I did a lot of sessions, about 20 sessions in another clinic and frankly, I did not find a result like the first result I did with them
Their device is very excellent, Candela Gentle Max Pro for lessr hair remover, and they have a very nice girl named Lena, she is to much knowledge and her hands are fast and very kind

I am not at all satisfied with their dealings, especially after the operation that I underwent in their center. After four months, I have very clear gradations in my stomach, and I tried to communicate with them to know whether this will continue or go with time, but unfortunately I only received neglect, and unfortunately no one took the trouble to communicate with me yet.after Their guarantee of your payments, you will not find any follow-up

I went for my laser yesterday and Lena my technician was really good. She s so knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable during the laser treatment.

One of the best experiences any new customer would want. Such amazing and friendly staff in this place treated me with so much comfort and explained all the procedures so well. My treatment was done always by Ms Subi who is such a gem of a person. She is the best you would want for treating you. Before the treatment started she explained every time what she would be doing and how it is gonna give me the best result. I am doing my laser hair removal treatment which has shown amazing result after the second session. I am sure those girls and ladies who do waxing remember the pain we have.
I will recommend all friends and family about this place for any skin and hair treatment.

I recommend this clinic because I use the excilis device which is the best device including oxygeno with my therapist Tase and Liza they are the best in the clinic. If you are looking for a person who specializes in laser I recommend Rona.

Their customer service is so bad.we did our botox last April 2022 and we were supposed to go for a retouch two weeks after but due to some personal reasons we couldn't but we did give them a date and day when we will be able to do the retouch and they agreed and today when we went for a retouch they said that its not possible because its been almost two months.if that's the case, then why do the receptionists keep on calling and reminding us for a retouch and gave us an appointment for today and then we were shocked by the outcome that we cant do a retouch! And the doctor was very rude! She didn't even consider us.but if we pay ofcourse she will accept!

Staff are friendly and the services are excellent. Though you must book in advance otherwise it’s difficult to arrange an appointment in urgent basis, always fully booked.

صراحه اتواصلت مع وايد عيادات بس نفس اسلوب ها العياده والطريقه المستفزه الي يردون فيها مع المراجعين ما قد شفت ودي انزل لكم صوره من المحادثه وطريقه الرد الي كانت جد وقحه. صراحه الحمدالله اني عرفت مستواكم مع الناس قبل ما ازوركم ودي لو احد من مسوولين المشتسفي يتواصل معي عشان يعرف مستوي الي حاطنهم يردون علي الناس فالمواقع

تجربة سيّئة للغاية، من ناحية المواعيد لا يوجد التزام ولا مسؤولية، فقد يكون المراجع الذي يأتي لإجراء عملية من الإمارات الأخرى والمناطق البعيدة عن إمارة دبي، ويتكبد خسائر حجز الفنادق، واجراءات فحص الpcr من أجل البقاء في دبي لهذا الموعد، وقبل الموعد بساعتين يتم إلغاء الموعد من قبل الطبيب او ما نسميه بأخصائي التجميل، دون سبب مقنع، ودون التواصل مع المراجع بينما من المفترض ان يتم الاتصال بالمراجع لإعلامه بالإلغاء قبل ذلك بيومين،إضافة إلى أن المواعيد تلغى لأكثر من مرة خاصةً في حالة الأخطاء الطبية حيث يقوم أخصائي التجميل اللي قام بالعملية على وجه غير مناسب وبغير النتائج المتوقعة، بالتهرب من المراجع بحجة وجود أمور طارئة اضطرته لإلغاء وتأجيل الموعد في كل مرة.

اسوا خدمة على الإطلاق، النتائج غير ما هو معروض في الصور والإعلانات، ويتهرب اخصائي التجميل من تصحيح الخطا، اهدافهم مادية فقط ولا يوجد احترافية في العمل، لا انصح اي شخص بزيارة المكان بعد تجربتنا، وسيلتهم الدعائية هم الفاشينيستات ومشاهير السوشال ميديا فقط ، بيننا من المفترض ان تكون نتائج إتقانهم للعمل هي سبب شهرتهم.

I just came out of a hydrafacial session, the worst ever. The technician wasn't gentle at all while she is putting the masks. She kept touching my eyes which I dont think that you should do that. On the top of that, she kept telling me that I need botox. I understand they need to promote for that, but not this way. Not welcoming at all. And finally when I finished I found that there mask on my ears that I had to clean myself.

Definitely not coming again

أخطاؤهم الطبية كثيرة والنتائج غير مرضية أبداً، تعاملهم سيء للغاية ، اتصل بي الجراح أوما يسمى بأخصائي التجميل وتعامل معي بأسلوب سيء جداً واستهزاء بشخصي ورفع صوته، ثم أغلق الهاتف مباشرة، وقطع الاتصال، بشكل ينم عن تهرب من المسؤولية، في تصحيح ما وقع من تقصير في تصحيح ما حصل من العملية التي تم دفع تكاليفها ، هذا التهجم جاء ، بعد أن تواصلت مع الريسبشن لأستفسر عن بسبب ،إلغاء العملية وعدم إبلاغي بذلك من قبل الطبيب سوى قبل الموعد بساعتين ، وأني سأقدم شكوى بهذا الخصوص، خاصةً وأني جئت من منظقة تبعد عن عيادة رويال كلينيك أكثر من ساعتين وقمت بدفع تكاليف الإقامة في دبي وتكاليف فحوصات كوفيد 19حتى لا أتأخر على موعد العملية، وقدمت على إجازة سنوية من العمل تحسّباً لما قدم يطرأ بعد العملية من آثار، أرجو من إدارة المركز التواصل معي للضرورة، مع العلم أننا في دولة قانون تحترم المقيم قبل المواطن ،

I have been doing Botox for years and I have to say Dr Bushra is amazing, she listens to your concerns and the results were perfect. Whereas in other clinics I have had experiences where feel the doctor is rushing to get you in and out and does not do a good job. I highly recommend this clinic, and look forward to doing many more treatments here.

Extremely poor customer service!

I filled out online contact form, waited 3 days and sent WhatsApp message in the morning. 5 hours later I call asking for an appointment and the operator did not accommodate looking for any suitable time (doctor is only available from 12-3pm whilst opening hours state until 8pm) and after being interrupted I’m requested to call back after 5minutes and nobody picked up anymore.
I will be taking my money for services elsewhere!

the management have a bad attitude, where I've seen their bad attitude with a client.and i don't think ill ever go back there again!

The worst clinic i’ve done laser at, my hair is more and more now and i did 6 sessions with ZERO RESULTS. I paid AED 6000 for NOTHING. I dis facial session and my face becomes worse! Even though that Syrian lady who sitting there never smile for guests or have any welcoming feels! I wrote them my review on Instagram to tell them they just simply blocked me!

This clinic uses random people’s photos on their Instagram page. They stole my photos posted it and claimed they performed surgery on my body. When I went to a clinic in Marbella to do my surgery. They are frauds! After I asked them to remove photos which belonged to me and got my friends to comment on it they deleted all the comments and blocked me! Absolute scammers. Don’t get fooled by what they post their work is stolen from other surgeons. Their work must be extremely bad since they steal other people’s photos and claim as their own. I’ll be pressing charges as my page is super private so I don’t know how they even accessed my Instagram page. Disgraceful so unprofessional. Hope they get shut down for false advertisement.

And I’ll be sharing this on numerous of emails until my photos are taken down from your fraudulent page.
