A very poorly managed company. Super rude staff. The PRO doesn't show up on time for duty. Security at the gate just sits and watches movies instead of helping people with entry issues. Behaves rudely when asked for help. Nobody responds to calls. PRO is a South Indian guy who doesn't know how to communicate properly and has no idea what he is doing. Have faced similar issues multiple times and they do nothing to fix it even after the same issue being raised over and over. Very inefficient and poor service. Avoid working with them at all cost.

I had an FBA appointment at 8: 30 AM, the person who is supposed to let me in was not at his desk and when he got called, he said he will come in at 9: 30.

I have worked with almost 10 Logisitics companies, never faced such an issue, and then when I called the PRO at Gate 4 myself, he started being rude and said "if you want to come now (10: 30) you can come, otherwise talk to whoever assigned you the stupid booking"

I am not sure if they are worthy of getting contracts with MNCs like Amazon.

I had an Amazon FBA Shipment Appointment today from 8: 30AM to 9: 00AM. I reached on time with my products. The warehouse location was XAEC - RSA Dubai Logistics City. I was stopped at the checkpoint and was told I could only enter once the RSA PRO provides me with a gate pass. The PRO was supposed to come to work at 8: 30AM but he arrived at 9AM or later. The security at the gate did not allow me to enter without the PRO's approval. I missed my appointment slot because he didn't show up for his duty on time. I had to leave for work at 9: 00AM. Now the PRO tells me on call to book another appointment for a different day and go again. He was very rude on call. The security was also super rude at the gate. Worst service. RSA is very inefficient and I would not want to deliver anything through them ever again. I travelled all the way from Al Ain. Cost me so money & time.

Very inefficient. Super rude staff. Rude security. Very rude PRO. PRO doesn't come to duty on time. Missed my appointment because of him. The whole process by which they work is super inefficient. Worst service. Never going again to deliver anything through them. Will suggest Amazon to stop working with them. Need to go through a lot of hassle to get simple things done.

There are restrictions to enter this aea if possible try to get any representative contact number and visit this place else there is a representative in cafeteria out side the gate you can get more information about this place with him

We are new with RSA Global and so far we are very happy with the Team Service, we have the best manager in charge! Jinu helps us a lot and continue to check us if there is something that can be improved in the way they served us. Highy recommended and please do look for Jinu in case you need 3PL service.

We shipped out many Freight items for them in the US and always kept our word and in return all we received was his dishonesty.

One of the worst companies run by poor performing managment. RSA lost the material that were stored by the company i work for in their own facility. Initially they agreed to compensate for the lost material, however after 4 month of consistent follow up the situation is still pending. They keep providing false promises and limit less number of excuses. Calls has been made to their GM not less than 4 times with infinite number of emails and similar result occured. In addition, when it comes to storage facility charges, this company will sign with its clients a contract with an agreed price per metre square.several month later, a notification letter to be sent that price bumped up by X amount. Very unproffesional, all reviews written here are one dimensional and they do not reflect how the company behave in such situations. Stay away and look for the proffesionals out there in the market. Its worth it.
