Terrible service, they don’t answer calls or WhatsApp messages. They gave the wrong flowers instead of informing me they didn’t have what I wanted so they happily took my money and became unresponsive.

Ordered something else got something else paid a grand and wasnt even notified of the change, not worth it. DONT GO THERE.horrible management.had to change all of my plans, was gonna propose on valentines but they messed up my order so now i have to change and rearrange everything

They are very sweet people, we gave them the wrong Adress and number by mistake and they rounded around for a long time just to find us. And still the flowers were beautiful and fresh and spayed with ice water. I really recommend this company.

It’s a worst experience ever, the flowers are wrapped in a cheap wrapper, the note was written in a piece of cardboard with a very cheap envelope and there is no medicine to make the flowers last. They have delivered it so late because of that we had to cancel our dinner reservation. My fiancée said this will be the first and last to your flower shop. He was so disgusted the bear quality also very cheap like 10aed in the store.

The worst shop ever. Don't even bother to order from them.
Customer service is minus not even zero.
Made order for flowers and balloons, made payment online.
Next day shop is not answering any phone numbers mentioned on website.
Watsap to number mentioned and response at 11am with line " I will check" untill evening already and no reply, no delivery, no response. Last but the worse that delivery never came and noone picked up the line. Thank you very much for beautiful service! Waste of money and time.

Flowers were not fresh. What I asked to be delivered is not what was delivered in terms of flower arrangements. And they stopped replying to my text.

I asked for fresh hydrengia and this is what I got.this is only a few hours after I received it. I opted for them because they have fast delivery. I will never buy from them again. Total waste of money.

We have been regular customers.but today suddenly they have increased their helium price from 6/9 dhs to 25 dhs per piece. Such price fluctuation is disappointing. Hope they are consistent with a reasonable price.

I visit the store & ordered for delivery but the flowers I received were awful! They did not deliver fresh flowers!

Price wise is reasonably fair but roses were low quality at best can’t confirm if it is always like that since they were my last choice after every flower shop were out of roses on valentine so while it wasn’t that great it got my feeling across to my significant other so yay XD mission accomplished

My son Zain Mahmood has placed an order today from London, a bunch of red roses was delivered with love and care bang on time, Absolutely amazing service, the delivery man was very polite, the guys are the best and professionals in their trade, fastest communication was a very plus point to keep us informed about the progress of delivery, absolutely hassle free service especially for the people like us sitting 1000’s of miles away from Dubai, well done and keep it up guys, highly recommended without any doubt.
