The best in Dubai, my dog loves it there, he gets very excited when the drivers come to pick him up. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for daycare and boarding

Romis has always been great with our Labrador; he leaps out of the car and can’t wait to get inside. Laurence, Harry, and Richard are amazing and Taz can’t wait to see them. Amazing dog nursery you could every find in Dubai. We know them for 5 years now and we bring our dog on and off but we had our dog there for 3 months staying over. We were so happy, we had him back home better behaivour, happy and never health issue or signs of begin stressed. Francis so kind and polite and caring for customers and the dogs, I could feel he is genuine and he is happy with his job. Very important that dogs they are free, never in crate unless specified by the owner. The dogs are watched at nigh and always by humans 24/7. Kudos to Romie! Both locations Ras Al Khor And DIP (thanks Harry for always begin flexible on picking up Secco). Definitely highlight recommended this place.

Romi’s is a home from home for our dog, and we are so grateful to all the staff there who know her so well and love her so much. She jumps up with her tail wagging every morning when she hears the ‘school bus’, and the videos the staff send show how happy she is among friends. I can’t recommend Romi’s highly enough.

Romis has become a second home for my Husky, North. The staff is exceptional and takes the time to get to know each and every dog personally. I LOVE this place. It has a special feel to it. The owner Romi is a wonderful lady - full of light and love for dogs. And her staff are all super. I dealt mainly with Harry the facility manager as well as with Lawrence, Claude, and Fabrice. All friendly, professional, and kind people who are genuine dog lovers. It means a lot to me to be able to leave my dogs somewhere knowing they’ll be in safe, caring hands. This place is a jewel and I would recommend it wholeheartedly and without any hesitation whatsoever to someone looking for support with their dog (s).

We’ve been using Romi’s nursery for our senior furry kid. They take special care feeding him medicines per schedule. He seems to look forward to his trips as they actively play with the doggies.

We Lve Romi's Nursery, the geniune love & care Romi herself & her team give to our forever puppy Mikee. 5* is an understatement. It should be 10*.

The first time we brought Mikee to the nursery for boarding & met Romi was in 2016, during their humble beginning.

Mikee is always a handful, in 2016, when Mikee didn't eat, Romi personally messaged me that our puppy wasn't eating & needed hand-feeding due to separation anxiety. From then on, we knew Romi's Nursery is genuinely a caring & loving home for doggies.

Now in 2023, we brought her to Romi's Nursery for 9 nights boarding; the love & care from Romi's team & Romi herself is just EXTRAORDINARY!

Shoutout to the team who regularly sends me videos & updates on WhatsApp, to Martin who hand-fed Mikee, to everyone during playtime, night shift team & to Romi.

We absolutely love love LOVE Romi’s! Cannot recommend enough! My fur baby Luke goes in thrice a week and is always super excited and happy and fulfilled ️ The team of handlers and coordinators is absolutely brilliant, super active and present, always quick to respond on socials, with regular updates! The pick up and drop off service is an absolute lifesaver and the team of drivers are truly wonderful, so so good with the babies:)
They are also great with boarding the dogs overnight, with constant supervision and best of all - crate free.

This place is excellent and I cannot recommend it enough! I’ve been boarding my dog here for several months and I’m super happy with the owner, dog handlers, drivers and support team. The service is just outstanding and I have immense peace of mind knowing that my fur baby is in safe hands (and having the time of her life!)

One thing worth highlighting is that my dog used to be super timid and even aggressive when I first approached Romis. I am mind blown by how much she’s changed and how she enjoys playing with other dogs now

We have been sending our Swiss shepherd to Romi’s since he was around 4 months old. He is now nearly 2 and is very well looked after by Romi and the team. The facility is great and the team is very accommodating with pick up / drop off timings, even at short notice. The school bus drivers are friendly and you can tell how much they care about each of the dogs. They are always so careful putting Nevis into the vans. We love Romi and the team - thank you!

Its a sure shot home run for our dogs. Excellent place with great facility which we have been using for the last 7 years. A big shout out to the team behind this wonderful place.

A week before my dog was checked-in at Romis, I took my her to the vet, did a full check up and sent to nursery happy and healthy dog. After 8 days spent at Romis, my dog was returned to me sick, having difficulties with breathing and choking. When I picked her up 3 days ago, she was not happy dog, she was not running around as she does always - she was walking slow and I noticed immediately that something is not right. I told to one of the staff there that she's not happy, but he didn't reply. Then one Indian lady approached me saying that there is a cough virus and that every 3rd dog is sick - but she never mentioned that my dog has some problem and that she got sick staying there. Obviously, I was not informed that my dog has any problem. Additionally, they gave me back wet dog. After I asked why is she wet, they said they washed her. OK, then why didn't you dry her? !
Definitely I will never leave my dog with them again as I find this all very careless.

Romis staff is like family to me and my furbaby. I send him there at least twice a week with utmost confidence, and he always comes back happy and tired

Friendly and capable staff. They took care of my girl well. Lawrence, Claude and the boys are great. Charges are very reasonable. Highly recommended.

My dogs always have fun here, and the staff is top notch. They all obviously love dogs and treat them with great care. The videos they send let me know my pups are happy. The transportation service is a lifesaver when I’m busy. It’s also such a good value compared to other places!

Kipper has been going there for 2 years now, it's his happiest time of the week when the drivers come to pick him up to spend a day of fun. Also a very good address for boarding while going on leave, I have never been worried about his well-being there. He always comes back exhausted but happy.

We love dropping our 2 dogs here for play-day and grooming, they are so happy afterwards. And we also leave them here when traveling, and the guys share videos with us daily so we know they are ok <3

Our dog Molly stayed there for one month and she was super happy. I like how they keep posting videos daily and they always respond to our msgs without any delay. Molly learned how to swim there as she used to be scared from water. Molly is always in safe hands @Romishome

Being crate free at night makes Romi's Home Pet Nursery unique and in my opinion 6*. My Coton de Tulear stays over as a treat as well as being boarded for our holidays. A huge shout out to the Cleaning Team as the hygiene/cleanliness is exceptional. The Dog Whisperers Angelo and Joe have helped her look forward to being transported so Wednesday and Friday are the best days of her week. Romi's ticks all the boxes, from Claude's grooming to Manas organising the transport. Thank you to every member of the team, I think my dog would say it's the equivalent to Disneyland for dogs!

Romi’s Home is what it claims to be - a home. Not a kennel, not a crated or caged facility with sad, traumatised fur babies. Ask the fur babies, say “Romi” to them and see their response. Do you know the ecstatic doggie expression and body language? I have seen it in my babies each and every time, without exception. It’s love, if they could speak they would tell you that.

In Dubai a safe, clean and most important pet loving doggie daycare is truly a need and not a luxury. I’ve tried many places before and have found the best return on investment for a good quality of life for my doggies at Romi’s.where it is mentally stimulating, physically adequate, pack simulation, human interactive and a safe well looked after environment. I recommend Romi’s as both my dogs are pampered as well. They provide an excellent service for the pet owners/pawrents which is price wise easier on the pocket as well as very personal and gives a senses of comfort to know our pets are safe. From the rates to the various activities and the bus service I only have good words to say as we have been going over a year and my dogs personalities have changed. Thank Romi and your wonderful team.
