Old hotel, outdated furniture, beds and bathroom fittings. BF is absolutely pathetic and not worthy.

The house cleaning staff has a lot of attitude, very rigid, and difficult to deal with. Front desk is helpful.

Overall there are numerous other hotels and this one can be avoided. This hotel is only fit for group tours.

Affordable price with complimentary food water cooking facilities with vessels, they providing washing machine fridge and free wifi everywhere in roof they have swimming pool also, Indian people only staffs most of the food also India. Style only must try

Nice stay appartment with big rooms n good facility like lockers, oven, freeze, washing Machine etc

Stayed here for 3 nights, proper location.
Breakfast was average, gym not really functional also very odd timing.
Rooftop pool with an amazing view.
The only downside was the lady at the reception who was extremely rude and biased towards the guests.

Great place and very much affordable. The Metro station is quite close (a walking distance from the hotel) and there are lots of stores around from grocery stores, computer stores, restaurant, fast food joints, boutiques and lots of other outlets which could come in handy where you do not have to travel to.lol. And you can cook for yourself or order from restaurants around. You also have KFC and Pizza Hut just meters away. Great place.

Hotel was nice and in the centre of Bur Dubai. Indian restaurants were quite near to this place. Morning breakfast provided by the hotel was quite good. House keeping staff was excellent. Overall the experience was very good

Awesome hotel to stay in Dubai also the location of hotel and locality is very good. Many places to walk nearby. Also Mina Baazar is at walking distance. Highly recommend

The most life threatening experience. The room ceiling fell off in their washroom and my dad got hurt. His head was swollen for the whole day. The manager of the staff there took no responsibility for it they wanted to get away with a sorry. The heaters didn’t work, no electricity in the room from time to time, the cleaning of room also wasn’t proper. I had spoilt my blanket a little and they just arranged it in a neat way instead of replacing it. The Filipino lady at the reception also needed to learn a bit of etiquette she spoke to everyone with a lot of attitude. No respect or regard for anyone. The ceilings in my room also keep moving often I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this pathetic place.

Spacious rooms, good service at the front desk, this hotel is like old world charm. Highly recommended for families.

The hotel is in the city center and quite near to the shopping centers such as meena Bazaar, gold suoq and other electronic shops. Service is good and waiters are also helpful. I don't know why but almost all 4 stars hotel doesn't provide water to their customers, they just provide one bottle during check in. If you want additional water bottle, you have to buy it from the shop across the street.

Amazing rooms with attached kitchen. Awsome Bur Dubai view from balcony. You can find swimming pool and gym in hotel along with multicuisine breakfast, lunch and dinner. Location of hotel in very near to many places you could visit including dubai frame, street shoppings, Burj-Al-Arab, Al-Jumerah Beach and many more.

Convenient place to meet up, especially if you're in Bur Dubai like me. Easy on the pockets too. Friendly staff.

Rolla residence is a very good hotel in Rolla road Burj Dubai well maintained good restaurant friendly staff the best restaurant for south Indians this hotel is very near to gold souk, meenabazar, many departmental stores and also medical stores. 20 minutes drive to Dubai international airport

Good hotel Appartment in bur Dubai
The hotel is at right location, near to Meena bazar, and all the sight seing places.
There is super market if you want to buy grocery and essential I case you prefer to cook and eat. To add, the hotel is equipped with kitchen to all rooms. Also with washing machine, fridge, oven and vessels.
The breakfast spread is good also. However if you prefer to eat out there are Indian hotels at walking distance with wide options. The house keeping is good too.
Our trip was organised by vikram travel India and prapthy travels Dubai and well crafted by Rupesh and Prasad Shetty of the same. The driver Zakir also played a important role in making the trip complete.
