Huge office with lots of staff to assist. Very clean and bright. I printed my driving licence in the RTA Kiosk and it only takes 2 minutes. Great location too but there's limited parking. So avoid rush hour and better come early in the morning. The office closes early so pay attention with their operational hours.

Wasted three hours in traffic to reach this place because my ‘Emirates ID needs to be updated in RTA system’. They already have all my documents. Everything opposite of digital and smart. Just to discover I can’t get in with shorts. Happy days.

Visited to print out my renewed drivers licence.
Place was immaculately clean with clear directions. Used their automatic vending machine which is very user friendly and received my printed license easily.

I am living here for 7 years and for last two years (during the expo and high season) I faced the issue with taxi. Normally lately you can call Careem but in Jbr area was easy to take taxi and you can just enter inside the taxi and say your destination, and they drive you.it’s could be time of exchanging shift but taxi drivers can politely explain for you that my shift is finished and I can’t take a costumer. But what’s happening now, they stop for each customer around and ask where do you go and they take you just it’s suit them and they don’t want to drive you if it’s doesn’t fit them schedule (to close) or expectation of destination many wise or I e.etc. And more, a lot of taxi drivers don’t speak in English and everything what they could tell me “ get out of here I don’t drive you”. Is it nice that the taxi driver chooses them costumer and not the other way around? And I always thinking and trust that in this country everything well manage and under control but suffering this issue with taxi and when you see over the years how bad is turning

Travelling to dubai and going back to Abu dhabi using RTA Bus is not comfortable. A/C is not working and passengers are getting sweat.having a 37 degrees temperature outside? Seriously? Fix this issue for the comfort of your customers.

Hey RTA, ever heard about smart traffic lights or green wave? Your traffic lights are highly inefficient, why do I need to stop on every traffic light while driving? To cross 500m of a street I need 15mins.

Zahra was a real gem!
She went over & beyond, called over 20 people at the Abu Dhabi license department to request someone to update my file. And was just incredibly supportive & helpful. I'm finally relieved after 2 weeks of stress!

Fantastic service centre. Got my UK license converted to a UAE license here. Honestly including the eye test I was in and out in 20 mins. I want to give a special mention to Mohamed Salah Mohamed - a class act and it was a pleasure to sit opposite him as he issued my license. Great sense of humour, incredibly knowledgable and a very personable individual. Thank you!

Smooth and enjoyable experience. Lovely customer service. Mr. Mohamed, just came back from vacation. He was highly motivated to support and help. Took me less than 10 minutes to get my French driving license converted. #chapeau!

When the rta will feel the people and think of their situation people are afraid and struggling to keep the money to feed their families during this pandemic and the rta still thinking and caring for o collect the parking ticket! Seriously this how the RTA shows the care to your people or its just propaganda that you care about the people. You have announced that each car in dubai will be able to renew the vehicle without fees for three month but still you are not providing the full information that we have to buy new insurance first. Its really disappointing how you are dealing with the situation, or maybe we have more trust and high expectations in the RTA than it should be.

Even if you really know how to drive - it’s impossible to get your driving license from the first road exam with RTA examiner, they will fail you 2/3 times with one invented reasons, which will include other linked to complete the status “Fail” of exam.

RTA driving licencing department,
Sharjah & other emirates don, t have smart yard test, only simple parking test, & the institute where i m giving test (DDC qusais 1, bustan), the training place & test place different parking/ markings are not same, / reference lines are not same, its confusing.means, its punishment who living & working in dubai? Other emirates who don't have Smart yard, can drive all over UAE, but dubai driving licence for which planet?

First day on Dubai I lost my business phone on a taxi with confidential information, and despite the fact that they are supposed to have CCTV, they are not able to find it or tell me anything else (reported incident 1964353). 5th day in Dubai a taxi takes us from Atlantis Hotel to Sofitel the Palm and he started complaining it was a very short journey and speeding up and made my wife cry. I strongly recommend people to take Uber because taxis are not safe in Dubai

Recent upgrade of the display system inside the trains have removed the display of time, not sure why! Train timings are calculated even to the seconds in some countries. Ignorance or a glitch? However if the authorities can audit the system, will be appreciated.

Excellent road transport services by government of Dubai with professional and well trained drivers operate the buses, the bus was neat, clean and new.however the bus fare was too high.

I received today at the Al Jafliya Metro station. I truly respect all the rules and regulation in riding the public transport it just accidentally happen today. I accept my mistake on coming inside the women and children only cabin because. That time I was on rush to come to work and not realizing to come inside that corner for running to catch the metro. I learned from my mistake and promised not to repeat that again.
My only concern is I thought this rule is applicable to everyone not on any particular person or regardless of the nationality. There is other people in front of the RTA personnel that he also ask to go outside the train at the World Trade Center Station but they didn't give them
a ticket to pay a fine just because they are Europeans and I'm Asian. This is clearly unfair and an act of discrimination. This concern will really makes other people feel bad. Because your personnel is hand picking the people they will give fines.

SALIK Robbery. Had over 200AED balance RTA's salik refused to transfer or refund my balance. Recommend the public to avoid putting high salik balance and avoid Salik toll gates.
