Dont use this service, totally irresponsible, no update.they promised the delivery will be 40 days and now it is more than 95 days, still not delivered and also no one will respond to message or call. Sachin (Manager) and Navneeth (Owner) also do not respond to phone or messages. I strongly suggest not to use Rona cargo for your needs.

Worst service, they promised sea express will deliver in kerala within 20 days, but we received in 62 days and no clear responds. And NO compensation

Very poor experience. They promised minimum 5 days and maximum 10 days delivery time for air express delivery. Missed delivery of important items that were time critical because of their delay. Would never recommend to anyone.

Don't trust the reviews. Worst cargo service you can get. They will treat you like you owe them money. Their staff in Kochi are very arrogant and would even swear at you for questioning their behavior. I had very bad experience with them. You will lose your stuff and money. Never trust the reviews written here.
