Save is very bad Compnay; I ordered a dress which cost me more than 700 riyals, when I open the box it was old, used dress!

Safe arrival company is the worst company that anyone can ever work with, they don't reply to your email, WhatsApp or call,
the shipment is hold at their warehouse somewhere and they don't deliver it to the customer or return it to the origin.
I have experience with safe arrival for more than 1 year and I will never ever recommend it to anyone.

Safe arrival is cheater and fraud company, Their rate of delivery is less than 20%, they just make false commitment and pickup the shipments and then disappears, They will run away with Shipments and COD money.avoid using this company, they stole your money and time and damage your brand value.

Beware they are scammers.we have signed contract with them for cash on delivery service.in the starting they worked fine and after 2 months they run away with my pending amount worth 1000s of AED.

This is the worst courier I have ever had to use in my life. The driver is incredibly rude. When he had arrived, I could hear the thud of my shipment carrying a brand new gaming console worth thousands of dirhams hitting the floor. Avoid this company at all costs.

Been calling for 15 mins to 25 mins at a time for atleast 20 times and no response.
Guys please don't even waste your time here.
I don't have an option as delivery was arranged by merchant

Poorest of poorest quality of service.they should not exist in the face of the earth! Worst of worst of the worst delivery service, deliveries have been sitting on their warehouse for more than 2 weeks, despite the delivery on the same area only. Never ever let yourself experience their poor service! This all reflect how mediocre their management is!

Complete joke of a company. They delay cash on delivery payments. It's been a month and I still haven't received my payment. They also don't answer their phone. Avoid at all costs.

Your company is giving a hard time for your clients to deliver their products to their customers.and btw iam one of those customers.
The client paid you 35 dirhams for a delivery service that you cant handle?
I recommend to close your company better than hurting other businesses with your incompetence, lazy service and bad time management.
When a delivery is scheduled to be delivered at a certian date, and the customer is wasting his time waiting for your driver to come! And then without any notice i find the tracking update saying customer did not answer the call? What call? You are doing the same mistakes aramex did few years back!
Really really spare us the headache and close your company, bcoz guess what? Bad reputation will stick so hard like it got stuck on aramex and fetcher and fly express.

I strongly do not recommend this company and really 1 star is too much for you.

Terrible service. I can’t get my package 5 days and i am not sure they will bring it today‍️my package just traveling around of Abu Dhabi and warehouse.

Poor service and Customer Care no one will respond the calls, i never see like this courier in UAE, i even not like to give one star

No delivery attempts are being made, packages are delayed and claims of unsuccessful delivery are added to the tracking in the middle of the night. Customer care is not responsive

Service is very good and Team is very supportive, sometimes delivery can give a headache in Jeddah, but their agent Donia helped me to get my order faster then I was expected.

Best service in town I have ever used, pick up was perfect and on time, arrived in two days.
Definitely will use the service again.

Trying to get in touch with customer service at Safe Arrival but no joy. No answer to whatapp, no answer to live chat messages, no answers to phone! If you’re smart company you’ll never use this company.

Tried to get a parcel delivered to Amazon FBA it has been 4 days. I messaged customer support and personally called as well. They keep delaying. My packages from China come in less that 4 days.

The worst Currier ever shipment toke long time to deliver ans laid at there warehouse for 4 days.
Never loose time, money & efforts with them they better not to be exsiste.

I been in business for the last ten years dealing with a lot of different fright companies locally and internationally. This company is the worst among all these companies.they really have a bad attitude and they don't to deserve to be called a company even. Unprofessional staff and disrespectful.

Poor communication and horrible delivery schedules. Save yourself the money and even more the time. Choose other and more reliable services.

The team is very supportive they helped me grow my start up business the technology and ground support they have is what brings in the difference

The service is great and staff has always exceeded expectations, the team made 5 attempts to deliver my shipments which is something exceptional.

DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I Have at least 7-10 unpaid shipments from COD for almost a month now.
I called so many times, send them an email and chat with them EVERY DAY. They will tell you you will receive your money this week but after a month your money is goone in the air.

While commenting to their post, they will tell you give the details and they will resolve it the SOONEST still after months GOOD LUCK if you will receive your money.

USELESS COURIER COMPANY! DONT EVER USE THEM! UNPROFESSIONAL / LIARS / DISORGANIZED. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY

Worst company ever. I am not sure why they even exist. I was waiting for the international delivery to start from Jan 2020. Nothing happen. Quite often technical issues with very bad customer service. I only like the delivery man. Extremely regret that I used this company.

It was way better when it was still "Wing". It became worse after their transition to Safe Arrival. Payments are way too delayed for COD shipments. I had to follow up on daily basis as there will be no action if you don't. I haven't received my payment as of this moment and been waiting for two weeks now (I get my payment bi-weekly). The only response I'm getting is "will check with accounts, give us time". So better think twice now before you decide to open an account with them.

Delivery speed is fine, but sometimes its late for 1 extra day, the main problem with me was the withdrawal of my money from safe arrival account, it has been 14 days till now and they keep saying tomorrow and i didnt get my money yet, awful service, will definitly look for another courier company, even if it will be a little bit more costly but at least i will not be waiting for 2 or 3 weeks to get my money

Placed order online for same day delivery, after 2 hours I called and they told me they cant do it!
They even dis not call to let you know

Not sure if this company is for real or what is there actual deal. Nothing I can add more to all the negative reviews about them. One star is even too much for them.
