الحذر ثم الحذر من هذا المكتب هم عصابة لسرقة الاموال و ارباحهم من التامين اللي ياخذوه من العملاء اذا عطيتهم تامين انسى انه يرجع لك وراح يطلبك اكثر ويسوي لك افلام. تم رفع شكوى في مركز حماية المستهلك اتمنى يتخذون اجراء بحقهم غالبا هم من الجنسية الاردنية او السورية

I can't complain, the employees are all nice and they have nice cars. I paid my deposit with a credit card and got it transferred back after 21 working days. It was a lot of fun. The reviews that say they are scammers are not true, everything went well for me, I only had to pay additional toll fees because I drove on the toll route, but that was only 25 AED.

Best company in dubai for cars by a mile! All cars are of high quality, serviced and very clean. Deposit always comes back and the staff are super friendly, and not to forget some of the amazing cars they have!

I rented 3 cars on my last trip to Dubai. A Ferrari, range rover sport and corvette. My sales rep (Ali Adbulrhman) was very professional and made sure all my problems were attended to.
He is an asset to the company. I am tempted to put his number on this post, but I think that will not be professional.

Horrible rental car. Never use them.
Literally a bunch of crooks.
They agreed to rent me a Mustang V8 for 2 days. Then they delivered a V6, promising to rent a V8 the next day. Again, they cheated me with the V6, and asking for a V8 price.
If you don’t want to be scammed in Dubai with rental cars, try any other company

Amazing cars, exceptional cost, this is the place to get a major car for the family, and that Ferrari so crazy! When you drive it, and not forget thanks Anwar for your professional service,

TOTAL SCAM.
Don't ever try to rent a car with them, they will take your money and try to scam you with the well known "The car isn't available, sir" just some minutes before the delivery, and they will try to sell you some other random car for double that price or give you way cheaper cars at the same price yiu already paid.
I rented an Audi R8 Spyder and paid everything in advance, trusting them, but they made me lose 4 hours waiting for a car that wasn't available, going back and forth from my hotel to their office, and they tried to give me a Camaro or a Mustang (3 times cheaped then the R8) at the same price. These people are liars and totally crazy.
I lost a full day of my vacation and I din't even get back my money yet.
STAY AWAY!

Wasted my time! I have booked Yellow Lamborghini Huracan (2699AED) at 1-3pm. They didn’t answer me until 3: 30pm and 1 hour later come with a BLUE FERRARI (2999AED on site) and tried to rent me at 3500AED (!)

I understand that Yellow car was extended by previous customer, but you waste my time. I don’t like your tricks with fake prices and different car

I booked from the UK and arranged a pick up from the airport; The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and most importantly on time!

I hired a Lamborghini Urus which was immaculate and drove like a dream.

I will DEFINITELY be using Rotana again!

We were sceptical about renting cars in dubai because all of the shady rental companies. We visited rotana by chance and they were the right type, straigjt forward and affordable prices. Plus they rented to us and we were below 21. Thanks nasser

I was almost put off from renting vehicles from this company due to the negative comments.

However, we managed to negotiate a good price and took several vehicles from here.
This company is the only company we’ve tried and Continued to use during visits to the UAE. They have the best prices and take good care of loyal (returning customers).

I took out the Q7, Range rover sports and a rolls Royce wraith during our first trip. On my recent trip to Dubai I wanted to book the range rover sport for a week. They messed up with the booking and double booked it. However, they made up for this error by providing me with a Bentley Bentayga (this costs more than a standard RR sports). The RR sports wasn’t available so they gave us a RR SVR at a very cheap price! (This is powerful and a beaut to drive!)

In my last few days I took out the Audi R8 amd a green Lamborghini Huracan for a cost of £200! This was so cheap and I wasn’t required to pay any deposit! Abo Omar and his team were very welcoming and took good care of us!

There were many aspects to the amount of joy I experience in dubai. The vehicles hired from here added to the excitement and joy!

I would recommend this to all my friends!

P. S. I’ll be back again in a few months time keep the R8 ready for me I’A! (Y)

I’ve rented a car from 7-9th of December. It was unfortunately a Horrible experience. They gave me hard time. They will not pick you up and drop you to the airport as they claimed. When I came to their office they told me that the car I’ve booked is not available and I have to take another one available in the garage! When I rented an Audi A6 model 2019, the camera was broken, imagine driving a 2019 audi without a camera. They promised to drop me off the airport and I called 3 times to confirm. However, at the time of my flight when I was outside the hotel waiting for them, they ask me to return the car to the airport parking and someone will pick it up which was unacceptable. They made me pay for the parking and asked me for (Salik) payment which they didn’t explain at the beginning? I’m here just for 2 days and everything was terrible. Very bad and unprofessional customer service. If you don’t want your trip to be ruined just don’t rent from this unprofessional company.

تجربة سيئة جدا للاسف. وغير صحيح انه يتم توصيلكم و اخذكم من المطار. عند وصولي لم تكن السياره اللي حجزتها موجوده وقالو لي اختاري سياره من الموجود وهذا غير مقبول. صارت معي مشاكل كثير للاسف معهم. خدمة العملاء سيئة جدا والسياره اودي ٢٠١٩ الكاميرا مكسوره. لا انصح بالتعامل معهم لسوء الخدمة.

لقد أستأجرت سيارة رياضية لمدة 7 أيام من نوع لامبورجيني هوريكان
الخضراء وكانت تجربة رائعة بل أكثر من رائعة

I tried many car rental companies in Dubai. All disappointing. This is one is cool and flexible. I can rent a different car everyday and they have a good choice. Be careful on the radars with these powerful cars but other than this, all was perfect.

تعاملت معهم اول مره جابو لي السياره للمطار وماقصرو بتعاملهم وحرصهم على العميل السيارة اللي طلبتها ماكانت متوفرة وجابولي سيارة اعلى منها وبعدها بيوم جابو لي السيارة اللي انا طلبتها كان فيه سوء فهم مني من ناحية توضيح الاسعار المضافه مثل سالك وغيرها وبعدها رجع الاخ محمد واتصل علي ووضح لي انه مرسله لي ع الواتس القائمة كاملة من قبل لا استأجر اسعار التآجير عندهم معقوله ومايقصرون مع العميل وتجاوبهم وحرصهم على العميل شي ايجابي وباذن الله لي تعامل اخر معهم وانصح بالتعامل معهم
