Normally someone would think that a music store in Dubai Mall would be very expensive and over-priced. I have had two recent experiences at Sadek Music in Dubai Mall. First of the time, I went there to get my acoustic guitar re-strung. They were very responsive and friendly over the phone. The price they quoted me (just 35 AED for the strings including fitting for free) was much better than the 60 - 80 AED price quotes I was getting from other music stores located in other malls in Dubai. The second time, I got my acoustic guitars action lowered for free! I couldn't believe it. They also took a look at my electric guitar and did some adjustments on it too. Darwin was very professional, helpful and quick. The job he did in lowering my guitars action was great too. He got it right in the first go. No adjustments needed later no, no fret buzz, intonation was fine as well. I would highly recommend everyone to go to Sadek Music especially their Dubai Mall branch. I was delighted by my experience there. Very well stocked store, and lots of accessories small items available (because of course you can't be buying guitars, pianos and amplifiers every day)

Had a great experience at the store. Was looking for a special guitar. We prearranged everything via WhatsApp and when I got to the store we played selected instruments and made the choice. Very happy with the quality and variety of instruments in the store. Highly recommend Sadek Music store!

Wanted to buy Electric guitar, hence went there on 26/01/2021.
Firstly the store gives you a-wide variety of proper musical instruments to choose from.
Mostly branded Guitar are kept on their unique sliding walls All of them are from medium to high range in terms of prices.
They have all gauge guitar Strings.
They allow you to sit and play the guitar till you are satisfied and the staff (Filipino guy kabayan) leaves you alone and does not stand on the head, so we can play and get satisfied.they also have saxophones & amplifiers and many other electronic gadgets.
Very cooperative staff & does not makes faces even if u decide not to buy.

Reasonable prices for Gibson and Schecter. I bought a Gibson SG from them many years ago. Keep up the good works.

Best place for buying guitars in the entire region. Nice and helpful staff with good collection of Gibsons, Epiphones and Martins.

Slow and disorganized service. They damaged a guitar being serviced. Philippino staff exhibit an unfortunate attitude. Some decent guitars but the service undermines the whole experience.

SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU BUY A 3K GUITAR FROM THEM N ASK THEM TO TUNE IT FOR U OR STRAIGHTEN THE FRETBOARD YOU'LL BE ASKED TO CHANGE THE STRING, OR JUST DENY YOU WITH A LANE REASON OF NOT HAVING THE TOOLS WHICH IS JUST AN ALIGN KEY.

Safely music has a lot of music instrumentals, guitar, saxophone and microphone, keyboard etc. The staff are pleasant and it’s sited at the Dubai mall, where the cinema fall is. The prices are reasonable.

Had someone pick an amp head for me from Sadek in Dubai Mall, in what is supposedly brand new packaging. Turns out it's been opened, and showed or demoed to another customer. If it's been used, don't put it back in it's box missing the original wrapping and sell it off as new. Of course the big worry here is whether it was connected to a cab using a speaker cable or a guitar/instrument cable! Which from the response of the shop owners when asked about this later, they have no idea and state that there's no problem connecting heads to cabs using instrument cables! I'll leave it at that! If you are going to buy anything from there, inspect it yourself and open the box on the spot to make sure your actually getting what you paid for.

Rude staff when asking to try a guitar gave me a funny look and just stood infront of me and pressured me to buy the whole time I'd rather not buy a guitar than buy one that way.
