Plz help me get out my cargo from Ruby cargo warehouse

I wish I could give zero, we gave stuff in April and absolutely no update and this person Shobith says it is our duty to call and find out.firstly their Dubai numbers don't work and the sales agent or some ware house in charge behaves like he owns ruby cargo, never will deal with ruby cargo.

Hi, I have sent cargo last year October2020 from DXB to India Chennai and it got delivered on December. When it was delivered one of the box was open and damaged. The items was stolen and missing. 'When ou call the company and send a mail no response will be their. They are just cheater and no proper response will be from them. I have lost around 10k INR the lost which has been stolen from cargo.so dont trust this cargo or refer to any friend. Please aware this kind of cargo companies.

Extremely bad service. Nobody even picks the calls and give us a proper reply regarding the claim of lost items in the fire happened in July 2020. We have been doing the follow up since then.

Ruby cargo take jumbo box from my sister room and its got fired in their warehouse. Now 6 months completed and we didn't get any compensation still. And we loss all of our valued things around cost of AED 20,000. Not only me more than 300 peoples victims over there. Don't suggesting to send with this people.
If there warehouse fired its cause their mid management.
For that why I / others need to loose?

Most professional 'moving' service I've used so far. The team was very methodical in packing all the items. They used 'foam sheets' to protect furniture and appliances. All items were individually wrapped in packing material and put in cartons.

Worst service, recommended this to a friend and he is in real trouble. Not a trustable organization.

I am fully satisfied with the service. There were no issues with the products in the package and delivered on the door step.

Never ever entrust your invaluable personal effects to Ruby Cargo. Around 400 customers including me lost cargo worth more than AED 5 Million in a major fire that consumed Ruby Cargo's warehouse in Umm Ramool, Dubai on 26/07/2020. My own personal loss is above AED 100,000 (INR Twenty Lakhs). That's the value of the cargo alone. The sentimental value attached to the goods is unquantifiable. Ruby Cargo has still not informed most of the customers about this major disaster. Ruby Cargo is in no mood to compensate the customers as partial settlement towards the unexplainable agony that the customers had to endure. The cargo was haphazardly and callously handled breaching our trust. This company must be brought to book for criminal negligence.

Look at the devastation caused by the fire at the warehouse of Ruby Cargo which is suspected to be a deliberate attempt at cheating the customers. It is the result of many years of toil of hundreds of expatriates which have turned into ashes due to the despicable act of criminality committed by Ruby Cargo.

A worst cargo company I ever seen. Please stay away. I had lots of trouble with these guys! Not even respond to the calls. I sent my all stuffs from Dubai to UK saying its a door to door delivery but I had to pay again once its arrived UK. The UK company saying they dont deliver to my home address so I had to pay aruond 560£. These guys are just useless

More than 400 families lost their cargo due to fire in the Dubai Warehouse on July 06th 2020. Ruby cargo tried to hide the fire issue via media. Ruby didn’t inform me anything about the issue. After one week I came know from my brother that warehouse was under fire. One July 14th 2020 I received a mail after few calls to ruby cargo.
I purchased materials from different parts of UAE, packed the things in ruby cargo cartons and given the money for shipping to Kerala. I have lost my valuable belongings around 58000Aed. But Ruby Cargo was very irresponsible regarding the shipping and their dealings with customer.
Ruby cargo is not the old Ruby.

Very pleasent experience as I sent my cargo from my Abu Dhabi on transfer of residence to Goa. Roght from the who team Peoplep who packed/picked the cargo were very polite and were taking due care of every packet while they moved. The things which were delayed at my end they picked and sent via abu dhabi office. Sajan Thomas from Dubai office and Abdul Salam from Abu Dhabi coordinated things extremely well. My thanks to them from bottom of my heart. I belive Ruby UAE deserves more than 5 stars!

Relocated from Dubai to Canada, Shipped all my stuffs through Ruby Cargo.
Clean & Intact packing, Polite staffs and Quick services.
The sales staffs were very helpful by enlightening me with the information's I needed to know. Coordinated well with both me and the agent in Canada. Goods were received In mint condition. Had to pay a one day storage at destination, but that was on me as I got occupied.

Had sent my Cargo via Ruby Cargo back in May, from their Sharjah Sales office to my hometown, Chavakkad. The collection and delivery were all paid for upfront. Their team came and packed every item in my presence, handled and moved them carefully and shipped it across to cochin, where the clearance happens. The clearance took place in my presence and after that, all my shipment was loaded onto a truck and then moved to Chavakkad the very same day.received all my items as packed.
Truly happy with the service provided by both UAE Team & Cochin team.
Would definitely recommend more people to use your services.

I have received an excellent service from Ruby Cargo. I had sent personal cargo from DXB to COK to TN which was safely reached home in TN. The good part I seen my own eye in DXB & COK port the team have done good service & Taken efforts to get things done on Time as promised. All stuff have packed well & none of Items damaged or missing. Hassle free service provided by Ruby Cargo. Tks.

Worst company ever!
My things haven’t been delivered completely

I have made all necessary arrangements and payments yet the delivery people still ask for payment upon delivery which resulted in my things not being delivered
Communication with the company is horrible and solutions are complicated for them and they will just make your delivery harder
They don’t have a proper call center

Prices are high and service is not well organized at all.
If you are sending things internally maybe it would work but internationally, their mediators are the worst so your shipments are going to be mishandled even abroad as they use the cheapest services possible.
They can’t even provide any solutions, or even schedule a proper delivery time for shipments!

Delivery is not on time at all

I don’t recommend this company at all!

Save your money and time and efforts instead of wasting them on Ruby Cargo!
