is very strange

We visited the restaurant the last days of January. It was a bit puzzling to find our way to the restaurant at night in DIFC but nothing serious! The weather was fantastic so we decided to sit out and it was wonderful, slightly noisy from the road. The service was very professional, as expected I would say for a restaurant like this. Starters were great, especially the INSALATA DEL MARE. We both had the past FRUTTI DI MARE and it was exceptional. Overall, it was a great experience.

One of the best Italian restaurants of Dubai. Food quality is great restaurant atmospher and layout is amazing. Spacious with indoor and outdoor option. Staff is experienced and friendly and professional. Mustafa the restaurant manager makes you feel always welcomed and takes care of clientele personally.

I have booked a table for dinner at 10: 30 I arrived there on time they keep me waiting there for 30 minutes because there is no table! They ask me to wait in the bar for 15 min I waited for an hour then they give me a very very bad table in the corredor they bring it from inside then they put two chairs and that’s it, I complained to the manager called Mario he said I have nothing to do if you don’t like it’s ok then he left

Had the worst experience ever. Roberto’s had just reopened, I had booked a week in advance a table for 4 on a Thursday night. I came on time and have been asked by the manager to wait 20mn to have my table as the previous guests didn’t finish and that they were settling the bill while I could clearly see the waiters still taking orders from that table. An hour later, and after many random excuses from the manager of the restaurant, he finally admitted that the owner decided to take our table for himself and his guests. What kind of behavior is that? It was quite insulting especially when we came to celebrate a birthday and they let us wait 1h before telling us the ugly truth. Very disappointed and seriously zero customer care in this situation.
