I would like to appreciate the effort which was given by Ms. Amena Alali While this task was outside of her regular responsibilities, she took time out of her personal schedule and made an effort to help without me having to ask. Thanks for going the extra mile and exceeding our expectations. I couldn't have done it without you

Easy and convenient service offered by RTA for license renewal or pick up.so proud to be living in UAE

يوجد فيه RTA ، وتستطيع تجديد الليسن و ملكية المركبة عبر الجهاز ، لكن للأسف كان الجهاز متعطل ولم أتمكن من استخدامه.

The services provided are awesome.
The facility is pretty nice, car parking provided,
DEWA employees are very friendly helped me very nicely.
BUT
when i visited the ground floor near immigration center the "may i help you desk ". The man who gives tokens/ticket for the imigration is utterly disappointing
HE IS RUDE.
He is very rude.for what reason? !
The authorities if the see. Please find out the person who is there on duty. At 5 30 PM 26/10/22. TEACH HIM SOME MANNERS
because of one UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON the reputation of all the set up is spoiled

At DEWA VERY NICE.helpful staff. Thankful to Dubai government agencies for making things simple.
At the same time i would like to bring notice to the authorities.of a MAN on the ground floor, sitting right in front of gate 2 in the help desk of the imigration service.
Please find out he was on duty on 26/10/22 5 30 PM.

LOOKS LIKE HE IS HAVING OPINIONS AND PRE FIXED IDEATION TOWARDS CERTAIN NATIONALITIES.he is sitting at "MAY I HELP YOU" DESK and LITERALLY doing the opposite.not helping.
One person can damage the reputation of a huge wonderful institution.

I have known RTA in Dubia as a very good transport company. I don't know if this was a new driver or what.even a new driver shouldn't be allowed to drive at night. I took bus 5 going to Abu hail Metro from union at 7: 30pm on the
26-7-21 with bus number is *2180* the driver was totally a mess.he didn't actually care about the Passengers.he drives recklessly.

Great service from everyone. I was guided from the time I entered the building, until I was completed with what I needed. Highly recommend this center

Amazing service. Quick and easy. Came here to convert my license and was done within literally 15 mins. Western countries have a lot to learn from Dubai.

I’ve booked a taxi that couldn’t reach me, as a private car was blocking his way. At first I thought the taxi driver was playing me, so after 5 minutes of waiting, I’ve decided to walk towards him. I reached his vehicle, to find a Fortuner (Toyota) barricading the access road. The taxi driver honked endlessly, but the car in front of us had nobody inside of it. Called the RTA hotline to raise a formal complaint, but they couldn’t take/register it! How frustrating! It happened around Al Jadaf area, 18: 20 local time, close to Palazzo Versace.

The lisence renewal procedure took no time at all. Its located at the opposite side of the metro station towards al twar.

RTA office:
Eye test available on site but it costs 170Dhs. I got mine done for 140 from down the road (RTA eye test vision style al qusais). I did a conversion from a UK driving license to Dubai license. Make sure to have with you the following:
Passport main page copy
Visa page copy
Emirates ID original
Emirates ID copy
Original UK driving license
Copy of UK driving license
2 passport sized photos (not sure whether they used it or not as they gave it back)
No objection letter from your sponsor/company
Eye test from registered opticians

Overall a very pleasant experience. I got to the office around 6.45 and 20 mins later I have the driving license.

Today 06 May 2021 we visit first floor to transfer my vehicle to another person (same Dubai visas) but the receptionist at first floor ask for Emirates ID copy insurance copy and vehicle passing papers! We left from there and went straight to Tasjeel al qusais, there they didn’t ask any photo copies only original emirates ID and car transferred in 5 minutes

RTA customer happiness Center (al twar) you really need to work on customer care.

Excellent is a small word for the exceptional service that is provided here. I got my license renewed in less than 5 minutes. The best thing is the Customer service. All the staff are really good. The visit made me feel to be in UAE. Thanks RTA and Thanks to the rulers of UAE.

Amazingly quick service for DL renewal. Took less than 10 minutes from entering the building and exiting. For those requiring eye test (most people I believe) there is an optician on the ground floor before proceeding to RTA office on first floor. Eye test cost as of Nov 2020 is AED 170 and renewal cost AED 320 for the 5 year extension. As I had a new ID card so needed to visit the RTA office for the process.

Poor customer service. Security is good with Locals but when a expat is coming they showing attitude. I was with my father assisting him for car selling service but security wasn’t allowing 2 person inside. I mean my old father has to do everything without my assistance do they even have some sense or moral value.

After me 3 women went inside no one to stop them. Pathetic.

Had a very good experience visiting this center. Friendly staff who knows what they are doing and completing the task with no time. Walk in with your expired license and walk out with a renewed one within 10 minutes.

Was very rudely told by the staff working at the entrance that I could not enter wearing shorts, there was no signs or indications regarding a dress code at the door or at the website. I don’t know why they try to convince us is a happy centre and a year of tolerance when it is exactly the opposite. Teach your staff some manners.

Amazing place. All under one roof. DEWA, RTA, Municipality, everything. I misplaced my car registration card and I was informed I would have to go to typing center, then police n then I will get my card. I came here thinking my whole day will go running everywhere. BUT.when I came here I got my card from a machine in less than 5 min. I was amazed. It was really a happy feeling. I’m blessed to be in Dubai. Al Tawar center is an amazing place to deal with all issues in minutes.
