RTA Customer Happiness Center - Deira

Over all experience was great but the security guy at entrance of the happiness center was not helpful and have unnecessary attitude, Don't know how to talk shouldn't be there. Time 12 noon

I am in Sharjah near to Central Market sitting in the car talking with my mother, just now a RTA guy approached my car giving me fine. I told him that i didn't left my car yet and i am just talking on the phone with my mother and as soon as i finish talk i will send parking message. He ignored me and forced ticket fine on my car. That is very bad how desperate RTA people to give fines even if drivers are still on ther sites inside car. To bad RTA

I went yesterday (Mar 13,2023) to register my new vehicle and found out RTA Customer Happiness Center is one of the best government institutes i had visited.
The lady who was at the reception (around 6.30pm) guided me well thru the process and my job was done including collection of number plate within 15 minutes.
I personally want to thank the staff and the leadership of RTA Customer Happiness Center for maintaining such good standard of service and UAE leadership for encouraging Go Green paperless transactions.

Excellent service, I renewed my license in less than 15 min including name correction. Special thanks to Ms. Latifa Khalifa.

Best RTA customer happiness center I ever found, from reception to until I done my work they care about me very well, nice staff, treat customer really well appreciated, perfect parking facility, fast work,

I would really like to appreciate how RTA shows concerns to publics queiries and hesitations.i would like to share my recent experience, I’am a regular traveler of private transport of a corporate company, My pickup for the stop is RTA bus station Near to sharaf DJ. I regularly come and wait in this units. Since last past few months one the two unit was not working and one was working.people refused to sit in non powered unit since it’s getting hot outside. The one unit which i used to sit was not powered for 2 weeks and I’am maternity, 8 months.it became difficulty for me to wait in both units. I just tried to complain regarding the same through a chat box of RTA. With in 24 hr i got a call and told them the case. Next day i went, both the units started working and they are fully powered now. I truly would like to thank RTA dubai for immediate action. The best experience so far.

Being Dubai resident, after 8 years finally I own my car and i went to RTA Deira muror and luckily met Ms. Fathima, Counter No. 8 at 11: 30 AM 14-03-2022.she assist me very nicely and helped me a lot to get my Number plates and registration card. She is well trained and having good knowledge about work.she is really professional. 5/5

E-Service/Kiosk is operational 24/7, ensuring convenient transactions.

I’ve been here for the renewal of my drivers license, which took less than less than 5 mins for the entire process, plus you get a hard-copy print of the license at the spot.

Access after office-hours is via the staff-entrance. The security personal at the gate will happily guide you to the right building.

Recently i did my renewal online and took the hard copy from self service desk.
24*7 operational.highly recommended.

Excellent service center. Easy to locate and reach.
Parking is available close to offices.
Place is full of gardens.
Employees are very helpful and friendly.
Service is straightforward and quick. Fee's are reasonable and multiple payment methods are acceptable.

Not possible to pay by card at Typing Center.
Had to find an ATM and withdraw money to pay by cash

I am People of Determination, Hearing Impaired. I need your help/suggestion. I want to know about car that the car is in my husband's name so my husband abandoned me since August,2020. So I want to use his car but his vehicle card is expired and insurance is still there upto August 2021. he has traffic fines totalling 2890/- aed. Please guide me as a special case (people of determination)

I want transfer my Abu Dhabi license to Dubai. Which deportment I want to go? What is the timing? Please let me know to anyone.

I was in and out in under an hour for an eye test and new license. Very pleased with the quick and effective service!

Super fast service. Renewed my license and my car registration in 5 minutes. Very friendly staff.

Review is about the product. Parking ticket - it’s only human to err, when we send an SMS to 7275 on a Friday, the response should at least remind you it’s not chargeable for Friday and if you still wish to pay for SAT rather than deducting money for SAT morning.

This small system enhancement will only add more trust of the consumer into the RTA parking ticket SMS facility and add to customer happiness.

You get attended very fast, no ques or waiting. Token numbers are issued. Staff is very helpful and polite. Very Efficient. 10 on 10.
