I bought a sofa and chairs, and manager failed with both of these items. The sofa was delivered with another side orientation, and the chairs appeared to be not the same as the manager told us.
Both problems were fixed, but the manager refused to pick up the calls when the workers were here, which is strange. And the sofa turned out to be from the exposition.
Dear Roche Bobois Dubai, you need to do something with the way you treat your clients. Old ways of working do not work anymore. Maybe hire another store manager and explain your staff that clients is your most important asset, not the expensive furniture you have.
Avoid buying from this Roche Bobois at all costs. We ordered two items one that was three month delayed
For the second, Items arrive damaged, they blamed us and then spoke disrespectfully to us. Frankly not worth the pain of the price and the level of service go to Ligne Roset for a better experience
Edit: after a nearly 6 month wait Roche Bobois has failed to deliver the item. They refuse to take any corrective action and commit to any date.
Visited the store once, the sales man (or probably a manager or something) was arrogant, bad experience and most importantly, gave wrong information. Sad to see great brand ruined by horrible customer service.
In case you didn't know where to get the best furniture in the UAE then this is the answer come and experience creative solutions, interior design with the experts
Lousy experience for such a high end furniture store. They waste your time and are not willing to help whey they cause the problem. Go elsewhere, or import and save your money.
