Very unprofessional. First you ruined my shirt, took it back to fix it and now it has been more than a week since I am messaging on whatsapp to bring it back but there is no reply. Also called many times but no response. I even called the landline number but no response or call back.terrible service.
I request you to please return my shirt and I will NEVER ever contact u guys again

I have sent my laundry for pressing one week ago. They promised to bring it back next day. However, it didn’t happen. I was trying to contact them every day since that. They say me that OK - we will bring you, but they don’t, and they are lying that they have come, however they have not - otherwise they would give me a call. Today I again wrote them - they told me that they will bring my laundry, and let me to wait them for 1 hour - however no one came. The service has become really awful - I don’t know where are my clothes, maybe they have lost them. And it is really very upsetting that people don’t have any shame and don’t even apologize. Don’t use Rotana laundry.

Called for my clothes two hours ago, and now no one is picking my call, I need my work clothes, you said you are sending your driver where is he? I need my clothes if you bring then late at night or tomorrow I am paying half of the amount am supposed to pay, can someone piiiiiick my calls, they were supposed to be ironed, just ironing! Since Friday you are ironing! And now you ain't picking my calls! Shame shame.

Worst service ever. I gave them a carpet 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for them to return it! I have been calling daily to ask them to return it (even dirty I just want the carpet back) and they have stopped responding. Only thing I can think of is they either destroyed it or lost it.

Poor quality. The ruin my Ghutra and they didnt deliver the clothes to my hotel as they promise. Id recommend avoiding them

The smell was very nice the backing is also nice i can trust him as they found money in my clothes and the give me back honest guys

It was good trying with this laundry dry cleaning for suit was perfect but pls next time to put trauser guerd and packing folding only one piece for pack

If you care about your clothes, don't use this company.

Someone recommended them because they were cheap and my friends and I gave them lots of business. Gave them a brand new (expensive) item with the tags still on, came back to me ruined and A DIFFERENT COLOUR!

The only compensation I got was half the value of the item, in the form of free laundry service? Why would I want more items ruined? And I had to waste hours arguing with different people
The best part? I didn't even get the item back in the end. They failed to deliver it back to me on multiple occasions even though I gave them 4 or 5 chances to do so. I returned to the UK without it, and effectively paid them to ruin it and keep it.

Save yourself the stress, use a decent company.

DONT EVER USE THEM. Whenever we call the driver for delays its 10 Mins 10 Mins. 2 hours later its still 10 Mins.used them for a month.there are wayy better laundry services available in the area. They are run by a Bunch of people who does not value the Customers time. If you cant deliver in 24 hours why promise 24 hours?
