Worst company no responsible i have sent cargo on dec2019till i didnt get my cargo about 8months over this is first and last mistake i have done

The wost experience the most untrusted Cargo Company more than 350 + families lost the cargo on 6th july 2020 with my cargo but the ruby cargo did not inform any of the customers we received information thru mail after 2 weeks.
Till now because of their mistake we lost cargo and thier GM is telling me we do not know what decision will happen do whatever you want to do.
I request every person please do not do the mistake by sending thru Ruby Cargo they are cheating

Never ever entrust your invaluable personal effects with Ruby Cargo. Around 400 customers including me lost cargo worth more than AED 5 Million in a major fire that consumed Ruby Cargo's warehouse in Umm Ramool, Dubai on 26/07/2020. My own personal loss is above AED 100,000 (INR Twenty Lakhs). That's the value of the cargo alone. The sentimental value attached to the goods is unquantifiable. Ruby Cargo has still not informed most of the customers about this major disaster. Ruby Cargo is in no mood to compensate the customers as partial settlement towards the unexplainable agony that the customers had to endure. The cargo was haphazardly and callously handled breaching our trust. This company must be brought to book for criminal negligence.

Your transporter in India delivered 17 packages on date 12 Nov 2019 for Ruby Cargo, Dubai to my resident at 403, Amrut Kalash, Bhagavaghar Layout, NAGPUR - 440 010 (Maha. STATE), INDIA. Out of these 4 boxes were not mine.
Ruby Cargo delivered 3 missing bixes.

BUT ONE BOX IS STILL MISSING EVEN AFTER FIVE MONTHS OF BOOKING THE MATERIAL IN SEPT 2020.

The worst mistake I made was deciding Ruby Cargo as my movers while we shifted to India. They were very unprofessional even though they claim so many years of experience. Even many of my glass items and decors were broken due to poor packing! I was extremely disappointed and beg you people pls dont use these people rather some professional good mover and packers! What is the point getting discounted rates and then ending up with broken pieces of furniture and crockery? ! They also didn't even label the boxes properly then we had the most difficult time trying to find what in which box! I won't be recommending Ruby Cargo to anyone!

Had a very positive experience with them. I got my things cleared in a very few days. Special thanks to Mr. Sajan who sits in the Dubai branch for really pushing his team for getting my things cleared before the Onam holidays.
