Very unprofessional, hard a meeting with them one year ago and ask to leave the samples with them for the management to have a look at the maps. The new map taken as a sample for the meeting today I ask for the samples maps to return it to me the operation manager refused to say that she and her purchase department had a meeting with me and my MD and also refused to return the maps

A very serious complaint. Your work is too slow. Nobody CARES. I regret very much, we are dealing with you since 2011. I have contact your company many time. Still i didn't receive the order last time i ordered from you each box 5 dhs i have the previous bill.now they are asking by 7 dhs each box.if every time price is increase how we can trust your company. Every day I have call but no positive reply from you side.only saying we will update. I ordered 5 box 200 ml cup water last month. It's been more than 10 days now. Still no delivery. The service was terrible.

Kindly note that we are buying water from you since last 11 years.since 2 months your delivery guy (please note his number +971529268659) is not delivering on time and also he is taking rudely.

Every Tuesday since last 11years we get 4-5 bottles of water but last week he gave only 3bottles. We are following up with the same guy and he promised that he will deliver today at 7pm. When my Mother called him he talk very rudely and he shouted very bad words. No respect at all. This is the serious case. Please take action else we will complaint Muncipality.

I need quick and valid response.

Very poor service since 15 july no water delivered and they sold me new poor quality dispenser for free.please come and collect and return my money.very poor services

Very bad service, they do not care if your runout of water they will keep insist water will deliver weekly, so if you runout if water during festival or extra guest they advise to buy from outside, this is very unsatisfied customer services, this delivery guy also confidently said even you call main office no use as i am the one delivering water, he is indirectly saying that he is the one decision maker to deliver water or not,
I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Pathetic customer service. Delivery people will deliver only as per their wish. They dont know the meaning of customer service.

This is my second time that I had to call for water delivery and I have been trying to reach these guys since 3 days as I placed an order for home delivery 3 big water bottles but no one is bothered to reply on WhatsApp app or on calls.

Service is getting worst. Water delivery is not coming on time. If we cald they promise to deliver unfortunately nothing coming up. Please do not promise if you cannot fulfill. Don't recomend the service.

Since Tuesday May 04,2020 we have been consistently calling their call centre and informing them to deliver water and all the time they have responded stating, will be delivered next day.
Today, on Friday at 8: 45pm nothing delivered and the worst part is since yesterday, Thursday May 7th 2020 they stopped taking calls.

Absolutely hopeless and shouldn't be allowed to carry out such an important service like delivering drinking water.

I've been trying to replace a damaged bottel (full). From two days. I called them 5 times, spoke to a different person each time. The last person said he would call back in 5 minutes but nothing. No one answers most of the time on any number. Horrible service. Think twice before buying their coupons. No respect what so ever for customers.

Very bad service, they have a tollfree number and a whatsapp, both number they will not attend and on whatsapp they never reply. Their weekly delivary service is not happening as per commitment.

I have been using Romana water for 4 years. Over the last year, service quality went down extremely. The last months, I had endless issues with the delivery. The delivery guy who is in charge for Dubai Creek Residences, Rajesh, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I decided to change to another water supplier, Romana refused to return the bottle deposit. All in all, very unprofessional and bad experience.

I’m very old customer and taking from Romana from long time. But unfortunately now I’m chasing with from last 2 days and they are not delivering water in such situation. Very bad service and their delivery team is keep ignoring my calls. Very much disappointed.

We are disappointed they give us a number to order water but they will not reply. They will reply the next day which is not acceptable. We are not going to order water again. I will tell all my colleagues not to order water to romana water

Management is putting efforts to improve their services to customers like us by taking feedbacks from us. I was quite surprised when the delivery guy asked me whether I was facing any issues with the delivery timings and other aspects.

Happy to give full stars, not for compromising on the quality of drinking water. Always keep it that way.

Would like to appreciate the sales team for their flexibility in scheduling the delivery according to my convenience. That too. Within 3 hrs, delivery was done. Kudos to the Romana team.

One of the worst water supply in the UAE. I dont recommend anyone buying from this company. They are unprofessional and never come on time. They are more expensive than any other company.

I am using Romana since last 9 months. As a regular customer, I am happy to find the quality of water to be improved and I feel that it's worth every penny for what I pay.

Pathetic service, I wouldn't call it service even. Not safe at all, no hygiene, no words to describe how poor quality they have. Shocking they have approval to provide such kind of water to the people. Even free I would not recommend to anyone. Run for your lives!

They supposed to come every week twice to replace the bottles but you have to call the guys in alghadeer village to make sure they replace it, they are not coming on time only once a week and sometimes never coming.so annoying

Most shocking and painful experience ever. They never come on time. One of their sales person took money from me and never returned. Their supervisor and manager also didn’t resolve this problem. Now I want to cancel my contract and they are not refunding my deposit. Poor management and pathetic company. I would give them more lower rating if I could. And I’m not surprised to see that they don’t even bother to give a response on reviews.
