I got makeup done from balwinder kaur, she was superb! She understood how I wanted the makeup and literally gave me exactly how I imagined the look to be. Even for hair- I have very short hair but she made it work with the hair design that I wanted. I would highly recommend her.

Thanks for the belated reply but there was no was repair offered and I didn't ask for a refund; I actually requested someone to come to fix it since it was less than 24 hours since the application. Im sure you are aware that if a full set of nails lift in 2 hours, something is wrong. I don't think they needed an investigation of 3 days.it's quite a simple situation that could have been easily rectified. I was subsequently told that was not possible, which suggests you don't really care. For a salon service that has plenty of availability when booking, it seems strange you claim to have no availability for a week when a repair is needed and leave a client looking for another salon to fix your error. Not professional!

It should not take me writing a review to have a manager bother to respond or to offer a repair. WhatsApp is a useful tool but the constant chasing and refusal to speak by phone is just really not normal.

Poor Service.

Gel polish that lifts and peels off in hours as it's not correctly applied. And always out of product, so you need to have your own polish.

Management who are not interested to hear or fix issues and refuse to take telephone calls.they apparently have a problem speaking to anyone.

While technology is a way to offer to book or take written complaints, they would do well to remember your clients are human and would appreciate the ability to have someone to pick up the phone to speak.

Had hair rebonding with Balwinder few days ago.
I love the result and will definitely use her again. Very professional and she is super helpful suggesting what hair products I will use after the treatment. Love the idea of home service too and they are flexible in your time availability.
