Very disappointed, tasteless.service so-so. The dishes are all prepared well in advance and heated up; Arab restaurants are much better. I won't go again

Order food for delivery. Pancakes were brought with cottage cheese instead of meat. The beef tongue was tasteless and was delivered semi-frozen. I wrote about it on WhatsApp, my message was read and.ignored. I won't order anything else.

We tried borsch, venegred, cutlets, dumplings with potatoes and meat, and of course kvass
Prices are very good, not expensive compared to other establishments.
I didn’t like kvass, we also tried Napoleon, it’s good

The staff are always confused and dont speak english the food is very simple and the atmosphere is like school cafeteria the only good thing is its ok cheep.

There is no point in going to this restaurant. Very dirty. Apparently they don't do any cleaning at all. The door handles and the glass door itself are completely covered in dirt. The interior hasn't been changed for 10 years. I have never seen such old stuff even in a distant village. I don’t understand how they didn’t receive a fine for such dirt or didn’t close them down at all. They probably weren't checked. I immediately say zero service. They don’t even have the concept of such service and guest satisfaction. Uneducated people from the collective farm work. They don't know how to read Russian. Forget about English. Complete disappointment, what a disgrace!

This is awful experience. We received expired food (salads), which had disgusting taste and smell, one even had a mold.
Unfortunately, when we contacted restaurant they refused us in refund or replacement.

I used to love this place food a lot, but at some point they ruined their kitchen and everything became soo bad. Stopped going there

I am working in JLT cluster N exactly next building to this restaurant. We don't have any other place to eat nearby, I have no choice, just eat there 3-4 times. Always dissatisfied
Lagman was horrible, beefstrofanoff beef I couldn't chew, very hard, I left all in the plate.
And I told to waiter, to talk to chef, he just smiled. No apologies, no sorry, no - we will change. NOTHING

The best food and customer service I've ever had! Generous servings for the price and a large variety of meals. Welcoming attitude by Abdulloh over the phone order. And delivery was quite fast. He also helped me choose one of the yummy meals for lunch. Highly recommended place to go and enjoy with family.

I think prices increased a bit. Serving food one by one which is not really convenient especially if you are not alone. They will bring your food while your friend's will not be ready yet. But it is still tasty and the guy who was serving was very positive and nice.

Good food but VERY POOR SERVICE! I was waiting for delivery 1 hour, after what they told me to wait another 40 mins. Absolutely nonsense. Has happened to me 2 times. Not recommended. Only if you are ready to wait for the rest of your life

Awful experience with a person who introduced himself as manager. He was very flirty, but once you reject him, he would tell you not to come to the restaurant anymore. Total trash

Food is good. Friendly service. But if they forgot to deliver something from your order and promise to give you something complementary with the next order, don't believe them.

So many times I had different issues, with them, and all these issues with the guys who is receiving orders, happened 3 times that they just took the order and forgot to do it and obviously no one cared, even no apology! For 3 times in this particular thing I will never order from them, and I been ordering almost everyday!

Here you can find really authentic slavic food and drinks (you should try Kvas), almost like home made dishes. Stuff are very kind guys.

Very tasty food, the Borch was amazing, the staff very helpful, went out of their way to help with parking even for us! Definitely recommend for authentic Russian food, the menu has everything you could possible think of. Great place!

Ordered my regular order (8.45pm) and it arrived completely different to usual, in terms of the content, taste and how it was cooked.

Called to ask for a replacement, and an hour had passed and still nothing arrived (I am 5 mins on foot away). This was 1.5 hours after I ordered my dinner the first time. Just short of the 1.5 hours I called to ask if I could have my money back instead as I was tired of waiting. I was told to 'wait. ' The food then arrived exactly as it was the first time. Called again to explain that I really did want my money back as I wasn't even hungry after such a long wait, to be told 'who will pay' - flatly refused to give my money back.

After a phone debate a delivery boy arrived with part of my money.they'd charged me for the sour cream that accompanied the food I returned. Shocking. Unbelievably bad service. I will never order from there again.

I was absolutely disappointed with this place. Russian food which they are cooking is far from really Russian cuisine. Very fat. We ordered herring with potatoes. Herring was not fresh, potatoes were raw and cold directly from fridge. Vinegret and sour cabbage were ok, but oil which they use is of very low quality. Pies with potatoes and cabbage were very heavy and fat. Far from Russian cuisine. The only thing I liked-chicken cutlet- not nice but acceptable. Prices are low, maybe that’s why people are coming. But if you want to try Russian food or to invite someone -this is not a right place to come. I advise you to increase prices and cook tasty food from fresh products. Maybe it is a good idea to change recipes or chef ‍ or to make a menu smaller but with all fresh products. I don’t recommend anyone this place.
