Very good center. Friendly staff, the child really enjoyed it. Lots of entertaining and interactive areas for children of different ages.

Wonderful indoor park for children. Clean, colorful and varied. But the best are the workers. Extremely kind, attentive and vigilant with the children. They do an excellent job! They are the best team!

It's a fairly new play area. It's clean, well-maintained, and not crowded. However, parents are not allowed to play with kids - It's expected to stand or sit only with kids. The staff inside the play area are quite rude! Kids below 5 are not able 2 do some activities, e.g, slides which are allowed in other play areas. This place is good for 1 - 2 yrs and 5-7 yrs. The cafe next to the play area is quite nice & a cosy place to be in!

We’ve been to other similar places elsewhere in the past. Kids were left to enjoy for themselves. But here, the level of support staff had for the kids, to make sure they’re enjoying their time was incredible. Thanks to all of them.

Very upset with customer experience. This is supposed to be kids club for grand Hyatt. First of all its far compared to previous one. Once we got there adults had no sock. They asked 20 dhs for socks. It costs 3 or 5 everywhere else. Then they refused for child below 5 to play in the slides without adult although he was with 12yr old brother. In sense that adult cannot sit down inside the play area but they DEMAND adult has to follow the child everywhere inside. We have been to so many play areas around UAE and never had such experience before.

Very good place! The place is huge, lots of spaces for play, for toddlers, younger kids, older kids. There are tables for arts and crafts too. Staff are friendly.

The staff are great the place is good. But I didn’t like the smell its feels like they need to clean and sensitize the area. The toile not clean.

If you have kids who enjoyed soft play, you can let them have fun there while you can enjoy cup of coffee on the restaurant next the area or watch a movie on the cinema there, and if it’s dinner time, there are two restaurants that you can have your meal there. It’s a very quiet nice family area

مكان جميل في مجمع السنما قريب جراند حياة. الدخول ١٠٠ درهم للساعه للطفل وفيه سعر مخفض لو كنت نزيل في الفندق. مناسب للاطفال تحت عمر ١٢ سنة

The place is nice but the price is Hight compared to the number of activities and games they have. They don’t offer Esaad or any membership which encourages us to come back

(كومنت اول زيارة) المكان وايد حلو وفيه العاب متنوعه، وحبيت انهم محافظين على سلامة الاطفال من خلال ان الكل لازم يلبس زليغات (Socks) ، وايضاً يبيعون زليغات على ٢٠ درهم.

للأمانه هذا (ثاني كومنت) ودي اكتبه. سرت للمكان مره ثانيه وشليت بنتي و ولديه، استانسو وايد صراحه. وفي كوفي مجابل منطقة الالعاب وفوق سينما. انصحكم تودون عيالكم وايد بيستانسون.

Good for ages 1-6. There is staff throughout the soft play to monitor the larger slide and toboggan. The area is clean and well maintained. The only criticism is no ramp or lift access from the free under cover car parking. There is however ramp access from the uncovered, paid, car park out the front. Also the change area in the toilet is in a terrible location which makes changing challenging.

Nice place to play for kids, but the staff are not clear with instructions until you pay.i have payed for both play area for my 2 years old, and then they said she’s allowed only to play in one

I wish we can rate less than 1 star, this place is not worth the visit, first they have increased their prices without updating it on their social media pages, the lady inside is so rude and not good at all with kids where this is a place for them to play and saying stupid rules which is different than all other soft playing areas we visited all across dubai

The place is so small, super small and no areas kids will enjoy like other places

Kids had so much fun, more than expected, and safety comes first, the staff is everywhere gaurding kids, and they are very nice, there is a toddlers area, a supermarket and cars and gas station kids enjoyed, in addition to the interactive area that is so cool, will try it next time, it is a really nice and clean place

My review is based on two things,
1. The price is not in line with other places.
70Dhs for the first hour, and if the child wants to continue for another hour that's another 70Dhs unlike other places that charges 30Dhs extra for every other hour.they have a 99Dhs price for two hours, but I think the owners don't have enough experience with kids, cause it doesn't make sense to pay upfront for two hours then suddenly the kid decides that they don't want to continue and that extra is not refundable or at least that wasn't explained to us.then the full day pricing of 150Dhs, which honestly makes me think that this kind of price bracketing is purely to force people to take the higher packages.

2.the place is small relatively speaking, I asked my kid whether she liked this new place or the old one and she did say she likes the older place.she refers to stay and play in festival mall, so I did ask my kid if she does want to come back here she said no.if you are a parent and want to take a quick break, this place is ok, not priced right, I wish if it was 30Dhs every extra hour the kid stays instead of prepay, there is an Ok coffee there but I won't go there again. I'll probably do when they revise their pricing and pricing scheme.

Even if there is less one star, I will not give. They are not allowing hijab women to enter to play with there kids

This is the latest kids activities club to open in Dubai. Price is not expensive but hopefully they will add Esaad and others discount to encourage parents to be regularly guests.

I guess hotel guests will love it so much since you can have day pass.

Kids love it since they are very organised and the atmosphere is lovely. Staff were super friendly. You must wear socks or buy one at the reception for 20 aed. Finally, everyone was welcomed and I had 0 issues in terms of previous reviews like Hijab which doesn't make since.

Will come again for sure.
