Amazing 5 star service by RTA.driving license card gets renewed and printed within 3 to 5 minutes.don't think such service is available anywhere else in the world.

I'm very happy l thankful that Dubai have this very convenient kiosk 24 hrs including Public holiday. You can renew your license less than 2 minutes and enjoy your public holiday.

I found it friendly and efficient Kiosk at RTA smart teller Kiosk Deira on Al Quds Road behind Al Mullah Plaza.

First I did my eye test. The optician uploaded that result in the RTA portal. Then I went to the kiosk and printed my lisence.

Good place to renew your Dubai Drive License within few minutes, just make you eye test for renewal from authorized optical, then come here at smart teller machine, pay and get your card renewed. Beware if you are wearing shorts don’t come here they don’t allow you to enter at the place.

Not good becuse here only we can renew dubai license plz make it for all state i have Abu Dhabi license not renew by machine today my 2 hours wasted

This is great but too slow, looks like it has a computer of 90s inside it. RTA needs to grow up.

Friday Saturday closed so avoid going here for printing mulkiya. Visit customer happiness center for mulkiya printing on Friday and Saturday

It was a unique experience only take few minutes for license renewal like a cash withdrawal from ATM, visited at 10.00 PM on Thursday (247). But not on this location. It's ummu ramool customer happiness survey center.it's very close to this
After 2 yr renewal no need eye test result. You can check expiry date of eye test result from RTA app,

Very big building, unfortunately the day I visited Door is close due to the coronavirus for visitor, Staff is very good, they guided me properly and show me the next location to get my car registration card,

I VISITED THIS LOCATION TODAY (FRIDAY), AND FOUND CLOSED THEN I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID WORKING TIMING IS FROM SUNDAY TO THURSDAY

Charging 10 AED for one transaction but fund will be credited in two days.what is the use?

Card printing got failed 24/02/2020 around 8 P. M, spend almost 45 minutes along with customer service and couldn't rectify the same. Same thing happened to me last year also same day almost same time.

Easy service. But my experience with the security guard there was so bad.not at all friendly. Not service minded person

I had the worst experience of my life with this smart kiosk today.i applied to get a new driving license because i had lost the previous one.the kiosk took my money but gave an error and didnt print the card.i had to wait there for over 3 hours making over 10 calls to their office so they can resolve the problem which led me to missing my flight and having to pay 1,200 AED as a fine to the Emirates airlines.i do NOT recommend using this smart technology because it might waste your precious time as it did mine today.

It took some time because it did not accept one perticula credit card. The card is valid and using it most of the time. Then i used debut card to pay.

Machine and service is excellent but the staff appointed to assist customers tonuse the machine is not well mannered
