Saba Tower 2 Jumeirah Lake Towers Q ,Dubai

Saba towers are both well managed buildings with clean pool on the roof and convenient layouts with panoramic windows. Studios are 40-50m2,1b are 66-90m2,2b are 100-150m2,3b - 150m2. Not all the rooms are rectangular and it may be hard to fit the furniture. Check the layout before renting or buying on Big Layout Data or world floor plans.

We love this High Rise building. Our 1st Company / Staff house. Walking distance from the Metro. Amenities all close by. 4/5 Rating Clean and well maintained block.

I recently visited the Saba Tower in Dubai, and it was an amazing experience. The view of the city from the top was breathtaking and I was mesmerized by the beauty of the city and its skyline. The tower also has a glass lift that takes you up to the observation deck, which was a great experience. The interactive displays at the top were also very informative and entertaining. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique experience in Dubai.

I wanted to give it a 4 star but the apartments were not good, the service was good, staff behaviour can be improved.
The building entry is good, common area is well maintained, but flats needs to be renovated.
The building has big issue of pest, specially cocroches. Water supply and electricity supply is good. But as it's old building the drainage system is not up to the mark and you have to send money on the plumber time to time.

For deliveries and parking you need to the basement, becarefully coz peoples get confused about it.you have to go to the round left then keep right to the basement and find your tower there are 3 towers in same parking lot, Noora, Saba, one more

Is the best place for British style food for dine in or take away. I have ordered serve time their Donners (lamb /chick) just amazing.

Vvvvv bad security management. Why would the delivery boys park the bike on the ground floor and go from the basement to make the delivery? If delivery is to be made from the basement, then give us parking in the basement.

I read review before I move it so writing this review, don't move in to this tower, Saga management is the worst, its a living hell. There are unannounced water shut down for 12 hours during the day! They don't even realize how are you supposed to manage without water with small kids! And now AC break for the past two weeks! Imagine the heat and without AC! They have incompetent people in the team who will keep doing trial and error and you will keep suffering.
